亚热带山地亮叶水青冈林的群落分类及物种组成与更新   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
水青冈属(Fagus)约有11种,我国有5种。亮叶水青冈(Faguslucida)是我国间断分布于亚热带高海拔山地的主要落叶树种。近年来亮叶水青冈林受砍伐严重,为了保护残存的林地,作者采用Braun-Blanquet(1964)、Fujiwara(1987)的植物社会学方法,对分布于中国亚热带山地的南山、梵净山、宽阔水、八大公山4地域的亮叶水青冈林进行了植被的比较研究。根据37个样方调查的资料,区分出3个群丛6个亚群丛。比较3个群丛的物种组成、生活型结构发现,位于南山的毛玉山竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Yushaniobasihirsuto–Fagetumlucidae)及位于梵净山与宽阔水的大箭竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Sinarundinariochungii–Fagetumlucidae),其常绿落叶阔叶混交林的特征明显;而八大公山的箭竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Sinarundinarionitido–Fagetumlucidae),其落叶阔叶林的特征较显著。南山与八大公山的亮叶水青冈林立木结构分析结果表明,前者呈“L”型分布,林窗的存在使亮叶水青冈可以保持更新,密集的竹子是妨碍其自然更新的主要因素;后者呈“Λ”状分布,尽管林下竹子稀疏,自然更新却严重不良,其原因尚待继续定点观测分析。  相似文献

林龄对森林生态系统碳储量及其在不同碳组分(植被、木质残体、凋落物和土壤)中的分配有着重要影响。亚热带森林在陆地生态系统碳循环中起着重要作用, 水青冈属(Fagus)植物是我国亚热带广泛分布的重要树种, 而有关水青冈林碳储量随林龄变化的研究在我国鲜有报道。该研究选取贵州月亮山3个演替阶段(林龄分别为33年、82年和208年)的亮叶水青冈(Fagus lucida)林为研究对象, 对其生态系统全组分的碳储量及其分配格局进行了调查与估算。研究发现, 随林龄增加, 亮叶水青冈林生态系统碳储量显著增加, 33年、82年和208年林分别为(186.9 ± 46.0)、(265.8 ± 82.3)和(515.1 ± 176.4) Mg·hm -2, 且生态系统碳储量的增加主要由植被碳储量(占比由32%增长至79%)贡献。凋落物与木质残体碳储量随林龄增加亦呈增加趋势, 但二者占生态系统碳储量的比例很小(<1%)。而不同林龄土壤碳储量无显著差异, 其占比由33年林的67%降至208年林的20%。这些结果验证了林龄对森林生态系统各组分碳储量及其分配的重要影响, 同时指出干扰和土地利用历史等对森林植物残体和土壤碳积累的重要作用。  相似文献

Hypocotyl explants of three leguminous forest tree species, Albizia amara, A. lucida and A. richardiana, have differentiated shoot buds on B5 basal medium. Maximum number of shoots per explant developed on basal medium augmented with 2,4-D (0.1 M) in A. amara (2) and BA (10 M) for both A. lucida (2) and A. richardiana (1.6). Higher concentrations of auxins in the medium, in general, enhanced rooting and callusing but cytokinins promoted the growth of green calli. BA enchanced the differentiation of shoots in the three species. The in vitro grown shoots of A. amara and A. richardiana, after subculturing on B5+1 M IAA developed roots (up to 30–40%). Dinoponera lucida (Formicidae; Ponerinae) is an extinction‐threatened species of ant which is endemic in the central corridor of the Atlantic Forest. We used mitochondrial sequences of the Cox1, Cox2 and Cytb genes in order to infer some aspects of the evolutionary history and phylogeography of this ant. High genetic divergence and population structure were observed for the whole species. The current pattern of D. lucida diversity seems to be shaped during different geological times: middle Pliocene, early Pleistocene and mainly late Pleistocene, when the reduction of populations generated a structure pattern of the genetic variation of this species. Our data show that this structure results from the maintenance of populations of D. lucida within very small putative refuges to the south of the central Bahia refugium. We thus argue that, for some Atlantic forest endemic species, especially those resistant to very small fragments of forest, such as D. lucida, the small putative refuges were as important as, or even more important than, larger and stable refuges for the creation and maintenance of diversity, adding another piece to the puzzle of the mechanisms underlying local endemism. © 2010 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2010, 101 , 949–960.  相似文献

亮叶中南鱼藤的杀虫活性及有效成分   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
研究了亮叶中南鱼藤Derris fordii var. lucida的杀虫活性及有效成分。通过生物测定确定了该植物提取物对几种害虫的杀虫活性及其作用方式,并在活性跟踪的基础上,通过萃取、柱层析、薄层制备、重结晶、核磁共振和质谱等方法对其有效成分进行了分离和鉴定。结果表明,亮叶中南鱼藤不同部位甲醇提取物中仅根部提取物表现出杀虫活性。根甲醇提取物对白纹伊蚊Aedes albopictus 4龄幼虫、棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover 无翅成蚜、豆蚜Aphis craccivora Koch无翅成蚜、桃蚜Myzus persicae (Sulzer)无翅成蚜、甘薯天蛾Herse convolvuli L. 2龄幼虫、三化螟Scirpophaga incertulas (Walker)初孵幼虫、菜青虫Pieris rapae (L.) 2龄幼虫和黄曲条跳甲Phyllotreta striolata (Fabricius)成虫都有毒杀效果,其LC50值分别是260.3 mg/L、234.6 mg/L、141.3 mg/L、16.4 mg/L、233.4 mg/L、20.8 mg/L、11.7 mg/L和148.4 mg/L。根甲醇提取物对甘薯天蛾3龄幼虫24 h的触杀和胃毒毒力LC50值分别为101.6 mg/L和234.9 mg/L。此外,亚致死剂量的根甲醇提取物对甘薯天蛾3龄幼虫还有拒食和抑制生长发育的作用。从根中分离和鉴定了3个化合物,即鱼藤酮、6a,12a-脱氢鱼藤素和β-谷甾醇。鱼藤酮和6a,12a-脱氢鱼藤素对三化螟初孵幼虫表现出毒杀活性,24 h的LC50值分别是2.6 mg/L和5.3 mg/L。结论为:亮叶中南鱼藤仅根为活性部位,该甲醇提取物对棉蚜等多种害虫有活性,其主要作用方式为触杀和胃毒,鱼藤酮和6a,12a-脱氢鱼藤素是根中的主要杀虫活性成分。  相似文献

Arthropod venoms are potential sources of neuroactive substances, providing new tools for the design of drugs. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Dinoponera quadriceps venom (DqV) on seizure models in mice induced by pentylenetetrazole (PTZ), pilocarpine, and strychnine. In the PTZ model, intraperitoneal treatment with DqV (0.5 mg/kg) increased the time until the first seizure and the percentage of survival (155.4 ± 27.7 s/12.5%, p < 0.05) compared to the control group (79.75 ± 3.97 s/0%), whereas endovenous treatment (0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg) decreased the time until the first seizure (0.1 mg/kg: 77.83 ± 5.3 s versus 101.0 ± 3.3 s in the control group; 0.5 mg/kg: 74.43 ± 3.9 s versus 101.0 ± 3.3 s for the control group, p < 0.05). We did not observe significant changes in the pilocarpine- and strychnine-induced seizure models. In assays that measured oxidative parameters in the PTZ model, intraperitoneal treatment with DqV (0.5 and 2.0 mg/kg) only decreased the levels of MDA and nitrite in the cortex. However, endovenous treatment with DqV (0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg) increased the levels of MDA in the cortex and hippocampus and at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg in the striatum. Moreover, increased in nitrite content was observed in all three of the brain regions analyzed. Taken together, the D. quadriceps venom caused both neuroprotective and neurotoxic effects in a PTZ-induced seizure model, and this effect was dependent on the route of administration used.  相似文献

The growth and development of the freshly hatched second stage larva (FHL2) into the infective second stage “dauer” larva (DL2) has been followed under field conditions and in callus tissue culture. A comparison of this development has been made between specimens originating from widely separated geographic regions. The FHL2's from Narrogin (Western Australia) are slightly shorter than those from Murray Bridge (South Australia) and have a mean length of 543 ± 55 μm compared with 580±51 μm. However, the lengths of the DL2s from these areas are similar, having mean lengths of 841 ± 35 μm and 849 ±26 μm respectively. Furthermore stylet lengths in all these larvae are similar and are approx. 10 μm. Morphological changes associated with the transition from FHL2 to DL2 include thickening of the cuticle, a change in shape of the lateral alae associated with stretching and the synthesis of numerous lipid storage granules. Physiological changes include a marked increase in swimming activity and the ability to enter into an anhydrobiotic state. Growth from FHL2 to DL2 in Lolium multiflorum callus tissue culture took place within 9 days at 20°C. No moulting was observed and growth did not take place beyond the DL2 stage under these conditions.  相似文献

米仓山自然保护区水青冈属(Fagus)资源调查报告   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
使用常规野外种群调查方法调查了米仓山自然保护区中水青冈属(Fagus)林木资源贮量。结果表明保护区有水青冈属分布的林分面积达7 064.8 hm2,占保护区有林地面积40%多;水青冈属活立木总蓄积814 600 m3,是国内目前水青冈属植物保存面积最大的地区。保护区中现有水青冈(F.longipetiolata),亮叶水青冈(F.lucida),台湾水青冈(F.hayatae),米心水青冈(F.engleriana)4个种,而在这4种水青冈属植物中,又以台湾水青冈的发现最为重要,有台湾水青冈分布的林分面积达5 923.3 hm2,以台湾水青冈为优势的林分面积2 511 hm2,台湾水青冈活立木蓄积317 000 m3。  相似文献

种子雨是植物种子扩散的起点, 对群落更新及种群动态起着关键作用。该文以三峡大老岭自然保护区内一片面积为1.3 hm 2的光叶水青冈(Fagus lucida)群落固定样地为研究对象, 运用分层随机设计, 在10个不同的地形部位放置了100个种子雨收集框, 自2001年起进行种子雨观测, 对该群落种子雨的数量与物种多样性的年际动态、种子雨和群落物种构成的关系等进行了统计分析。结果表明: 1)过去10年间, 共收集到来自48种木本植物的60 926粒种子, 种子雨的多年平均密度为(82.9 ± 61.5) seeds·m-2·a-1(mean ± SD), 平均物种丰富度为(16.7 ± 5.5) species·a-1(mean ± SD)。2)种子生产的种间差异极为显著, 种子量排名前三的植物贡献了累计种子雨总量的70%。3)群落种子雨的密度和物种丰富度在10年中基本同步, 均呈现显著的周期性波动, 并出现了3个大年。乔木和灌木种子雨密度的年际波动无显著相关性, 但物种数变化显著正相关; 4)种子雨与样地群落共有种为23种, 分别占种子雨和群落中木本植物种数的47.92%和54.76%, 但这些共有种贡献了种子总量的96.22%, 表明扩散限制在研究群落中十分显著。与国内其他森林群落种子雨研究结果相比, 该研究群落的种子雨密度明显较低。  相似文献
