本文对国家一类保护动物丹顶鹤、白枕鹤、白头鹤、白鹤的胸骨与肩带骨进行了比较,阐明白鹤与鹤属的3种鹤在骨胳特征上的重要差别,进一步论证把白鹤从鹤属分离出来与肉垂鹤合为一个属是正确的。本文首次就胸骨和肩带骨特征提出4种鹤的检索表。文中附有胸骨和肩带骨的量度和12幅鹤的胸骨图。  相似文献

本文阐述了对渤海藻类的新认识。主要指明其为由顶和前间系组成的( 3Ia 或 3I)联合古口的性质,腰凸的数量(2—4个)和分布(2个位腹面,0—2个位背面)及腰褶的次生性质。据此,讨论了该类在多甲藻亚目中的系统位置。除修订本亚科所属的老属、种外,本文还描述了该亚科的2个新种和3个新形态型。并在回顾世界上非海相沟鞭藻的历史、阐述渤海藻亚科在地层中的产出及共生分子的基础上,结合其他地质、古生物证据,探讨了本亚科的古生态及它为多甲藻亚目中一支向淡水环境迁侈的先祖的可能性。  相似文献

Physiological responses to physical work were assessed for 29 female industrial sewing-machine operators during an 8-h working day under ordinary working conditions. During sewing-machine work, the average (left and right) static load in the trapezius muscle was 9% of the maximal electromyogram (EMG) amplitude (% EMGmax), while the average mean load was 15% EMGmax, and the average peak load was 23% EMGmax. The static load level was unrelated to the muscle strength of the sewing-machine operators, which for the group as a whole was within the normal range. The load levels remained unchanged during the working day, while changes in the EMG mean power frequency and zero crossing frequency rate occurred, both indicating the development of muscle fatigue in left and right trapezius muscle during the working day. In line with this, the rating of perceived exertion in the shoulder and neck region increased during. the working day. Dividing the group of sewing-machine operators into two groups, those with the highest frequency and those with the lowest frequency of shoulder/neck troubles showed that the former group had significantly lower muscle strength, despite the fact that no differences in the surface EMG during sewing were found between the two groups. It was concluded that industrial sewing-machine work involves a pattern of shoulder muscle activity which induces fatiguing processes in the shoulder and neck regions. Furthermore, since the static shoulder muscle load was independent of muscle strength, factors other than working posture may be of significance for the static shoulder muscle load.  相似文献

A recent discussion by Corruccini and Ciochon ('76) implies that previous multivariate morphometric studies of the shoulder, reviewed in Oxnard ('73), have been misinterpreted because due allowance was not made for the overall sizes of the specimens. Results that were given functional significance in the earlier investigations are cited as being due at least in part to overall bodily size. Although examination of the range of genera selected for mention by corruccini and Ciochon seems superficially to support this view, it is demonstrated here that examination of the full range of genera in the earlier studies refutes, unequivocally, that suggestion. The discussion by Corruccini and Ciochon ('76) also implies that the more complex size correction applied in their study produces a result different from that of the previous workers. Again, although perusal of the particular part of the earlier study selected for discussion by Corruccini and Ciochon would appear to bear that out, it is demonstrated here that comparisons with all parts of the earlier results provide a different picture. Thus the main result of Corruccini and Ciochon replicates rather closely a more restricted part of the earlier result not mentioned by Corruccini and Ciochon. The difference between Corruccini and Ciochon's principal result and the main result of the prior authors is shown to rest upon the difference between the more restricted earlier study of "residual" shoulder dimensions and the other broader studies; i.e., not upon any multivariate manipulation, but upon the inclusion in the broader study of a wider range of information about the shape of the primate shoulder. Knowledge of these and other points is important in assessing the overall contribution of the discussion of Corruccini and Ciochon.  相似文献

Rhoicosphenia Grun. has been placed by some authors in the monoraphid group with Achnanthes Bory and Cocconeis Ehrenb., and by others near Gomphonema Ehrenb. In order to clarify the systematic position of the genus, the morphology and anatomy of the vegetative cells of Rh. curvata (Kütz.) Grun. were investigated using light and electron microscopy. The structure and formation of the two types of valve are described, and the heterovalvy shown to be of a different type from that of the monoraphids; on the basis of raphe, valve and girdle structure a close relationship between these and Rhoicosphenia is unlikely. Rhoicosphenia shows many resemblances to Gomphonema but the types of pore occlusion present, coupled with apparently slight differences in the mucilage-secreting structures and the girdle, suggest that classification in the same family is unwise. The cryptic asymmetry of the valves, and in particular of the raphe system, is noted and explained with reference to their formation; with respect to this asymmetry two configurations of the valves can occur (named cis and trans types) and the distribution of these in raphid genera is discussed briefly. In view of the lack of evidence in raphid diatoms supporting a classification of bands into copulae and pleurae, it is recommended that this practice be suspended.  相似文献

To analyze differences between apes and monkeys and the affinities of man, we have studied the shoulder girdle of 327 specimens of anthropoid primates. The scapula, clavicle and humerus are viewed as an integrated functional complex on the basis of 18 measurements. Several varieties of multivariate analysis show that man is clearly closer to other hominoids than to the included monkey taxa (whether terrestrial or arboreal, Old World or New World). The marked shoulder differences between apes and monkeys and similarities between apes and man correlate with the muscular anatomy, which in hominoids allows the motions involved in their locomotion and feeding behavior. As the hominid-pongid correspondence in shoulder morphology is especially detailed regarding the functionally important joint surfaces, it is consistent with a fairly recent period of common ancestry and behavior. No hypothetical evolutionary pathway or ancestral form of the human shoulder need look far beyond the model afforded by extant pongids. In contrast with previous studies on the primate shoulder, these results agree with information accumulating from other systems—comparative anatomy, primate behavior, and molecular biology — in suggesting very close relationship between man and extant African pongids.  相似文献

The upper trapezius (UT) has been widely studied and related to alterations in clavicular kinematics in subject with shoulder disorders. However, the most common electrode site used to capture UT EMG is between C7 and the acromion, placing the electrodes over the acromial fibers rather than clavicular ones. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between clavicular movements (elevation and retraction) and UT EMG recorded from three electrode sites (traditional electrode positioning and two different sites proposed for clavicular fibers evaluation). Furthermore, the position associated with the highest EMG during maximal isometric voluntary contractions (MVIC), for each electrode site, was determined for normalization purposes. EMG was simultaneously captured in the three electrode sites of 20 healthy subjects, during MVIC at five different positions and during shoulder elevation and abduction in scapular plane. Clavicular kinematics was recorded using an electromagnetic tracking system during the dynamic contractions. Shoulder abduction with head rotation and lateral flexion elicited the highest EMG amplitude on the three electrode sites and was used to normalize the signals. A cross-correlation analysis showed high correlations between all electrode sites and clavicular movements. However, the traditional electrode site seems to record more informative signals in healthy subjects.  相似文献

Muscle specific maximal voluntary isometric contractions (MVIC) are commonly used to elicit reference amplitudes to normalize electromyographic signals (EMG). It has been questioned whether this is appropriate for normalizing EMG from dynamic contractions. This study compares EMG amplitude when shoulder muscle activity from dynamic contractions is normalized to isometric and isokinetic maximal excitation as well as a hybrid approach currently used in our laboratory. Anterior, middle and posterior deltoid, upper and lower trapezius, pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi and infraspinatus were monitored during (1) manually resisted MVICs, and (2) maximum voluntary dynamic concentric contractions (MVDC) on an isokinetic dynamometer. Dynamic contractions were performed (a) at 30°/s about the longitudinal, frontal and sagittal axes of the shoulder, and (b) during manual bi-rotation of a tilted wheel at 120°/s. EMG from the wheel task was normalized to the maximum excitation from (i) the muscle specific MVIC, (ii) from any MVIC (MVICALL), (iii) for any MVDC, (iv) from any exertion (maximum experimental excitation, MEE). Mean EMG from the wheel task was up to 45% greater when normalized to muscle specific isometric contractions (method i) than when normalized to MEE (method iv). Seventy-five percent of MEE’s occurred during MVDCs. This study presents an 20 useful and effective process for obtaining the greatest excitation from the shoulder muscles when normalizing dynamic efforts.  相似文献

The physical mechanics of music making is important both in the prevention of injuries and in guiding how music is performed and taught. Electromyography has potential as a resource in understanding the loads involved in instrumental playing; however, only a small number of projects have been undertaken, and little is understood on the muscle activity used during bowing on string instruments. This study aimed to measure the muscle activity at the bowing shoulder of a cellist during cello playing and to establish if fine-wire EMG is useful in understanding muscle recruitment in string players without interfering with normal playing ability. This project used a combination of fine-wire and surface EMG to evaluate the muscular load placed on the right shoulder of a professional cellist whilst playing a set of various bowing exercises. The results indicated that different bowing techniques produced statistically different muscle activity levels, with the supraspinatus muscle in particular maintaining higher mean contraction (20% MVC) during all bowing patterns tested. Fine-wire EMG was useful in measuring shoulder muscle load and did not interfere with normal playing technique of the subject. Overall, the study presents a working protocol from which future studies may be able conduct further research.  相似文献

It is well known that proprioception is composed of the senses of movement and position. Whereas tests of position sense are quite commonly used, tests of the acuity in perception of movement velocity are scarce. In the present study we examined some novel tests for assessing the sense of limb movement velocity, involving replication and discrimination of single-joint movement velocity. Specifically, we investigated: (1) whether replication of limb movement velocity is more accurate following active criterion movements as compared to passive; (2) whether antagonist muscle contraction during passive limb movement enhances velocity discrimination; (3) how criterion movement velocity influences response accuracy; (4) the relationship between movement velocity and movement extent during velocity replication; and (5) whether subjects really base discrimination of velocities on perceived velocity. Sixteen healthy subjects participated in four tests (I-IV). For each test, horizontal abductions were performed about the right glenohumeral joint from the sagittal plane. The subjects were required to actively replicate the velocity of either an active (Test I) or passive (Test II) criterion movement, or judge whether a passive/semipassive (passive during antagonist muscle contraction) movement was faster or slower than a previous passive/semipassive criterion movement (Test III/IV). The results revealed higher response accuracy for Test I compared to Test II and for slower movements compared to faster, but no difference in response accuracy between Test III and IV. For velocity discrimination, the analysis revealed that the subjects based their judgment on the difference between criterion and comparison velocity rather than time or extent cues.  相似文献
