极小种群野生植物坡垒(Hopea hainanensis)曾经是热带低地雨林的优势种, 但由于商业采伐和刀耕火种等严重人类干扰及自然更新困难, 致使其种群数量急剧下降到最小可存活的界限, 急需开展种群的拯救恢复工作。而对于坡垒生境适宜性及更新限制的了解, 是进行种群保护及恢复的基础。本文在对野生坡垒种群及其生境因子调查测定的基础上, 分析了生物与非生物生境特征及其对坡垒种群更新幼苗多度的影响。结果表明: 坡垒种群从幼苗至幼树阶段存在着严重的增补限制。坡度小、土壤含水量和有效磷含量高、母株胸径和冠幅较大、伴生种胸高断面积中等的环境是坡垒幼苗较为适宜的生境, 且坡垒幼苗多度与坡度及土壤pH值显著负相关, 与土壤含水量及土壤全磷含量显著正相关。这些研究结果为极小种群野生植物坡垒的就地保护与种群复壮提供了科学依据。  相似文献

Some tropical trees with indistinct growth rings have a distinct interlocked grain that reveals their internal growth rhythm. To determine their growth rhythm, it is necessary to accurately measure the wood grain angle. The usual methods for grain angle measurement are radial splitting using wood disks, which occasionally provides inaccurate data, and serial tangential sectioning, which requires preparation and analysis of many sections. The present report proposes an easier but accurate method to measure grain angle using a single xylem transverse section. A confocal microscope was used to obtain two optical sections of different depths from a transverse section of a 7-year-old Hopea odorata Roxb. The tangential lag between the optical images was then calculated using image cross-correlation and transformed into grain angle. Radially consecutive sampling revealed distinct radial fluctuations in the grain angle. The fluctuation data were compared to data obtained by radial splitting and serial tangential sectioning. There was a strong correlation between grain angle using the three methods. In the region close to the cambium, however, the present method revealed an abrupt change in the grain angle, although radial splitting showed a smooth undulation throughout the radius. Using the present method, the analysis of a radial range of 5 cm required a single transverse section compared to 1,000 tangential sections 50-m thick. In conclusion, the present method using a single transverse section, confocal microscopy, and image cross-correlation analysis provides more accurate data than radial splitting, and is less time-consuming than serial tangential sectioning.  相似文献

This study reports the isolation and characterization of 15 polymorphic microsatellite loci in an endangered tropical tree Hopea bilitonensis (Dipterocarpaceae). The primers were designed from a genomic library enriched for dinucleotide (CT) repeats and screened on 24 adult trees from a natural population. The number of alleles ranged from two to eight, and the observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.042 to 1.000. These loci will allow mating system and population analyses to be carried out in this species.  相似文献

狭叶坡垒(Hopea chinensis)为常绿乔木,是我国热带季雨林的代表树种之一。它树型优美,具一定的耐寒性,是我国珍稀濒危保护植物。为阐明其传粉生物学特征和迁地保护的繁殖潜力,该文在引种地桂林植物园对狭叶坡垒的开花物候、花尺寸和花气味进行了观察和测量,运用杂交指数(OCI)、花粉胚珠比(P/O)、花粉活力、柱头活性检测和人工自交等方法对其繁育系统进行了检测,观察了访花昆虫并检验了其传粉效率,通过人工异交检验了繁殖潜力和可能的传粉限制。结果表明:(1)桂林植物园内狭叶坡垒的花期为7月底到9月底,持续60 d左右,一个花序花期约12 d,单花期约3 d,花朵开放时间为17:00—18:45。(2)雌雄同熟,雌蕊空间位置高于雄蕊,高花粉活力和高柱头可授性出现时间基本一致。(3) OCI等于4,P/O为10 788±984。(4)无自动自花授粉能力且自交不亲和,自然条件下和异交授粉能坐果且坐果率无显著差异。(5)蕈蚊是狭叶坡垒唯一的传粉者。(6)主要花香成分为β-榄香烯、(E)-7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯和1-石竹烯。综上所述,狭叶坡垒繁育系统为异交,在迁地保...  相似文献

Summary Amino acid, polyamine and protein concentrations in seeds and their evolution during seed germination of two dipterocarp species, Hopea odorata and Dipterocarpus alatus, were determined with the help of a multianalytical system. Glutamic acid and glutamine were the major amino compounds present. Hopea seeds also contain high levels of aspartic acid/asparagine, serine, threonine, arginine and alanine, while those of Dipterocarpus contain high levels of alanine, arginine and threonine. These species were quite different in their germination behavior and thus in their protein and amine metabolism rates. In Hopea, polyamines increased during the first 3 days of germination and reached a maximum by the 3rd day, 1 day before maximum germination rate. In Dipterocarpus polyamines reached their maximum at the 6th day while maximum germination rate is observed by the 7th day. This suggests that polyamine compounds could play a role in the early part of the germination process in Hopea and Dipterocarpus seeds. The possibility that control of polyamine biosynthesis could be used for the establishment of biochemical methods to improve seed storage and to control germination of these recalcitrant seeds is discussed.  相似文献

国家二级保护树种坡垒(HopeahainanensisMerr.etChun)原产海南岛。在西双版纳勐仑热带植物园迁地栽培,年平均增高0.44~0.9m,胸径加粗0.54~1.31cm,比原产地野生或其他迁地保护地区的植株生长快。花期8~10月,果熟期翌年3~5月。种子发芽率达96.7%。经多年观察,未见寒害和严重的病虫害。已繁衍了3代并扩大种植284株,说明坡垒在西双版纳热带植物园迁地保护获得成功。  相似文献

研究了温度,光照,土壤水分对坡垒(Hopea hainanensis Merr.et Chun)种子萌发和寿命的影响。结果表明坡垒种子萌发的最适温度为15-20℃种子在全黑暗条件与周期性光照条件下处理的萌发结果无明显差异。土壤含水量为20%-70%时种子能够萌发,而适宜的土壤含水量为30%-50%。在室内自然摊放第14天的发芽率为20%。18d完全丧失发芽能力。由于坡垒种子具有顽拗型种子的一些特点,该物种宜采取活体保存的方法,以就地保护为主,迁地保护为辅。  相似文献

The metabolites of endophytic fungus Penicillium sp. from the leaf of Hopea hainanensis were reported for the first time. By bioassay-guided fractionation, the EtOAc extract of a solid-matrix steady culture of this fungus afforded six compounds, which were identified through a combination of spectral and chemical methods (IR, MS, 1H- and 13C-NMR) to be monomethylsulochrin (1), rhizoctonic acid (2), asperfumoid (3), physcion (4), 7,8-dimethyl-iso-alloxazine (5) and 3,5-dichloro-p-anisic acid (6). Compounds 2, 3 and 6 were obtained from Penicillium sp. for the first time. All of the six isolates were subjected to in vitro bioactive assays including antifungal action against three human pathogenic fungi Candida albicans, Trichophyton rubrum and Aspergillus niger and cytotoxic activity against the human nasopharyngeal epidermoid tumor KB cell line and human liver cancer HepG2 cell line. As a result, compounds 24 and 6 inhibited the growth of C. albicans with MICs of 40.0, 20.0, 50.0 and 15.0 μg/ml, respectively and the compound 6 showed growth inhibition against A. niger with MICs of 40.0 μg/ml. In addition, compounds 13 and 6 exhibited cytotoxic activity against KB cell line with IC50 value of 30.0, 20.0, 20.0, 5.0 μg/ml, respectively and against HepG2 cell line with IC50 value of 30.0, 25.0, 15.0, 10.0 μg/ml, respectively.  相似文献
