[目的]对入侵性杂草皱匕果芥在我国的适生区进行预测,为入侵风险评估和损失预测提供数据支撑,同时为控制预案制定提供科学依据。[方法]先用ENMTools和SPSS分别对分布数据和环境变量进行筛选,再调用R程序包Kuenm校准MaxEnt模型确定最优参数设置,然后使用MaxEnt和ArcMap对皱匕果芥在中国的适生区进行预测,并将已公布的进境粮食指定监管场地、进口粮食加工企业地理位置与皱匕果芥在中国的适生区进行匹配分析。[结果]最冷月份最低温度、温度季节变化标准差和最冷季度降水量是对MaxEnt模型拟合重要性排名前3位的环境变量,最冷月份最低温度可能是影响皱匕果芥发生分布的最重要的自然因素;皱匕果芥在中国的中度适生区占中国陆地总面积的15.13%,主要集中在秦岭-淮河以南、龙门山-大凉山以东的亚热带季风气候区域;高度适生区占中国陆地总面积的1.67%,主要形成川渝、湖北-湖南和长三角3个中心。在皱匕果芥的中、高度适生区分布有901个进口粮食加工企业和57个进境粮食指定监管场地。[结论]皱匕果芥的中、高度适生区内存在我国粮棉等作物的重要产区,一旦该杂草大面积发生,将给我国粮棉等作物种植造成非常不利的影响。进口粮食的国际贸易是皱匕果芥入侵中国的主要途径,应当加强对进口粮食接卸、运输、加工等高风险区域和环节的监管力度,并积极实施外来入侵杂草的监测和调查,确保做到早发现、早防除,防止进一步扩散和危害。  相似文献

Mechanical, biological, and chemical attempts to control invasive plants can be expensive, ecologically damaging, and frequently unsuccessful. This study proposes using the intrinsic biological attributes of the threatened plant community by artificially increasing the density of competitive native species to selectively suppress the growth of the invasive. Evidence from agricultural weed control suggests that oversowing infested areas with species with biological traits similar to those of the invasive species not only reduces productivity of the invasive species but also may eliminate environmental damage associated with standard control techniques. Annual bastard cabbage (Rapistrum rugosum), a Eurasian exotic, is an invader of native plant communities in the continental United States. Control with herbicides has been problematic due to high mortality of adjacent native species and subsequent perpetuation of a disturbed state that facilitates further regeneration of R. rugosum from the seed bank. In a randomized field experiment, sowing native Indian blanket (Gaillardia pulchella) over established seedling colonies of R. rugosum resulted in significant reduction of R. rugosum productivity (F= 3.43; p < 0.05). The highest sowing rate of G. pulchella resulted in a 72% reduction in aboveground productivity of R. rugosum that translated to an estimated 83% decrease in seed set, without significant suppression of adjacent native species. It is proposed that enriching threatened or infested plant communities with selected native species with matching phenologies and competitive characteristics has advantages over conventional control methods in that (1) it reduces the threat to nontarget organisms; (2) once installed, the species could self‐regenerate; and (3) it does not perpetuate a disturbed (early‐successional) state that might aggravate the problem. This may serve as an alternative technique to protect and restore native plant communities.  相似文献

Cultured Thalictrum rugosum cells were immobilized using a glass fiber substratum previously shown to provide optimum immobilization efficiency based on spontaneous adhesion mechanisms. When cultivated in shake flasks, immobilized cells exhibited decreased growth and protoberberine alkaloid production rates in comparison to freely suspended cells. Since alkaloid production is growth associated in T. rugosum, the decreased specific production rate was a function of the slower growth rate. Cells immobilized on glass fiber mats appear to be amenable for extended culture periods. Maximum biomass and protoberberine alkaloid levels were maintained for at least 14 days in immobilized cultures. In contrast, fresh weight, dry weight, and total alkaloid content decreased in suspension cultures following the linear growth phase.Glass fiber mats were incorporated in to a 4.5-L plant cell bioreactor as horizontal disks supported on a central rod. Mixing in the reactor was provided by the combined actions of a magnetic impeller and a cylindrical sparging colum. fThe magnetic impeller and a cylindrical sparging column. The entire inoculum biomass of T. rougosum, introduced as suspension, was spontaneously immobilized with in 8h. During liner phase, the growth rate of bioreactor cultivated immobilized cells (mu = 0.06 day(-1)) was 50% that immobilized cell viability in both systems was determined to be similar. The increase in specific production of protoberberine alklodis was initially similar in bioreactor-and culture period. The increase in specific production of protoberberine alkaloids was initially similar in bioreactor-and shake-flask-cultivated immobilized cells. However, the maximum specific production of bioreactor grown cultures was lower. The scale up potential of an immobilization strategy based on the spontaneous adhesion of immobilization strategy based on the spontaneous adhesion of cultured plant cells to glass fiber is demonstrated.  相似文献

Airlift bioreactor operations have been studied for the growth-associated production of secondary metabolites from plant cell suspension cultures. The model system used in this work was Thalictrum rugosum producing berberine, an isoquinoline alkaloid. The airlift system was well suited for growth of Thalictrum cell suspension cultures unless the cell density was high. At high cell density, the airlift system with a draught tube was not adequate due to large aggregates clogging the recirculation paths. This was overcome by use of a cell scraper in the reactor. For berberine production, gas-stripping also played a significant role and it was discovered that CO(2) and ethylene were important for product formation. By supplying a mixture of CO(2) and ethylene into the airlift system, the specific berberine content was increased twofold. It is evident that continuous gas sparging was harmful for the production of berberine without supplementation with other gases.  相似文献

Biotic resistance is the ability of species in a community to limit the invasion of other species. However, biotic resistance is not widely used to control invasive plants. Experimental, functional, and modeling approaches were combined to investigate the processes of invasion by Ageratina altissima (white snakeroot), a model invasive species in South Korea. We hypothesized that (1) functional group identity would be a good predictor of biotic resistance to A. altissima, whereas a species identity effect would be redundant within a functional group, and (2) mixtures of species would be more resistant to invasion than monocultures. We classified 37 species of native plants into three functional groups based on seven functional traits. The classification of functional groups was based primarily on differences in life longevity and woodiness. A competition experiment was conducted based on an additive competition design with A. altissima and monocultures or mixtures of resident plants. As an indicator of biotic resistance, we calculated a relative competition index (RCIavg) based on the average performance of A. altissima in a competition treatment compared with that of the control where only seeds of A. altissima were sown. To further explain the effect of diversity, we tested several diversity–interaction models. In monoculture treatments, RCIavg of resident plants was significantly different among functional groups but not within each functional group. Fast‐growing annuals (FG1) had the highest RCIavg, suggesting priority effects (niche pre‐emption). RCIavg of resident plants was significantly greater in a mixture than in a monoculture. According to the diversity–interaction models, species interaction patterns in mixtures were best described by interactions between functional groups, which implied niche partitioning. Functional group identity and diversity of resident plant communities were good indicators of biotic resistance to invasion by introduced A. altissima, with the underlying mechanisms likely niche pre‐emption and niche partitioning. This method has most potential in assisted restoration contexts, where there is a desire to reintroduce natives or boost their population size due to some previous level of degradation.  相似文献

Antioxidant activities of red versus green leaves in Elatostema rugosum   总被引:11,自引:2,他引:9  
Anthocyanin biosynthesis in leaves increases under stresses which also generate reactive oxygen species (ROS). In the present study the hypothesis that red leaves are better equipped to scavenge ROS than green leaves was tested. Antioxidants in leaf extracts from red and green morphs of Elatostema rugosum were identified, and activities quantified using enzymatic and α,α‐diphenyl‐β‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assays and cyclic voltammetry. Red leaves from E. rugosum held greater amounts of superoxide dismutase, catalase, anthocyanins, and hydroxycinnamic acids, were significantly more effective at scavenging DPPH radicals, and produced higher voltammetric currents than green leaves. Anthocyanins contributed to the antioxidant pool more than all other constituent phenolics. Anthocyanin concentrations, and antioxidant activities declined with leaf age. Purified anthocyanin fractions displayed oxidative activities at both pH 7·0 and pH 5·5. Implications of the antioxidant potential of anthocyanin in its cytoplasmic and vacuolar locations are discussed.  相似文献

Studies were made to investigate the minimum time that should be allowed for settling of fixed, freshwater phytoplankton prior to enumeration. Results using a 16 cm vertical column at 20°C indicated that to obtain complete sedimentation the sample should be allowed to settle for a minimum period of 48 h (8 cm day-1) when small diatoms are absent, and for at least 96 h (4 cm day-1) when they are present and to be counted. Green algae settled faster than diatoms. Blue-green algae were absent from all samples in this study.  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在分析红火蚁Solenopsis invicta毒腺细菌群落多样性,并与热带火蚁Solenopsis geminata和聚纹双刺猛蚁Diacamma rugosum比较毒腺细菌群落差异。【方法】采用Illumine Hiseq 2500测序平台对红火蚁(工蚁、有翅蚁和蚁后)、热带火蚁(工蚁)及聚纹双刺猛蚁(工蚁)毒腺细菌群落16S rRNA基因V3-V4区测序,基于测序数据进行生物信息学分析。【结果】变形菌门(Proteobacteria)在红火蚁工蚁、有翅蚁和蚁后以及热带火蚁工蚁毒腺中占优势,而厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)在聚纹双刺猛蚁工蚁毒腺中占优势。与红火蚁工蚁和有翅蚁相比,柔壁菌门(Tenericutes)在红火蚁蚁后毒腺中更丰富。广州红火蚁蚁后毒腺中假单胞杆菌Pseudomonas相对丰度显著高于其在有翅蚁及工蚁中的。螺原体Spiroplasma相对丰度在热带火蚁毒腺中显著高于在聚纹双刺猛蚁工蚁毒腺中的。毒腺中细菌多样性分析发现,芽孢杆菌属Bacillus和乳酸杆菌属Lactobacillus在广西红火蚁工蚁中的相对丰度显著高于在广州红火蚁工蚁中的。然而,乳酸杆菌属细菌在聚纹双刺猛蚁工蚁毒腺中的相对丰度显著高于广西的热带火蚁工蚁毒腺中的。【结论】毒腺细菌组成和多样性在3种不同种类蚂蚁工蚁和红火蚁不同品级中存在差异。  相似文献
