2005年4月,在广东湛江港赤潮区采集球形棕囊藻(Phaeoecystisglobosa),在室内用新洁尔灭和异噻唑啉酮两种除藻剂进行棕囊藻的杀灭试验。结果表明,新洁尔灭对赤潮水体中球形棕囊藻的72hLC50为0.96mgL-1;与新洁尔灭相比,异噻唑啉酮的除藻效果更为明显,其对球形棕囊藻的72hLC50为0.54mgL-1。新洁尔灭和异噻唑啉酮复配时具有协同作用,可提高除藻能力,新洁尔灭和异噻唑啉酮浓度比为1.3:0.3(配比为4.3:1)时除藻效果最优,2d的除藻率达到89%,协同指数为0.78。两种除藻剂对鲻鱼(Mugilcephalus)苗72h的毒性试验表明,新洁尔灭和异噻唑啉酮浓度分别在2.0和0.3mgL-1以下除藻是安全的。  相似文献

Summary Five fuel-soluble biocides — a benzimidazole fungicide, an organoboron, a pyridinethione and two isothiazolone products — were evaluated for inhibition of a typical hydrocarbon fuel contaminant,Cladosporium resinae, in fuel/water systems. The biocides exhibited marked differences in anti-fungal activity with storage and in the presence of sludge. A methylchloro/methyl-isothiazolone mixture prevented growth of the fungus at a concentration of one part per million and, in contrast to other biocides tested, showed no tendency to be inactivated by storage or the presence of sludge.  相似文献

The biocide 5-chloro-2-methyl-isothiazol-3-one (CMI) associated rapidly with cells of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas fluorescens with association being nearly complete within 10–15 min. The cells serve as a sink for CMI, concentrating it up to 400-fold. Kinetics of association are very similar amongst the strains examined. Examination of the relation of CMI concentration to the rate of association indicates that there are two kinetically distinguishable processes, with the breakpoint occurring around the transition from inhibitory to suprainhibitory levels of CMI. This suggests the rapid onset of toxic effects at suprainhibitory CMI concentrations affects the associative process. Discharging the proton motive force by treatment with uncoupling agents or selectively depleting it by treatment with inhibitors reduces the amount of CMI which associates with the cells. Selective depletion of the ATP pool has no effect. These results suggest that either the proton motive force (pmf) is involved directly in CMI association in an active transport process, or that an intact pmf is required for some facet of the cells metabolism which maintains the cells as a sink for CMI. The nonchlorinated analogue 2-methyl-isothiazol-3-one is a poor competitor for CMI association.  相似文献

Isothiazolones and isoselenazolones have been found to inhibit IL-1β induced breakdown of bovine nasal cartilage in an organ culture assay. The synthesis and preliminary SAR of these compounds are described. These compounds represent a novel, non-peptide lead series approach to the mediation of the chronic cartilage breakdown associated with arthritic disease.  相似文献

Summary Sintered glass bead cores were plugged until the permeability was reduced to 1% or less of the original permeability by the injection of a slime-producing bacterium isolated from produced water. Scanning electron microscopy of fractured core sections showed that the bacteria were predominantly located in the uppermost sections, around the core inlet. Killing the bacterial cells in the plugging biofilm, using a biocide, had little effect on core permeability. The dead cells were only removed when backflow pressure, simulated by inversion of the test core followed by fluid injection, was applied and maintained at 55–69 kPa. Backflow of plugged cores containing live bacteria produced transient pressure-dependent increases in permeability that were proportional to the backflow pressure applied. We conclude that only sustained backflow procedures reduced permeability: such operations are not effective for oil recovery in field conditions.  相似文献

Summary Bacteria from water cooling systems developed resistance to three different bactericides i.e. quarternary ammonium compound (QAC), isothiazolone and thiocarbamate. Resistance was induced by exposing isolates to increasing sublethal concentrations for a period of 10 weeks.Bacillus subtilis became resistant to 1000 mg l–1 QAC. Cross-resistance was also detected, e.g. isothiazolone induced resistance to QAC and thiocarbamate.  相似文献
