目的:了解西安市三甲综合医院耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)qacA/B基因的携带情况,以便掌握其对消毒剂的耐药情况。方法:收集临床分离的152株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌,采用聚合酶链反应检测qacA/B基因,并将qacA/B基因扩增产物进行测序,测序结果进行比对。结果:152株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌中有11株检出qacA/B阳性,qacA/B携带率7.2%;测序结果比对发现,4株qacA的基因编码序列同一位点均有一个碱基发生突变(C→T),苏氨酸突变为异亮氨酸。结论:该地区临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌中qacA/B携带率相对较低,但也存在抵抗消毒剂的风险,临床应加强消毒剂使用的管理,阻止MRSA的传播,减少感染的发生。  相似文献

Aggregated bacteria growing on a surface, so-called biofilms, play an important role in technical processes like wastewater treatment, bioremediation, or bioprocessing. In contrast, problems arise when biofilm growth results in undesired processes that may cause huge financial losses, e.g., clogged pipes, microbially influenced corrosion or pathogenic contamination. For observation purposes and to develop efficient control strategies, real-time monitoring tools for biofilms are required. Among the large variety of tools used in biofilm research, calorimetry is rarely applied, even though many characteristics qualify it for biofilm investigation and monitoring. Calorimetric measurements are non-invasive and non-destructive, and can be applied to nearly any kind of samples (including heterogeneous or turbid solutions) without the need of special sample preparation. Online and real-time data acquisition reduces the labor and facilitates high-throughput measurements. The following article is meant to introduce and promote calorimetry as a future tool in biofilm research. It attempts an assessment of common, existent monitoring tools and specifically addresses the potential of calorimetry in this field.  相似文献

In this study, a laboratory model to reproduce dental unit waterline (DUWL) biofilms was developed using a CDC biofilm reactor (CBR). Bacteria obtained from DUWLs were filtered and cultured in Reasoner’s 2A (R2A) for 10 days, and were subsequently stored at ?70°C. This stock was cultivated on R2A in batch mode. After culturing for five days, the bacteria were inoculated into the CBR. Biofilms were grown on polyurethane tubing for four days. Biofilm accumulation and thickness was 1.3 × 105 CFU cm?2 and 10–14 μm respectively, after four days. Bacteria in the biofilms included cocci and rods of short and medium lengths. In addition, 38 bacterial genera were detected in biofilms. In this study, the suitability and reproducibility of the CBR model for DUWL biofilm formation were demonstrated. The model provides a foundation for the development of bacterial control methods for DUWLs.  相似文献

Nitrogen trichloride (NCl3) is an irritant gas released in the air of indoor pools sanitized with chlorine-based disinfectants. In the present study we investigated the effects of NCl 3 on the pulmonary epithelium of pool attendees by measuring the leakage into serum of three lung-specific proteins (pneumoproteins): the alveolar surfactant-associated proteins A and B (SP-A and SP-B) and the bronchiolar 16 kDa Clara cell protein (CC16). These pneumoproteins were measured in the serum of 29 recreational swimmers (16 children and 13 adults) before and after attending a chlorinated pool with a mean NCl3 concentration of 490 µg m-3. Pneumoprotein changes in serum were also studied in 14 trained swimmers performing an intensive 45 min standardized swimming session in a chlorinated pool (mean NCl3 concentration of 355 µg m-3) and for the purposes of comparison in a non-chlorinated pool sanitized by the copper/silver method. Serum CC16 was not increased in recreational swimmers, but in trained swimmers serum levels of this protein peaked immediately after strenuous exercise, both in the copper/silver pool and in the chlorinated pool. This acute increase in airway permeability is probably the consequence of the mechanical stress on the epithelial barrier caused by overinflation and/or hyperventilation during intense exercise. Serum levels of SP-A and SP-B were unaffected by strenuous exercise in the copper/silver pool. The two proteins were, however, significantly increased in a time-dependent manner in recreational and trained swimmers attending the chlorinated pool. The intravascular leakage of SP-A and SP-B was already statistically significant after only 1 h of exposure to pool air without exercising and remained elevated for 12 h after. These changes were not associated with decrements in lung function. The ability of NCl3 to acutely disrupt the lung epithelium barrier was confirmed in mice using serum CC16 and plasma proteins in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid as permeability markers. The significance of these permeability changes induced by NCl3 in the deep lung is presently unknown. In view of the increasing and widespread human exposure to this gas not only in indoor pools but also in a variety of other situations, these findings warrant further study.  相似文献

Novel N-halamine siloxane and epoxide coatings are described. The coatings can be rendered biocidal by exposure to dilute bleach. Once the bound chlorine is lost from the coatings, it can be regenerated by further exposure to dilute bleach. Synthetic schemes and biocidal efficacy data are presented. The stabilities of the bound chlorine on the surfaces are also addressed. Substrates employed include sand, textiles, and paint. Potential uses for the technology are discussed.  相似文献

目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌老年人分离株耐药性与qacE△1-sul1基因存在情况,并讨论其临床意义。方法自老年人分离的20抹鲍曼不动杆菌按CLSI做药敏试验,采用聚合酶链反应法检测qacE△1-sul1基因。结果鲍曼不动杆菌qacE△1-sul1基因阳性15株,阳性率为75%。结论鲍曼不动杆菌老年人分离株qacE△1-sul1基因携带率较高,现行的消毒剂或消毒方法的有效性,应引起我国医院消毒界的广泛重视。  相似文献

目的:研究多药耐药大肠杆菌对不同消毒剂的抗力水平,为临床上合理选择消毒剂提供依据。方法:采用营养肉汤稀释法及悬液定量杀菌实验分别测定临床分离出的具有多重耐药性的大肠杆菌对临床常用消毒剂的最低抑茵浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)及不同作用时间消毒剂对菌株的杀灭率,并与大肠杆菌标准株的测定结果进行比较。结果:不同消毒剂对多药耐药大肠杆菌的MIC值不同,洁芙柔消毒凝胶的MIC值为2.8±1.9,绿莎新爱尔施牌消毒片的MIC值为2583.4±1107.2,爱护佳免洗手消毒液的MIC值为144.63:86.9,安尔碘II型皮肤消毒剂的MIC值为16.1±7.7。4种常用消毒剂对多要耐药大肠杆菌的MIC值均高于标准菌,绿莎新爱尔施牌消毒片及爱护佳免洗手消毒液的MIC值与标准大肠杆菌较为接近。另外,4种常用消毒剂在常用浓度下对标准大肠杆菌和多药耐药大肠杆菌作用5min的杀灭率均能打到100%,标准大肠杆菌的被杀灭率略高于多药耐药大肠杆菌。结论:多药耐药菌株对消毒剂的抗性日益受到关注,使用时调整浓度、加强消毒剂科学管理对控制医院感染具有重要意义。  相似文献

Indoor environments play important roles in human health. The health hazards posed by polluted indoor environments include allergy, infections and toxicity. Life style changes have resulted in a shift from open air environments to air tight, energy efficient, environments, in which people spend a substantial portion of their time. Most indoor air pollution comes from the hazardous non biological agents and biological agents. Fungi are ubiquitous in distribution and are a serious threat to public health in indoor environments.
