分生孢子是中国被毛孢(H sinensis)生活史中极为重要的一个环节,其在冬虫夏草侵染和形成过程中有着十分关键的作用.本实验以中国被毛孢纯培养菌种为实验材料,采用显微镜观察了其菌丝体经营养生长产分生孢子过程中显微结构变化,结果表明:中国被毛孢在固体培养条件下,可以形成分生孢子,其形态和产生方式与微循环产孢过程中形成的分生孢子一致,同时,在产孢过程中,还存在瓶梗结构纵裂形成对生分生孢子的现象.  相似文献

The acaricidal mycopathogen Hirsutella thompsonii has been found to secrete metabolites that are active against femaleTetranychus urticae. Specifically, the rose-colored exudate produced on sporulating cultures of Mexican HtM120I strain sterilized female spider mites in a dose-dependent fashion. Topical application of the exudate resulted in a 100% reduction in mite fecundity over the initial six days of experimentation. Depending upon the exudate dosage, mites partially recovered within 3 and 6 d post-treatment and produced a limited number of eggs. The spider mite active HtM120I exudate contained less detectable HtA toxin than the HtM120I broth filtrate, and it was innocuous when injected into the greater wax moth Galleria mellonella L. larvae. Broth filtrates of HtM120I cultures, although toxic to assayed G. mellonella larvae, did not inhibit mite oviposition to the degree or duration of the exudate preparations. These findings suggest that the factor responsible for suppressing oviposition in female spider mites is linked to the sporulation process and is distinct from the well-characterized HtA produced by vegetative cells. Hirsutella thompsonii Fisher is a host-specific fungal pathogen of the diverse group of arthropods known as the Acari. It particularly affects eriophyid mites, and the identification of its isolates is a difficult task due to its pleomorphic nature. Seven isolates of H. thompsonii var. thompsonii and H. thompsonii var. synnematosa collected from various agro-climatic regions of India were subjected to PCR analysis using random decamer primers to differentiate between them. Random amplified polymorphic DNA analysis revealed that all of the isolates from the citrus rust mite, Phyllocoptruta oleivora Ashmead (Acari: Eriophyidae), clustered together, with the exception of one, HtCRMB. The only isolate of H. thompsonii from Aceria guerreronis keifer (Acari: Eriophydae), HtPDBC, clustered separately.  相似文献

During entomological surveys in ancient woodland and orchards in the English county of Worcestershire, dead arboreal beetles were found exhibiting external evidence of primary colonisation by anamorphic fungi belonging to the Clavicipitales. One of these proved to be an undescribed species and a new taxon is proposed: Harposporium bredonense on the larva of a longhorn beetle, Leiopus nebulosus (Cerambycidae), with a Hirsutella synanamorph. Hirsutella guignardii on the adult histerid beetle, Paromalus flavicornis, is a new host record, as well as a new fungal record for the British Isles. In addition, Lecanicillium psalliotae and Paecilomyces farinosus were isolated from mummified ecloded pupae of the Noble Chafer, Aleurostictus nobilis (Scarabaeidae), which is recognised as a rare or endangered species in Britain.  相似文献

从西藏采集的冬虫夏草子实体中分离出 3个菌株C3、C4、C5,通过培养特征的研究以及采用分子生物学方法 ,以rDNAITS区为分子指标 ,与冬虫夏草 [Cordycepssinensis(Berk .)Sacc.) ]的有性世代及中国被毛孢 (HirsutellasinensisLiu ,Guo,Yu&Zeng)进行比较分析 ,发现C4的培养特征与C3、C5 完全不同 ,其序列与冬虫夏草的相似率为 93 %,与中国被毛孢的相似率为 94%,而C3、C5 与冬虫夏草的相似率很低 (分别为 5 5 %和 6 9%) ,从而证明C4是西藏冬虫夏草的无性型 ,为中国被毛孢。  相似文献

The fungi, Hirsutella rhossiliensis and Hirsutella minnesotensis, are two endoparasites of second-stage juveniles (J2) of the soybean cyst nematode (SCN), Heterodera glycines. The objective of this study was to screen for effective fungal isolates to control the nematode in laboratory and greenhouse assays. A total of 93 isolates of H. rhossiliensis and 25 isolates of H. minnesotensis were evaluated for parasitism of SCN J2 on cornmeal agar. Percentage of SCN J2 parasitized by the fungi varied among the fungal isolates. Most H. rhossiliensis isolates parasitized a high percentage of J2. The isolates of H. rhossiliensis obtained from bacteria-feeding nematodes, however, generally did not parasitize J2 on agar. H. minnesotensis parasitized fewer J2 on agar than did H. rhossiliensis . Forty isolates of H. rhossiliensis and four isolates of H. minnesotensis that parasitized a high percentage of J2 on agar were evaluated for their biocontrol potential in soil treated with microwave heating. Most isolates selected from the agar assay also parasitized a high percentage of J2 in the soil but there was variation among isolates. Pathogenicity of 14 isolates of H. rhossiliensis and four isolates of H. minnesotensis to the SCN was also investigated in the greenhouse using untreated field soil. Most isolates of H. rhossiliensis reduced SCN population density and increased plant growth when compared with 1% corn-grits control (culture media). One isolate (OWVT-1) of H. rhossiliensis reduced the SCN egg density by 95% and J2 density by 98% when compared with the control. Isolates of H. minnesotensis, however, neither reduced SCN density nor increased plant growth in the greenhouse.  相似文献

冬虫夏草是有名的中药材,作为滋补药物已有数百年历史。它主要分布于亚洲高纬度草甸地带,寄主为蝙蝠蛾幼虫。目前有许多证据尤其是在rDNA-ITS水平上支持中国被毛孢Hirsutella sinensis是冬虫夏草的唯一无性型。然而,除了那些属于明显的错误注册的序列以外,从NCBI数据库检索得到的多个已注册为"冬虫夏草"的序列彼此之间的差异十分显著。基于这些有差异的GenBank序列,有些作者提出了冬虫夏草种复合群体及其包含的三个隐存种的假设。为检验该假设,我们以单株冬虫夏草子实体为材料,开展了rDNA-ITS序列分析研究。冬虫夏草样品分别采自中国的四川和青海两省。结果显示只有‘冬虫夏草A组’应为真正的冬虫夏草,而B组和C组很有可能属于其他真菌,而非冬虫夏草的隐存种。  相似文献

In an attempt to suppress the propagation of citrus greening disease in Indonesia, we explored pathogens ofDiaphorina citri which vectors the disease. At two orange orchards, manyD. citri adults were found to be dead and covered with fungal mycelia. Two fungi,Paecilomyces fumosoroseus andHirsutella citriformis, were consistently isolated from the infected insects. Molecular phylogeny of their 18S rDNA sequences showed that they belong to the ascomycetous clade of the Clavicipitales/Hypocreales, which embraces many entomopathogenic fungi. When healthy adults ofD. citri were inoculated with conidia of theP. fumosoroseus, the insects died within 6 d.  相似文献

Studies on diseases of mites caused by entomopathogenic fungi have been undertaken in Poland about a half a century later than in West European countries. Nevertheless, during the last 30 years almost 40 species of arthropod pathogenic fungi have been identified, among them 23 species of Entomophthorales, 12 species of Hyphomycetales and four species of ectoparasitic Laboulbeniales. The most common are representatives of the genus Hirsutella , found both on phytophagous and parasitic or predaceous mites. Percentage infection by H. thompsonii in populations of some tarsonemid and eriophyid mites increases slowly from the end of spring reaching a maximum of 30-60% in August-September. Neozygites floridana is a common entomophthoralean species causing epizootics in spider mite populations; infection also peaks in late summer and autumn. The most numerous fungal taxa have been identified from the resting spores produced internally within the body of the host and show features of the genus Tarichium . From the total number of the taxa recorded within these studies, 22 were described as species new to science. Current research on invertebrate pathology in Poland includes many groups of mites and among their pathogens fungal diseases seem to be the most common.  相似文献
