报道钉孢属一个新种生在梾木属Cornussp.上的梾木钉孢Passaloracorni和1个新组合生在四叶重楼Parisquadrifolia.上的重楼钉孢Passaloraparidis;尚有尾孢菌属的4个中国新记录种南蛇藤生尾孢Cercosporacelastricola.,危地马拉尾孢Cercosporaguatemalensis,大薸尾孢Cercosporapistiae,和鼠尾草生尾孢Cercosporasalviicola。为新种提供了拉丁文简介、英文描述并绘图。标本保存在中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆(HMAS)。

山茱萸总萜对糖尿病小鼠心肌病变的保护作用

目的:研究山茱萸总萜(TFC)对糖尿病小鼠心肌病变的保护作用。方法:雄性小鼠一次性腹腔注射四氧嘧啶220 mg/kg造成糖尿病模型。第15天后将血糖高于13.9 mmol/L的小鼠随机分为模型组和TFC组。药物以生理盐水混悬后灌胃(P.O,80 mg/kg),连续8周。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的心脏脏器系数升高;心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力明显下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显升高,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNFα-)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)升高;病理学显示模型组心肌细胞排列紊乱、肿胀,细胞间隙增大,可见炎症细胞和成纤维细胞浸润,TFC组明显得到改善。结论:山茱萸总萜对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠心肌损伤有明显的改善作用,其机制可能与降血糖、抗氧化及炎症因子有关。     

Structure of the male reproductive system of Anoecia (Anoecia) corni Fabricius, 1775 (Hemiptera, Aphidoidea), a representative of the family Anoeciidae

The structure of the male reproductive system of Anoecia (Anoecia) corni Fabricius, 1775, is discussed. On the basis of histological sections and whole mount preparations, the following elements in the structure of the male reproductive system have been examined: the structure of testis and the stage of spermatogenesis; the connection of testis and vasa deferentia; the position and the histological structure of the wall of vasa deferentia; and the development of accessory glands and the ejaculatory duct as well as the structure of the external genitalia. These characters are discussed with reference to the higher classification of Aphidoidea and the taxonomic position of Anoeciidae.     

HPLC法测定山茱萸环烯醚萜苷中莫诺苷的含量

使用HPLC测定山茱萸环烯醚萜苷中莫诺苷的含量。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水（30：70）,流速0．8mL／min,检测波长240nm。本方法简单、灵敏、可靠。线性范围内莫诺苷的标准曲线呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98．0％,RSD为2．5％。

Metaphycus parthenolecanii Japoshvili sp. n. (Hymenoptera, Chalcidoidea, Encyrtidae), a parasitoid of the European fruit lecanium Parthenolecanium corni (Bouché, 1844) (Hemiptera, Coccoidea, Coccidae) in Iran, is described and illustrated.

东方胎球蚧的生物学特性及防治

东方胎球蚧在长春年生1代,以2龄若虫固着在二年生枝条的芽腋、分枝和不光滑处群集越冬。3月末至4月初开始活动为害。越冬若虫为害盛期为4月下旬至6月初。此时虫体明显膨大。5月下旬至6月上旬为成虫期和卵盛期。7月初起当年若虫自介壳下爬出分散转移到叶片、叶炳和嫩枝上为害,老虫共2龄。调查未见雄虫,均行孤雌生殖。主要天敌有黑缘红飘虫和一种寄生性小峰。当前生产上可在若虫越冬后为害盛期前和当年若虫出壳分散期。因地制宜地用有机磷或合成菊酯类杀虫剂进行常规喷雾。防治效果均较好。
