江淮地区巨峰系葡萄经济性状的Fuzzy综合评判

本文根据Fuzzy集理论,运用多级模型综合评判法,对巨峰系13个品种在江淮地区的经济性状表现作了评价。结果表明,江淮地区发展巨峰系葡萄,应以红伊豆三泽系红伊豆、藤稔三个早熟品种为主,还步缩小巨峰等中晚熟品种的比例。

Developing new hospital-at-home models based on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment: Implementation recommendations by the Working Group on Hospital-at-Home and Community Geriatrics of the Catalan Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology

Last decade, the Government of Catalonia have urged an integrated care strategy for planning the care model to older populations living with frailty, multimorbidity and advanced illnesses. Based on international evidence that was reviewed by a group of experts from the Catalan Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics, we summarised some recommendation to adapt hospital-at-home care to older populations in our system. We defined Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) hospital-at-home (HaH) as a specialised home hospitalisation service formed by interdisciplinary teams, characterised by using the clinical methodology of CGA, and by adapting geriatric units’ protocols for the provision of person-centred care at home. Main benefits of CGA-HaH in these populations are: response to heath crises according to individualised care plans based on the situational diagnosis carried out by Primary Care teams; provision of a comprehensive health and social approach tailored to the complexity of cases and situations; and adaptation of multipurpose hospitalisation, by working on different person-centred care, aspects, such as caregivers support on care provision, focusing on function or home adaptation.     

自由飞行蜜蜂对静止目标形状和颜色的综合识别能力

研究了蜜蜂对相同颜色和不同颜色目标图对的形状以及颜色的综合识别能力实验过程中,蜜蜂始终处于自由飞行状态.做为刺激目标使用的图对分别有相同颜色不同几何形状、相同颜色不同拓扑结构和不同颜色几何形状三组.主要结果有三点:(1)在相同颜色的条件下,蜜蜂可以分辨出图形的几何形状,并且识别能力与图对的相似程度成反比(2)在刺激图形为环形时,蜜蜂对图形平均亮度敏感;在平均亮度相同的情况下,对环形细节变和尺寸大小不敏感.(3)在不同颜色不同几何形状的刺激条件下.蜜蜂视觉信息加工过程中颜色因素会抑制几何形状因素而起主要作用.这三个结果可以视为深入研究颜色加工通道和几何形状加工通道之间内在关系的基础.     

Biology and Host Range of the Green-seed Weevil, Sibinia fastigiata , for Biological Control of Mimosa pigra

Aspects of the biology and host range of Sibinia fastigiata Clark (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) were studied to assess its safety for release in Australia as a biological control agent of the weed Mimosa pigra L . (Mimosaceae) . Larvae feed on the seeds and adults on open flowers of their host . Adults oviposit on to immature seeds 3 mm long or less and hence seeds of this length and maturity were used in the host range tests and for rearing . Females are shown to avoid previously attacked seeds enhancing their effectiveness as seed destroyers . Survival of adults was higher when provided with open flowers . The host range was determined using laboratory control - choice oviposition tests on excised plant material and , in the field in the native range , no - choice oviposition tests on living plants , surveys of adults on plants , and breeding of insects from pods of plants of various legume species . The control - choice oviposition tests employed a new design in which the control plant alone was offered to the insects followed by a choice of test plants species . Other than M. pigra, only one plant species was acceptable for oviposition , the closely related M. asperata. Larval development also occurs on M. asperata and this host is occasionally used in the field . This insect was approved for release in March 1997 .     

Schistosoma mansoni: Cytotoxicity of hemocytes from susceptible snail hosts for sporocysts in plasma from resistant Biomphalaria glabrata

Sporocysts of Schistosoma mansoni (PR1 strain) survive and grow in Biomphalaria glabrata PR albino strain snails, whereas they are encapsulated and die in B. glabrata 10R2 strain snails. These processes also occur in an in vitro system in which the only living cells are those of sporocysts and snail hemolymph. Hemocytes of the susceptible snail are normally not effective in damaging sporocysts. However, when the encounter occurred in the presence of cell-free plasma from resistant snails, previously impotent hemocytes severely damaged sporocysts in 24 hr. The cytotoxic capacity of resistant strain hemocytes was not altered by plasma from susceptible snails. Furthermore, it was retained even when plasma was replaced by culture medium free of snail components. The nature of the plasma factor(s) which facilitated damage by otherwise impotent hemocytes is discussed, and evidence is evaluated for the hypothesis that snail resistance is dependent upon the specificity of cytophilic factors present both in the plasma and on the hemocyte plasma membranes.     

Trgrps — an interactive algorithm for group recogniton with an example from spartinetea

Summary TRGRPS can detect groups or signal if discrete groups cannot be found in a sample. The present paper elaborates on the concepts, describes the algorithm and provides illustrations from syntaxonomy. 宁德水产养殖区水质状况及驱动力分析

水产养殖对海岸带生态系统的水环境有显著影响,研究水产养殖地区的水质动态及其驱动力对海洋牧场建设和海岸带生态系统管理有着重要意义。以宁德为研究区域,基于2017年夏季和冬季水质监测和遥感影像等数据,通过地理信息系统技术和统计分析软件,分析了水产养殖区域的水质现状、水质变化和驱动力。结果表明,该海域水质处于重污染状态,富营养化水平较高。除了悬浮物和总磷之外,其他水质指标都呈现出显著的季节性差异,不同季节影响水质的因素也不相同。水质的季节性变化是初始水质状况、养殖活动和自然因素共同作用的结果。基于研究结果,笔者建议结合高分遥感技术对养殖区水面覆盖和利用进行监测,对养殖类型和行为(如饵料类型和投放方式)进行调控,开展水质长期监测和风险应急管理,保障海洋牧场社会经济效益的同时降低生态环境影响、防控生态和人体健康风险。     

三江源区生态系统和土壤保持服务对未来气候变化的响应特征

气候变化条件下的生态系统响应特征对生态系统服务的提升和生态环境保护具有重要意义。现有气候变化评估多以全球或区域大尺度研究为主,不适合局地小尺度。以2015年为基准,根据局地特征改进了综合顺序分类系统（CSCS）,模拟了未来不同温室气体排放模式下三江源地区自然植被分布,同时分析了植被覆盖度及土壤保持功能的时空变化。研究结果表明：①在2080年的不同排放情境下,三江源地区的降水和气温增长主要发生在生长季（5—9月）和半湿润地区,其中,高排放情境的增幅最大（42.21 mm和4.93℃）;②三江源地区潜在自然植被主要由草地转化为森林,植被覆盖度和土壤保持服务在不同排放情境下均呈现由西北向东南增加的趋势,与水热规律一致,其中高排放情境的增幅最大,低排放最小;③ 利用三江源地区原生裸地演替特点和多年NPP改进的CSCS模型,模拟精度提高了24%。研究成果为局地小尺度生态系统气候响应特征提供了必要的手段和规律认识。     

Isolation of Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells from Neonatal Mice

Pulmonary hypertension is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality in infants. Historically, there has been significant study of the signaling pathways involved in vascular smooth muscle contraction in PASMC from fetal sheep. While sheep make an excellent model of term pulmonary hypertension, they are very expensive and lack the advantage of genetic manipulation found in mice. Conversely, the inability to isolate PASMC from mice was a significant limitation of that system. Here we described the isolation of primary cultures of mouse PASMC from P7, P14, and P21 mice using a variation of the previously described technique of Marshall et al.²⁶ that was previously used to isolate rat PASMC. These murine PASMC represent a novel tool for the study of signaling pathways in the neonatal period. Briefly, a slurry of 0.5% (w/v) agarose + 0.5% iron particles in M199 media is infused into the pulmonary vascular bed via the right ventricle (RV). The iron particles are 0.2 μM in diameter and cannot pass through the pulmonary capillary bed. Thus, the iron lodges in the small pulmonary arteries (PA). The lungs are inflated with agarose, removed and dissociated. The iron-containing vessels are pulled down with a magnet. After collagenase (80 U/ml) treatment and further dissociation, the vessels are put into a tissue culture dish in M199 media containing 20% fetal bovine serum (FBS), and antibiotics (M199 complete media) to allow cell migration onto the culture dish. This initial plate of cells is a 50-50 mixture of fibroblasts and PASMC. Thus, the pull down procedure is repeated multiple times to achieve a more pure PASMC population and remove any residual iron. Smooth muscle cell identity is confirmed by immunostaining for smooth muscle myosin and desmin.
