本文报道了发现于河北省石家庄地区的木耳科(Auricualariaceae)、木耳属(Auricu-laria)毛木耳的一个白色变种。其色泽如银耳故命名银白木耳[A.Polytricha(Mont.)Sacc. Var.Argentca D.Z.Zhao et C.J.Waag var.Nov.]是经济价值高、可供进一步开发应用的食用菌新菌种。通过三代五次人工驯化培养,生物性状稳定,颜色纯白,朵大肉厚,外观美丽,并具有抗木霉、耐高温,生物效率高等特点。  相似文献

本文记述寄生于产自隶于珠江水系的西洋江剥隘(云南)的银鲴 Xenocypris argentea Güinther 的指环虫 Dactylogyrus Diesing 三新种。分别订名为①副似兰指环虫 Dactylogyrus paracymbidioides sp.nov.,以其交接器和阴道结构之差异而区别于 D.hainanensis 和 D.leucisculus③多鳌指指环虫 D.polyche-irodactylus sp.nov.,和近似种 D.chernyshevae 之不同,在于交接器结构与量度和辅助片缺如。③半旋卷指环虫 D.hemivolutus sp.nov.,虽然后吸器结构近于 D.iunchisi,但交接器的结构及其量度则不同。  相似文献

The effects of neem compost on root knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita, pest of Lagos spinach, Celosia argentea, cv. TLV 8, was studied during 2010 and 2011 planting seasons on the field. The trial was conducted at the Teaching and Research Farm of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. There were four treatments, replicated five times fitted into randomised complete block design. Neem compost was applied at 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0?tonnes/ha. Experimental plots, where no compost was applied served as the control. The result obtained shows that Lagos spinach treated with neem compost significantly (p?<?0.05) reduced the final soil nematode population and root infections (damage), with resultant improvement on crop growth and yield. The result of the chemical analysis of the neem compost revealed the presence of flavonoids, sterols, glycosides, alkaloids and saponins.  相似文献

In proteobacterial cytosol, ClpS protein is known as a molecular adaptor for substrate selectivity and proteolytic activity of the ATP-dependent chaperone-protease complex, ClpAP. ClpA-related ClpS is a small protein usually encoded immediately upstream of ClpA in the genome of proteobacteria. Recent bioinformatics analysis has revealed the presence of cyanobacterial-type ClpS or ClpC-related ClpS in organisms lacking ClpA, including all the plant species sequenced to date. Here we report the identification of an actinobacterial homologue of the ClpS (possibly Clp-related) gene from a plant system. A cDNA, spanning 566 bp with a complete coding region corresponding to 132 amino acids, was isolated from a Celosia cristata expression library constructed on a λ TriplEX2 vector. This cDNA product was considered to be an ATP-dependent Clp protease adaptor and was designated as Celosia actinobacterial-type ClpS, since it contains a highly conserved domain belonging to the ClpS family of proteins from actinobacteria. Celosia ClpS is about 80% identical to actinobacterial ClpS proteins in its overall deduced amino acid sequence. Based on this finding, we may define a novel target of ATP-dependent Clp complex in a plant system or speculate the presence of a second type of molecular chaperone besides ClpC in plants, as predicted for actinobacteria.  相似文献

水分胁迫对银水牛果生长及光合气体交换参数的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
实验以盆栽3年生银水牛果幼苗为材料,设置正常供水(W1)和轻度(W2)、中度(W3)、重度(W4)土壤水分胁迫共4个处理进行人工模拟实验,以探讨银水牛果的抗旱特征.结果显示,(1)随着水分胁迫的加剧,W2~W4银水牛果植株生长量较W1分别显著降低58.85%、72.06%、87.31%,地径生长量较W1分别显著降低38.46%、61.92%、84.62%;(2)随着水分胁迫的加剧,Pn日变化曲线由"单峰型"转为"双峰型",且Pn、Gs、Tr逐渐降低,Ls值升高;(3)W3处理下Ci值最小,Ls值最大,而水分利用效率WUE最高;(4)随着水分胁迫的加剧,Gs与Pn的相关性迅速下降,W2~W4的相关系数较W1分别下降5.06%、8.47%、24.38%;W4处理下Ci与Pn呈负相关.研究表明,银水牛果在土壤含水量为7.2%~14.35%干旱条件下水分利用效率最高,证明银水牛果具有较强的抗旱性.  相似文献

红色普通鸡冠(Celosia argentea L.,red flower)花序乙醇提取物用Mg+HCl,Zn+HCl,1%FeCl3-乙醇液,2%AlCl3-乙醇液,1%NaOH进行显色反应,呈现黄酮类化合物性质特征颜色。又以槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素为对照品,采用HPLC法测定分析了不同花期花序中黄酮醇的含量。结果表明,晚期花序干品中总黄酮含量(以甙元计)为0.761%。  相似文献

Abstract

The presence of Fe-efficient pink-pigmented methylobacterium (Fe-PPM) has been recently certified in the leaves of Celosia plant by priming of a specific Fe-siderophore receptor gene in our laboratory (GenBank accession number: FM955594). Considering Celosia as a pink-colored plant, a new proposal was made with regard to the possible contribution of Fe-PPM in the pigmentation process of this plant. To examine this, the quantitative expression level of methylobacterial-type Fe siderophore receptor gene was analyzed in differentially scored colored leaves of Celosia cristata. The normalized gene expression data analysis using 2?ΔΔCt method revealed that there is a positive correlation between the expression level of target gene and the intensity of the test leaf color as well as the total flavonoid content, total carotenoid content, and total antioxidative capacity as representatives of color intensity. The overall results lead to questioning'Do Fe-PPM reliably contributes the pigmentation process in pink-colored plants?’ However, this research will open a new gate to study the putative communicative roles of these bacteria in plants.  相似文献

Ornamental plants of Celosia argentea L. and Celosia spicata L. displaying typical phytoplasma‐induced symptoms were observed in Piracicaba, State of São Paulo, south‐eastern Brazil. Our aim was to identify the possible phytoplasma involved. PCR revealed the association of phytoplasma with diseased plants of both species. Based on actual and virtual RFLP analysis and phylogenetic analysis, the phytoplasma was characterized as a member of the 16SrIII‐J subgroup. Transmission of the pathogen by dodder supported the evidence that the symptoms observed in naturally diseased plants were induced by a phytoplasma. Our results show that C. spicata is a new host for phytoplasma and that this is the first report of a 16SrXIII‐J phytoplasma infecting plants of C. argentea and C. spicata in Brazil.  相似文献
