Three new 4,5‐seco‐20(10→5)‐abeo‐abietane diterpenoids, 16‐hydroxysalvilenone ( 1 ), 15‐hydroxysalprionin ( 2 ), and 11β,15‐dihydroxysalprionin‐12‐one ( 3 ), and nine known abietane diterpenoids, 4 – 12 , along with one known sempervirane diterpenoid, hispidanol A ( 13 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon lophanthoides var. graciliflorus. The structures of compounds 1 – 3 were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods including extensive analysis of NMR and mass spectroscopic data. All diterpenoids were tested for their TNF‐α inhibitory effects on LPS‐induced RAW264.7 cells. Compound 9 (16‐acetoxyhorminone) was the most potent with an IC50 value of 3.97±0.70 μm . 相似文献

Two new labdane‐type diterpenes (adenanthic acids A and B; 1 and 2 , resp.) and three new labdane diterpene glycosides (adenanthosides A–C; 3 – 5 , resp.) were isolated from the roots of Isodon adenantha, together with 23 known constituents including seven diterpenoids ( 6 – 12 ), eight triterpenoids ( 13 – 20 ), one lignan glycoside ( 21 ), six steroids ( 22 – 27 ), and one ceramide ( 28 ). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 2D‐NMR techniques. Cytotoxicity and antibacterial activities of the samples were measured by the MTT method and the filter paper disc agar diffusion method. But none of them showed significant activities. 相似文献

Introduction – Isodon nervosa is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine including diterpenoids, phenolic acids, triterpenoids and volatile oil. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of multi‐components is important for its quality control. Objective – To establish a liquid chromatography–electrospray ionisation–mass spectrometry method for simultaneous analysis of 20 bioactive constituents of Isodon nervosa in different places of China and different parts of this herb. Methodology – The optimal chromatographic conditions were achieved on a C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) with with linear gradient elution with 0.1% aqueous formic acid : methanol containing 0.1% formic acid at a flow‐rate of 0.7 mL/min in 15 min. The identification and quantification of those analytes were achieved on a hybrid quadrupole linear ion trap mass spectrometer. Multiple‐reaction monitoring scanning was employed for quantification with switching electrospray ion source polarity between positive and negative modes in a single run. Full validation of the method was carried out (linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection and limit of quantification). Results – The results indicated that the method was simple, rapid, specific and reliable. The proposed method was successfully applied for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 20 chemical compositions in Isodon nervosa samples. Conclusion – Twenty chemical compositions in 21 batches of wild and cultivated Isodon nervosa samples from different sources had great variation in the contents. ent-Abietane diterpenoids, hebeiabinins A-F (1-5), together with seven known diterpenoids were isolated from leaves of Isodon rubescens var. rubescens. The structures of 1-5 were established on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, including application of 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. The diterpenoids isolated were evaluated for the cytotoxicity against A549, HT-29, and K562 tumor cells. Compound 5 was the most active with IC(50) value of 0.91 microM against A549 cells. 相似文献

以冬凌草的分枝数、单墩叶重及叶中冬凌草甲素的含量作为冬凌草药材产量和质量的评价指标,确定了河南淇县野生冬凌草和湖北广水、武汉野转家种冬凌草的最佳采收期,并分析了气象因素对冬凌草药材质量和产量的影响。结果表明:气象因素对引种地与原产地冬凌草的质量没有明显影响,药材叶中冬凌草甲素含量均在6月份左右达到峰值且十分接近;但气象因素对冬凌草产量则有影响,气候不同导致引种地野转家种药材的分枝数比原产地野生药材多2~4倍。综合质量和产量的考察结果,冬凌草的最佳采收期应定在其开花前,引种地武汉宜定在6月份,引种地广水宜定在6~7月份,原产地河南淇县宜定在6~8月份。 相似文献
