为了解番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)砧木幼苗活性氧代谢与抗南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的关系,以高感品种‘Ls-89’与高抗品种‘坂砧2号’为材料,采用盆栽人工接种法,研究了南方根结线虫侵染对番茄砧木幼苗活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,未接种南方根结线虫的番茄砧木幼苗,其根系与叶片活性氧水平及相关酶活性在品种间没有显著差异。接种南方根结线虫后,两品种幼苗根系与叶片的O_2·~–生成速率和H_2O_2含量均升高,且‘坂砧2号’显著高于‘Ls-89’,但‘Ls-89’的MDA含量则显著高于‘坂砧2号’。两品种幼苗根系与叶片的SOD活性均在侵染早期降低,以‘坂砧2号’降幅较大;但POD、CAT活性在侵染早期变化不大,至侵染中后期则显著升高。因此,番茄抗性品种砧木幼苗的膜脂抗氧化能力较强,活性氧水平较高,且SOD活性对南方根结线虫侵染敏感。  相似文献

Objective: The longitudinal relationship between the consumption of energy‐dense snack (EDS) foods and relative weight change during adolescence is uncertain. Using data from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Growth and Development Study, the current analysis was undertaken to examine the longitudinal relationship of EDS food intake with relative weight status and percentage body fat and to examine how EDS food consumption is related to television viewing. Research Methods and Procedures: One hundred ninety‐six nonobese premenarcheal girls 8 to 12 years old were enrolled between 1990 and 1993 and followed until 4 years after menarche. At each annual follow‐up visit, data were collected on percentage body fat (%BF), BMI z score, and dietary intake. Categories of EDS foods considered were baked goods, ice cream, chips, sugar‐sweetened soda, and candy. Results: At study entry, girls had a mean ± SD BMI z score of ?0.27 ± 0.89, consumed 2.3 ± 1.7 servings of EDS foods per day, and consumed 15.7 ± 8.1% of daily calories from EDS foods. Linear mixed effects modeling indicated no relationship between BMI z score or %BF and total EDS food consumption. Soda was the only EDS food that was significantly related to BMI z score over the 10‐year study period, but it was not related to %BF. In addition, a significant, positive relationship was observed between EDS food consumption and television viewing. Discussion: In this cohort of initially nonobese girls, overall EDS food consumption does not seem to influence weight status or fatness change over the adolescent period.  相似文献

The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM) on the development and nutrition of the peach almond hybrid GF-677 rootstock in a replant soil heavily infested with Meloidogyne javanica were evaluated in field microplot conditions for two growing seasons. There was a significant beneficial effect of mycorrhizal inoculation on plant growth and nutrition in previously pasteurized replant soil. In natural replant soil, early inoculation with a mixed AM inoculum of Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae and Glomus etunicatum did not affect growth parameters. Whilst inoculation with these AM fungi led to suppression of root-knot nematode reproduction, natural mycorrhizal colonization of the replant soil with native AM fungi did not. In order to develop a non-chemical method such as grafting effective against well-known artichoke soil borne diseases, an anatomical study of union formation in artichoke grafted onto selected wild and cultivated cardoon rootstocks, both resistant to Verticillium wilt, was performed. The cardoon accessions Belgio (cultivated cardoon) and Sardo (wild cardoon) were selected as rootstocks for grafting combinations with the artichoke cv. Romolo. Grafting experiments were carried out in the autumn and spring. The anatomical investigation of grafting union formation was conducted by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) on the grafting portions at the 3rd, 6th, 10th, 12th day after grafting. For the autumn experiment only, SEM analysis was also performed at 30 d after grafting.  相似文献

以体细胞杂种红橘 枳和红橘 粗柠檬、有性杂种Troyer枳橙和Swingle枳柚、枳(对照)作砧木的‘国庆4号’温州蜜柑2a生嫁接苗为试材,通过盆栽试验研究了砧木对柑橘幼树生长和叶片糖含量的影响。结果表明,4种处理的生长势比对照旺盛;红橘 枳处理的花量极显著多于对照,其余3种砧木处理的则极显著少于对照。在光合色素含量上,Troyer枳橙处理最高,对照最低。不同砧木处理对叶片可溶性糖含量的年变化动态特征影响明显;不同砧木处理的叶片淀粉含量年变化动态特征相似。在不同时期,不同砧木处理对叶片可溶性糖和淀粉含量有明显的影响。初步评价了体细胞杂种红橘 枳和红橘 粗柠檬用作柑橘砧木的利用价值。  相似文献

Nodal shoot segments of four grapevine genotypes well known for their Fe-chlorosis characteristic [Vitis vinifera × Vitis berlandieri Fercal, resistant; V. berlandieri × Vitis rupestris 1103 P, mid-resistant; Solonis (Vitis riparia × V. rupestris × Vitis candicans) × Othello (Vitis labrusca × V. riparia × V. vinifera) 1613 C, susceptible; V. vinifera L. cv. Perlette, resistant] were cultured in vitro. The effects of three levels of iron sodium ethylene-diaminotetraacetate (FeNaEDTA; 9, 18, 36 mg l−1) and three mixtures of iron and 840 mg l−1 NaHCO3 (sodium bicarbonate) in the Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented 4.9 μM indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) were compared. We assayed the chlorosis rating of leaves, total chlorophyll of leaves, dry shoot weights of the plantlets, and active and total Fe content of the leaves. The most suitable concentration in determining the reaction of genotypes to iron chlorosis was 9 mg l−1 FeNaEDTA. Bicarbonate addition had negative effects on the iron intake and development of plants. While all genotypes were affected by non-ferrous conditions, Fercal and Perlette were found to be the most resistant genotypes and 1613 C rootstock as the most susceptible. The chlorosis rating of the tested genotypes ranked according to their known degree of tolerance and susceptibility to lime-induced chlorosis. The results of this study showed that the in vitro technique could successfully be used in viticulture to get results in shorter times in the studies, aiming at breeding new rootstocks and varieties suitable to calcareous soil conditions and determining the reactions of existing genotypes to Fe chlorosis.  相似文献

Two clones of Olea europaea L. were studied for their potential impact on hydraulic architecture and vulnerability to xylem cavitation, when used as rootstocks. The clones used were “Leccino Minerva” (LM), showing vigorous growth and “Leccino Dwarf” (LD) with strongly reduced growth. Self-rooted LM and LD plants as well as their grafting combinations were compared, namely, LM/LD (Leccino Minerva grafted onto Leccino Dwarf rootstock) and LD/LM (Leccino Dwarf grafted onto Leccino Minerva rootstocks). Plants with LD roots (LD and LM/LD) showed significantly reduced leaf surface area compared with plants with LM roots. Xylem conduits of LD shoots were 25% more numerous than in LM shoots. When grafted onto LM rootstocks, however, LD shoots produced consistently wider and longer vessels than measured in LD self-rooted plants. This caused LD/LM plants to increase stem vulnerability to cavitation with threshold pressures for cavitation (P c) of less than 0.5 MPa compared with LD self-rooted plants that had P c of over 2.0 MPa. By contrast, although LD rootstocks caused some reduction of vessel diameter and length of LM scions, their influence on LM hydraulic architecture was too small to reduce vulnerability to cavitation of LM scions with respect to that measured for LM self-rooted plants. Our conclusion is that although dwarfing rootstocks effectively reduce grafted plant size, they do not necessarily confer higher resistance to xylem cavitation to scions which would improve plant resistance to drought.  相似文献

报道了湖北产八角莲属3种植物八角莲,小八角莲和乌云伞的根,根茎,茎和叶的显微构造特点。茎部构造不同于一般双子叶植物的茎,近皮层有8-22个大小不等外韧维管束排列成环状,而髓内又有3-6个内轮维管束。整个茎轮廊类似于单子叶植物的散生维管柱(中柱)。根,根茎及叶的构造类似于一般双子叶植物。本研究为开发和利用湖北产八角莲属药用植物资源提供鉴别依据。  相似文献
