爵床科一新组合—菲律宾爵床

查阅模式标本后发现Hypoestes pulgarense Elmer的花单生或少数花聚生于叶腋内,并且花药两室,下方一室具矩.这些特征与枪刀药属(Hypoestes)聚伞花序及单室花药的特征不符,而与爵床属(Justicia)一致.因此提出一新组合--菲律宾爵床(Justicia pulgarensis(Elmer)C.M.Gao & Y.F.Deng).     

Antifungal diterpenes from Hypoestes serpens (Acanthaceae)

Two new diterpenes, fusicoserpenol A and dolabeserpenoic acid A, with antifungal activity, were isolated from leaves of Hypoestes serpens (Acanthaceae). Their structures were elucidated by means of spectrometric methods including 1D and 2D NMR experiments and MS analysis. X-ray crystallographic analysis confirmed the structure of fusicoserpenol A and established the relative configuration.     

Hypofolins A – L,ent‐Labdane Diterpenoids from the Roots of Hypoestes phyllostachya ‘Pink Splash’

Twelve new ent‐labdane diterpenoids, hypofolins A – F ( 1 – 6 ) and hypofolins G – L ( 7a / 7b , 8a / 8b , and 9a / 9b ), were isolated from the roots of Hypoestes phyllostachya ‘Pink Splash’. Their structures were elucidated by extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic and HR‐MS data. The absolute configurations of 1 , 2 , 5 , and 7a / 7b were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction and ECD analysis, as well as chemical transformations. Compounds 7a / 7b , 8a / 8b , and 9a / 9b were isolated as three pairs of interconverting mixture of two isomers between ketone and hemiketal types. Compound 1 showed weak cytotoxicity against SMMC‐7721 cell line with IC₅₀ value of 31.40 μm .     

Antiproliferative Activity of Root Extract from Gentian Plant (Gentiana triflora) on Cultured and Implanted Tumor Cells

We describe a novel pharmacological activity of the gentian root, an ingredient of Chinese medicines. Root extract from Gentiana triflora triggered cell death of human Daudi cells in culture. In addition, daily administration of the extract to mice inhibited growth of implanted solid tumors. Extract treatment of cultured cells resulted in the appearance of shranken, fragmented, or condensed cell and nuclear morphologies, and in chromosomal DNA degradation. But, the extract-treated cells did not show DNA fragmentation, which exhibits a nucleosome ladder, suggesting that extract-triggered cell death is not mediated through a typical apoptotic pathway.     

三花枪刀药化学成分研究

由爵床科枪刀药属植物三花枪刀药（Hypoestes triflora）的地上部分丙酮提取物中分离得到了6个化合物,通过波谱分析及晶体X射线分析确定为：尿囊素(allantoin)（1）,β－谷甾醇（2）,胡萝卜甙（3）,硬脂酸（4）,黄木灵(xanthoxylin)（5）和无机盐硝酸钾（6）,这些成分均为首次由该种植物中分离得到。     

Polymorphic microsatellite DNA markers for Daviesia triflora (Papilionaceae)

We developed 11 polymorphic microsatellite DNA markers for an Australian native plant, Daviesia triflora. The number of alleles per locus in 40 individuals varied from four to 19, and observed and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.450 to 0.925 and from 0.497 to 0.899, respectively. Nine loci showed no significant deviation from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium (P > 0.05), and null alleles appear to exist at loci DT‐A102 and DT‐B103. All loci showed independent inheritance.     

Antifungal isopimaranes from Hypoestes serpens

Five isopimarane diterpenes (7beta-hydroxyisopimara-8,15-dien-14-one, 14alpha-hydroxyisopimara-7,15-dien-1-one, 1beta,14alpha-dihydroxyisopimara-7,15-diene, 7beta-hydroxyisopimara-8(14),15-dien-1-one and 7beta-acetoxyisopimara-8(14),15-dien-1-one) have been isolated from the leaves of Hypoestes serpens (Acanthaceae). All compounds exhibited antifungal activity against both the plant pathogenic fungus Cladosporium cucumerinum and the yeast Candida albicans; two of them also displayed an acetylcholinesterase inhibition. The structures of the compounds were determined by means of spectrometric methods, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments and MS analysis.
