Summary Absorption of nitrate and ammonium was studied in water culture experiments with 4 to 6 weeks old plants of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum L. Moench) and rape (Brassica napus L.). The plants were grown in a complete nutrient solution with nitrate (5.7±0.2 mM) or nitrate (5.6±0.2 mM) + ammonium (0.04±0.02 mM). The pH of the nutrient solution was kept at 5.0 using a pH-stat. It was found that phosphorus deficiency reduced the rate of nitrate uptake by 58±3% when nitrate was the sole N source and by 83±1% when both nitrate and ammonium were present. The reduction occurred even before growth was significantly impeded by P deficiency. The inhibition of the uptake of ammonium was less,i.e. ammonium constituted 10±1% of the total N uptake in the P sufficient plants and 30±5% in the P deficient plants. The reduction of nitrate absorption greatly decreased the difference between the uptake of anions and cations. It is suggested that P deficiency reduced the assimilation of NO 3 into the proteins, which might cause a negative feedback on NO 3 influx and/or stimulate NO 3 efflux.  相似文献

本文就油菜菌核病病情、发病期及发病部位与油菜产量损失的相互关系进行了模似研究。结果表明:病斑绕茎度是影响产量的主要因素,其大小与产量损失成正相关,而病斑纵向长度与产量损失无明显相关性;发病期不同产量差异显著,以初花期发病产量损失最重,发病期与产量损失线性相关,可利用线性回归方程对产量损失进行预测;主茎发病部位愈近基部,枝条发病部位愈趋于主茎,单株产量损失率愈高。  相似文献

油菜具有主序优势,主要表现在结角数上,在角粒数、千粒重及品质上也很显著。不同类型其优势强弱不同,白菜型和甘蓝型优势明显,芥菜型几乎不具有优势。在甘蓝型油菜中因品种、密度不同优势差异显著。增加密度可使主序在产量中的比例增加,在5万株/亩时可达73.05%.主序具有结角率高、成熟早等优点,通过选育优势强的品种,适当增加密度,合理调整布局,有望使油菜产量有较大幅度地提高  相似文献

We use data from the National Incident-Based Reporting System to examine the effects of offender and victim age on whether male offenders commit sexual assault while robbing women. Restricting analyses to robberies reveals the offenders' age preferences since it allows one to control for the effects of opportunity. We find that robbers of all ages are most likely to sexually assault women at ages 15-29 years, ages when their reproductive potential is highest. However, in contrast to the idea that rape is a direct adaptation, victims are no more likely to be raped than sexually assaulted at these ages. The age of the offender is also a strong predictor of sexual assault. The likelihood that a robber commits a sexual assault increases from age 12 years until he reaches his early thirties when it begins to decline. This age pattern corresponds, to some extent, to age differences in the male sex drive.  相似文献

用显齿蛇葡萄Ampelopsis grossedentata幼嫩茎叶提取物进行抗氧化试验,结果表明:显齿蛇葡萄幼嫩茎叶提取物有很强的抗氧化作用.0.2%的显齿蛇葡萄提取物对油脂的抗氧化效果超过同浓度的BHA及生姜提取物,0.7%的显齿蛇葡萄提取物对菜油、猪油的氧化抑制率比0.2%的BHA分别高出49.8%、9.4%,比0.2%生姜提取物分别高出46.5%、62.2%.  相似文献

在接种了本实验室保存的诱变菌株A的未灭菌的菜籽饼粕发酵样品中筛选得到3株能以 菜籽饼粕为原料生长的菌株,编号为S1、S2、S3,菌株A和这3株菌种通过鉴定确定为凝结芽孢杆 菌、圆孢芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌和球形芽孢杆菌。通过设计正交实验摸索出这4株菌种的最佳 培养条件。并对饼粕固体混合菌发酵进行了初步摸索和探讨。  相似文献

用40或80ppb SO_2熏气处理过的油菜饲养桃蚜(Myzus persicae),研究低浓度SO_2污染对这种蚜虫的影响。与对照组相比,两个处理组若蚜的发育速率显著加快,5天内的平均相对生长速率(MRGR)分别增加22.3%和31.5%。成蚜的繁殖力提高40—90%,导致桃蚜种群的内禀增长率(r_m)分别升高17%和27%。比较了桃蚜和其它3种蚜虫对SO_2污染的反应强度,讨论了SO_2污染促进某些植食性昆虫生长的可能原因。  相似文献

Summary Experiments with tomato, rape and spinach in nutrient solutions have shown that the formation of root hairs is strongly influenced by phosphate and nitrate supply. Decreasing the phosphate concentration of the nutrient solution from 100 to 2 M P resulted in an increase of root hair length from 0.1–0.2 to 0.7 mm of the three plant species. Root hair density also increased by a factor of 2–4 when the P concentration was lowered from 1000 to 2 M. The variation of these two root properties raised the root surface area by a factor of 2 or 3 compared to plants well supplied with P. Root hair length was closely related to the phosphate content of the root and shoot material. On the other hand, spinach plants grown in a split-root experiment produced root hairs in solutions of high P concentration (1000M P) if the major part of the total root system was exposed to low P concentration (2 M P). It is therefore concluded that the formation of root hairs does not depend on directly the P concentration at the root surface but on the P content of the plant.Similar experiments with nitrate also resulted in an increase in length and density of root hairs with the decrease of concentration below 1000 M. In this case marked differences between plant species occurred. At 2 M compared to 1000 M NO3 root hair length of tomato increased by a factor of 2, of rape by a factor of 5 and of spinach by a factor of 9. Root hair length was correlated, but not very closely, to the total nitrogen content of the plants. It is concluded, that the influence of nutrient supply on the formation of root hairs is a mechanism for regulating the nutrient uptake of plants.Dedicated to Prof. Dr. E.
