Today the Fourier Transform is also used in the analysis of biological time series with periodical parts. For N = 2M EEG sampling values the Fast Fourier Transform algorithm of COOLEY and TUKEY is applicable. For this a FORTRAN IV program EEG-FFT has been developed for computation of power spectrum. At the data processing equipment EC 1040 the CPU-time for 210 = 1024 EEG sampling values is smaller than 1.5 s. The FORTRAN IV program can be applied both in offline and online data processing. 相似文献

Summary A FORTRAN program was written that calculates composite linkage disequilibrium coefficients from genotypic data. Chi-square tests determine whether coefficients calculated for allele and locus pairs are significantly greater than zero. A subroutine is provided that partitions the variance in linkage disequilibrium into within- and between-subpopulation components. A statistical calculation method is proposed which greatly facilitates the determination of the proper design of mixing devices necessary to preform isokinetic density gradients run in swinging bucket rotors. Calculation programs for pocket calculators or written in FORTRAN are available. A number of calculations were verified experimentally. 相似文献
