电刺激麻醉兔延髓腹侧化学敏感区头端区引起潮气量(V_T)增加,呼吸频率(f)增快;电刺激压力敏感区(中间区)则使V_T减小,f亦增快。弱刺激时,两者均产生降压反应;刺激增强可诱发双相或升压反应。在出现周期性呼吸时,电刺激化学敏感区可使呼吸节律正常化、V_T增大,而电刺激压力敏感区则导致呼吸暂停。电刺激压力敏感区时,吸气时间(TI)和呼气时间(T_E)均缩短,以T_E变化更明显;由于V_T减小和T_I缩短,V_T/T_I保持相对不变,提示吸气终止的中枢阈值降低。在准备刺激的相应局部预先应用阿托品,可使电刺激化学敏感区产生的通气增强效应翻转,而对电刺激压力敏感区引起的通气抑制无明显影响;用印防己毒素则可选择性消除电刺激压力敏感区的通气抑制和降压效应。本工作表明延髓腹侧存在两个不同的中枢机制,其中化学敏感区产生的通气增强与胆碱能系统有关;压力敏感区产生的通气减弱效应与GABA系统有关。  相似文献

Fifteen men and 35 women, suffering from a number of psychological and somatic disorders, were taught to relax by biofeedback-assisted deep-diaphragmatic breathing together with guided mental imagery. No instructions were given about rate. Breathing rate and pattern, PETCO2, and EEG were monitored before training and after the first three 2-minute training trials (session 1). In 27 subjects (54%), breathing patterns and rate were noted to resemble those reported by meditation practitioners (3 to 5 b/min). The PETCO2 and EEG changes support a hypothesis of metabolic hypoarousal. Four subjects spontaneously reported experiencing altered awareness. A centrally mediated hypoarousal response is tentatively implicated.  相似文献

In a previous paper (Crolet et al., 1993, J. Biomechanics 26, 677–687), a modelling of the mechanical behavior of compact bone was presented, in which the homogenization theory was the basic tool of computation. In this simulation, approximations were used for the modelling of the lamellae and the osteons: the lamella and the osteon were divided into cylindrical sectors, each sector being approximated as a parallelepiped having a periodic structure (fibrous composite for the lamella, superimposition of plates for the osteon). The present study deals with a new model without these approximations. First, it can be proved that the homogenized elasticity tensor for a lamella, which has a non-periodic structure, is obtained at each geometrical point as a homogenized tensor of a periodic problem. Similarly, for the osteonal structure, the components of the homogenized tensor are determined at each point as the result of a periodic homogenization.

The software OSTEON, which is the computational method associated with this model, allows one to obtain a better understanding of the effects of many bony parameters. The obtained results are in accordance with experimental data.  相似文献

The bifurcations of the periodic solutions of SEIR and SIR epidemic models with sinusoidally varying contact rate are investigated. The analysis is carried out with respect to two parameters: the mean value and the degree of seasonality of the contact rate. The corresponding portraits in the two-parameter space are obtained by means of a numerical continuation method. Codimension two bifurcations (degenerate flips and cusps) are detected, and multiple stable modes of behavior are identified in various regions of the parameter space. Finally, it is shown how the parametric portrait of the SEIR model tends to that of the SIR model when the latent period tends to zero.  相似文献

This study investigates the effects of partial exhalation to feelings of anxiety. Thirty five volunteer subjects (14 male, 21 female, mean age 40.6) were first trained in slow diaphragmatic breathing (SDB). Then subjects rated their anxiety levels on a scale from 1 (none) to 5 (extreme) in sequential conditions of SDB, 70% subjective exhalation, and SDB. During the 70% subjective exhalation phase, subjects were instructed to breathe and limit their exhalation to 70% of the inhaled volume during each consecutive breath. 摘要 目的:探讨腹式呼吸训练联合短刺法针刺对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者康复效果的影响。方法:将2020年1月至2022年6月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的478例气滞血瘀型LDH患者,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组239例患者实施短刺法针刺治疗,观察组239例患者行腹式呼吸训练联合短刺法针刺治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后中医症候评分、肌电值(坐位、直立位、前屈位、后伸位)、疼痛因子水平[前列腺素E2(PGE2)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)]水平、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、腰椎关节活动度(左屈、左旋、右屈、右旋)及安全性。结果:治疗后,两组治疗效果分级经秩和检验差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组各中医症候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组坐位、直立位、前屈位、后伸位肌电值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组疼痛因子PGE2、5-HT、SP水平低于对照组,β-EP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组VAS评分、ODI低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组左屈、左旋、右屈、右旋活动度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:腹式呼吸训练联合短刺法针刺可提高气滞血瘀型LDH患者临床疗效,增强患者肌力,改善腰椎功能,恢复关节活动度,同时通过调控疼痛介质水平,减轻患者疼痛症状,且具有较好安全性,值得临床借鉴应用。  相似文献

We present ab-initio periodic Hartree–Fock calculations (crystal program) of small molecules on TiO2 and MgO. The adsorption of the molecules may be molecular or dissociative. This depends on their acid and basic properties in the gas phase. For the molecular adsorption, the molecules are adsorbed as bases on Ti(+IV) sites, the adsorption energies correlate with the proton affinities. The dissociations on the surface correlate with the gas phase cleavages: thus, the dissociation of MeOH leads to a preferential basic cleavage (the fragment HO– is adsorbed on a Ti+4 ion and the fragment Me+ is adsorbed on a O2– ion of the oxide). The opposite result is obtained with MeSH. Another important factor is the adsorbate–adsorbate interaction: favorable cases are a sequence of H-bonds for the hydroxyl groups resulting from the water dissociation and the mode of adsorption for the ammonium ions. Lateral interactions also force the adsorbed CO2 molecules to bend over the surface so that their mutual orientation resembles the geometry of the CO2 dimer. With respect to water adsorption, MgO appears to be a basic oxide. As experimentally observed, NH3 adsorbs preferentially on TiO2 and CO2 on MgO. However, this difference of reactivity should not be expressed in terms of acid vs. basic behaviour but in terms of hard and soft acidity. The MgO surface is a 'soft' acidic surface that reacts preferentially with the soft base, CO2.  相似文献
