本文报道了微生态制剂-生态蛇胆美容霜治疗蠕形螨病及其合并症的观察结果。用透明胶带定量计数法检查1131人,其中检出毛囊虫阳性者404例,定居率为35.7%,检出毛囊出共418只。对404例毛囊虫阳性分两组,即实验组,和对照组进行对照。结果实验组251例中只有2例仍为阳性,其余转为阴性。 相似文献

Phyllolitorin and Leu8-phyllolitorin, two nonapeptide amides from the skin of the South American frog Phyllomedusa sauvagei, are representatives of a novel bombesin subfamily, characterized by the occurrence in their molecule of a serine residue substituting the usual histidine residue at position 3 from the C-terminus. In parallel bioassay on ten different smooth muscle preparations and rat blood pressure, phyllolitorin and Leu8-phyllolitorin were virtually equiactive, but the two peptides appeared remarkably less potent that litorin in all test preparations, except the rat urinary bladder. The shape of contractions produced by the phyllolitorins and promptness of cessation of their action upon washing seem to indicate a looser binding of these peptides to their receptors and/or a more rapid inactivation, in comparison to litorin. 相似文献

Phospholipid metabolism was studied in rat sciatic nerve during Wallerian degeneration induced by crush injury. Portions of crushed sciatic nerve, incubated with labeled substrates, showed significantly higher phosphatidylcholine synthesis than normal nerve, prior to any measurable alterations of phospholipid composition. Maximum synthesis occurred 3 days after crush injury, at which time the metabolism of other phospholipids was unchanged. After a rapid decrease in biosynthetic activity, a second phase of enhanced phosphatidylcholine synthesis occurred, beginning 6 days after crush injury. Increased incorporation of [33P]phosphate, [2-3H]glycerol, and [Me-14C]choline indicated stimulation of de novo synthesis of phosphatidylcholine 3 days after injury. Neither base exchange reactions nor sequential methylation of ethanolamine phospholipids contributed significantly to phosphatidylcholine synthesis. Assay of certain key enzymes under optimal conditions in subcellular fractions of sciatic nerve revealed higher activities of cholinephosphate cytidyltransferase, choline phosphotransferase, and acyl-CoA:lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase in injured nerve, while choline kinase activity remained unchanged. This indicates that stimulation of phosphatidylcholine synthesis occurs via the cytidine nucleotide pathway, as well as by increased acylation of lysophosphatidylcholine. Although the cause of stimulated phosphatidylcholine synthesis remains unexplained, it is possible that trace amounts of lysophospholipids or other metabolites produced by injury-enhanced phospholipase activity may be responsible. 相似文献

目的:调查高血压患者饮食习惯以及传统制剂服用现状,并分析饮食习惯与高血压患病的关系以及传统制剂服用的影响因素。方法:按照简单随机抽样法,采用自制调查问卷对呼和浩特市3个镇共8个行政村成年常住农村村民进行问卷调查,调查内容包括人口学特征、饮食习惯等内容,并采用多因素logistic回归分析饮食习惯与高血压患病的关系以及高血压患者传统制剂服用的影响因素。结果:呼和浩特市高血压患病率为22.68%。多因素logistic回归结果显示,较高的BMI、高血压家族史、饮酒史、泡菜咸菜、油炸食品、红肉(猪/牛/羊肉)/动物内脏、海产品是高血压独立危险因素(OR=1.257、1.451、1.358、1.317、1.108、1.146、1.373,P<0.05),奶制品、豆制品、新鲜果蔬是高血压保护因素(OR=0.797、0.868、0.903,P<0.05)。高血压患者传统制剂服用率为16.90%。多因素logistic回归结果显示,年龄≥60岁、文化程度高中以下、不了解高血压知识是高血压患者传统制剂服用的危险因素(OR=1.342、1.545、1.142,P<0.05)。结论:呼和浩特市农村成年村民高血压患病率较高,不良饮食习惯(饮食偏咸、油腻等)是高血压独立危险因素,高龄、文化程度低、不了解高血压知识的高血压患者传统制剂服用率较高,应加强农村居民合理膳食、保持均衡饮食习惯的宣传教育以及农村高血压患者用药规范。 相似文献

CdS nanoparticles (CdS NPs) of different sizes were synthesized by the citrate reduction method. It was found that CdS NPs could enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) of the luminol‐potassium ferricyanide system and baicalin could inhibit CdS NPs‐enhanced luminol‐potassium ferricyanide CL signals in alkaline solution. Based on this inhibition, a flow‐injection CL method was established for determination of baicalin in pharmaceutical preparations and human urine samples. Under optimized conditions, the linear range for determination of baicalin was 5.0 x 10?6 to 1.0 x 10?3 g/L. The detection limit at a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3 was 1.7 x 10 ?6 g/L. CL spectra, UV‐visible spectra and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to investigate the CL mechanism. We aimed to evaluate whether the occurrence of cryptic species of
Paracoccidioides brasiliensis, S1, PS2, PS3 and
Paracoccidioides lutzii, has implications in the
immunodiagnosis of paracoccidioidomycosis (PCM). Small quantities of the antigen
gp43 were found in culture filtrates of P. lutzii strains and
this molecule appeared to be more variable within P. lutzii
because the synonymous-nonsynonymous mutation rate was lower, indicating an
evolutionary process different from that of the remaining genotypes. The
production of gp43 also varied between isolates belonging to the same species,
indicating that speciation events are important, but not sufficient to fully
explain the diversity in the production of this antigen. The culture filtrate
antigen AgEpm83, which was obtained from a PS3 isolate, showed large quantities
of gp43 and reactivity by immunodiffusion assays, similar to the standard
antigen (AgB-339) from an S1 isolate. Furthermore, AgEpm83 was capable of
serologically differentiating five serum samples from patients from the Botucatu
and Jundiaí regions. These patients had confirmed PCM but, were non-reactive to
the standard antigen, thus demonstrating an alternative for serological
diagnosis in regions in which S1 and PS2 occur. We also emphasise that it is not
advisable to use a single antigen preparation to diagnose PCM, a disease that is

A number of new 5"-phosphonate derivatives of 4"-thio-5-ethyl-2"-deoxyuridine (TEDU) were synthesized. These compounds displayed a low cytotoxicity and, except for TEDU 5"-fluorophosphate, antiherpes activity similar to that of 9-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]guanine (acyclovir) and 9-(1,3-dihydroxy-2-propoxymethyl)guanine (pencyclovir). 5"-Ethoxycarbonylphosphonate and 5"-aminocarbonylphosphonate of TEDU were also found to suppress the reproduction of herpes simplex type 1 virus, which is resistant to acyclovir. 相似文献

Commercial cellulase enzymes have been used in the food, detergent, and textile industries, and are potentially effective for processing biomass feedstocks. A survey was undertaken to identify major manufacturers/distributors of cellulases in the USA and to evaluate 13 representative commercial preparations for enzyme activity, protein concentration, and chemical composition. Samples were subjected to activity measurements using filter paper, carboxymethylcellulose, cellobiose, and p-nitrophenyl--d-glucopyranoside as substrates. To ascertain the microbial origin of the commercial preparations, Western blots utilizing monoclonal antibodies specific for Trichoderma reesei CBH I and Aspergillus niger -d-glucosidase were developed. Two novel sensitive sequential injection chemiluminescence analysis and fluorescence methods for trovafloxacin mesylate detection have been developed. The methods were based on the enhancement effect of gold nanoparticles on luminol–ferricyanide–trovafloxacin and europium(III)–trovafloxacin complex systems. The optimum conditions for both detection methods were investigated. The chemiluminescence signal was emitted due to the enhanced effect of gold nanoparticles on the reaction of luminol–ferricyanide–trovafloxacin in an alkaline medium. The response was linear over a concentration range of 1.0 × 10–9 to 1.0 × 10–2 mol/L (%RSD = 1.3), (n = 9, r = 0.9991) with a detection limit of 1.7 × 10–10 mol/L (S/N = 3). The weak fluorescence intensity signal of the oxidation complex of europium(III)–trovafloxacin was strongly enhanced by gold nanoparticles and detected at λex = 330 and λem = 540 nm. Fluorescence detection enabled the determination of trovafloxacin mesylate over a linear range of 1.0 × 10–8 to 1.0 × 10–3 mol/L (%RSD = 1.2), (n = 6, r = 0.9993) with a detection limit of 3.3 × 10–9 mol/L. The proposed methods were successfully applied to the determination of the studied drug in its bulk form and in pharmaceutical preparations. A rapid, simple, accurate and highly sensitive spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the simultaneous analysis of nebivolol hydrochloride (NEB) and amlodipine besylate (AML). The method was based on measuring the synchronous fluorescence intensity of the drugs at Δλ = 40 nm in methanol. Various experimental parameters affecting the synchronous fluorescence of the studied drugs were carefully studied and optimized. The calibration plots were rectilinear over concentration ranges of 0.05–1.5 µg/mL and 0.5–10 µg/mL for NEB and AML with limits of detection (LOD) of 0.010 and 0.051 µg/mL and limits of quantitation (LOQ) of 0.031 and 0.156, respectively. The peak amplitudes (2D) of the second derivative synchronous fluorimetry (SDSF) were estimated at 282 nm for NEB and at 393 nm for AML. Good linearity was obtained over the concentration ranges. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of the studied compounds in laboratory‐prepared mixtures, commercial single and laboratory‐prepared tablets. The results were in good agreement with those obtained using the comparison method. The mean percent recoveries were found to be 100.12 ± 0.77 and 99.91 ± 0.77 for NEB and AML, respectively.
