毛细管气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用仪器分析结果表明,在四川省成都市一人工种植的银木(Cinnamomumseptentrionale)种群中,其枝叶精油主要化学组成在各植株间存在很大差异,发现精油存在1,8-桉叶油素,樟脑,异丁香酚甲醇和9-氧代橙花叔醇等四个化学类型.除异丁香酚甲醚类型外,其余类型均为第一次报道.综观樟属其它种的化学类型研究可见,化学类型在樟属植物中普遍存在种内多型性和种间共性.  相似文献

Artemisia arborescens L. (Asteraceae) is an endemic and a valuable medicinal and ornamental species in the Mediterranean regions. Despite the interest given to A. arborescens L. as promising medicinal crop, this species is becoming threatened of extinction in Tunisia as a result of the fragmentation of its habitat and the absence of any specific measures for its conservation and valorisation. Based on the last considerations, extent information about their volatile metabolites profiling, contents and antimicrobial potential were undertaken based on fourteen populations originated from various geographical and bioclimatic habitats of Tunisia. The obtained results reveal an essential oil content mean value of 1.47%. The leaves of Tunisian tree wormwood populations were dominated by camphor (15.05–58.05%), chamazulene (11.72–45.26%) and β-thujone (0–36.53%). Based on the three first major compounds detected for each population, four different oil types were defined (Oil type I: camphor-chamazulene-β-thujone; Oil type II: camphor-chamazulene-terpinen-4-ol; Oil type III: camphor-chamazulene-bornyl acetate; Oil type IV: camphor-chamazulene-linalool). PCA, HCA and Heatmap chemometric analyses revealed three classification clusters defined mainly by minor compounds. These minor volatile metabolites succeed to discriminate among the fourteen studied populations which promote their chemotaxonomic interest. Our findings confirm previous reports concerning this species in the world and show chamazulene, camphor and β-thujone as the major compounds of this species which define their well known chemotypes independently of the geographical, bioclimatic and genotypic factors. This makes of these three components promising chemosystematic tool for the discrimination of A. arborescens L. in the genus Artemisia. The results showed that the four tested oils were effective against the nine tested microbial strains. The highest antimicrobial potential was revealed for the population AAr_MB characterized by camphor, chamazulene and β-thujone as the dominant components. The pattern of essential oils concentration offers wide range of possibilities for the initiation of breeding programs according to the desired bioactive compounds. Both in situ and ex situ conservation strategies were suggested for the maintenance of the highest chemical polymorphism of this valuable medicinal species.  相似文献

The chemical composition of leaves of 57 trees of Cryptocarya mandioccana from three populations of southeastern Brazil was investigated through HPLC, assaying six flavonoids, seven styrylpyrones, and seven unidentified compounds. From 51 of the former trees, genotypes were obtained from 40 polymorphic loci of 19 isozymes. Cluster analyses of the phytochemical and genetical variation revealed that trees exhibited four chemotypes and five clusters from isozymes, respectively. Discriminant analyses from selected variables of the isozymic and chemical data sets were performed, respectively, in relation to the four chemotypes and the five isozyme clusters. The classification of individuals presented respective error estimates of 9.16% and 13.57%, indicating that the genetic data could explain the clusters from chemotypes and vice versa at acceptable error levels. Linear regressions with Dummy variable showed significant association of locus Skdh-2 with quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and cryptofolione, indicating that its alleles would be responsible for the chemotype variation between individuals.  相似文献

Four species of the genus, Bryoria were found in the Sučí Potok Valley: B. capilaris (Ach.) Brodo & D. Hawksw., B. fuscescens (Gyeln.) Brodo & D. Hawksw., B. implexa (Hoffm.) Brodo & D. Hawksw., B. nadvornikiana (Gyeln.) Brodo & D. Hawksw. The most common species in the valley was B. implexa. Four chemotypes of this lichen were recognized.  相似文献

The chemical composition and biological activity of wild Lavandula luisieri (Rozeira) Rivas-Martínez populations from the south Beira interior region in central eastern Portugal are described. The essential oils of these four populations have been analyzed by GC–MS, and their antifeedant effects evaluated against Spodoptera littoralis, Myzus persicae and Rhopalosiphum padi. Relative concentration data (% values) was subjected to principal component and cluster analysis. Relative concentration data and antifeedant effects were subjected to a stepwise multiple regression analysis. Additionally, one of these populations has been adapted to experimental field cultivation.  相似文献

This paper contains new data on the chemical composition of the essential oil of Lippia alba (Mill.) N. E. Brown, as well as an overview of the available literature. Although the composition of the essential oil of this species is well-documented, discrepancies between the reported results suggest that many chemotypes and morphotypes exist. The analysis of essential oils obtained from the leaves of samples from three different locations in the French Overseas Departments (French Guiana, Martinique, and two different places in Guadeloupe) have shown that the composition of each one is quite different. This new data, along with a review and discussion of published studies, enabled us to establish seven distinct chemotypes. Possible connections between these chemotypes and morphotypes already described were also investigated.  相似文献

Quantitative comparison of seven ginsenosides in wild and cultivated American ginseng revealed that the Rg1/Rd ratio presented a significantly large difference between cultivated and type‐I (one of the defined chemotypes) wild American ginseng, facilitating this ratio as a characteristic marker for differentiating these two groups. Similarly, the ratio (Rg1+Re)/Rd, and the ratio of protopanaxatriol (PPT)‐type ginsenosides to protopanaxadiol (PPD)‐type ginsenosides showed a large difference between these two groups. On the other hand, type‐II wild samples were found to have high Rg1/Rb1 and Rg1/Re ratios and low panaxydol/panaxynol ratio, which is entirely different from Type‐I American ginseng, but is very similar to that of Asian ginseng. This not only suggests that the chemotype should be taken into consideration properly when using these parameters for differentiating American and Asian ginseng, but also indicates that type‐II wild American ginseng may have distinct pharmacological activities and therapeutic effects.  相似文献

Fusarium graminearum trichothecene producing isolates can be broadly divided into two chemotypes based on the production of the 8- ketotrichothecenes deoxynivalenol (DON) and nivalenol (NIV). Functional Tri13 gene required for the production of NIV and 4- acetyl NIV, whereas in the isolates producing DON and its acetylated derivates, this gene is nonfunctional. In this study, a total of 57 isolates from different fields of Mazandaran province, Iran were identified as F. graminearum using classical methods and species specific primers. In order to assess the potential of isolates to produce NIV or DON, we used PCR to determine whether isolates carried a functional or nonfunctional Tri13 gene. Out of the 57 tested F. graminearum isolates with Tri13 PCR assays, 46 yielded an amplicon similar to the size predicted for nivalenol production, while 11 yielded an amplicon similar to the size predicted for deoxynivalenol production. From regions where more than one F. graminearum isolate was obtained, isolates were not exclusively of a single chemotype. It seems that genetic diversity among the isolates has relation with geographical region and wheat cultivar. The assay can provide information about the distribution of Tri13 haplotype that can be used in tracing of trichothecene contaminated samples.  相似文献

为明确不同化学型樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)叶挥发性成分的异同,以5种不同樟树叶的25个样本为实验材料,采用静态顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用法(SHS-GC-MS)研究了其挥发性成分组成,并运用主成分分析(PCA)、聚类分析(CA)和判别分析(DA)等对不同化学型樟树叶挥发性成分组成进行了多变量分析。研究结果表明,不同化学型樟树叶的挥发性成分共有8种:β-芳樟醇、莰烯、β-愈创木烯、γ-松油烯、α-侧柏烯、2-乙基呋喃、α-石竹烯和大牛儿烯;不同化学型樟树叶的挥发性化合物种类和含量存在显著差异。检测出的平均化合物数量分别为52(异樟)、40(脑樟)、37(油樟)、34(芳樟)和33(龙脑樟)。主成分分析提取了3个主成分因子,累计贡献率达到86.40%。聚类分析和判别分析结果表明,其中的12种挥发性成分能够对5种化学型樟树进行较好的区分,准确率分别为96%和100%。实验结果说明,这12种挥发性成分可以较好地用于樟树化学型分类。  相似文献
