广藿香精油的杀虫作用及其活性成分分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用室内生物活性测定方法,研究了广藿香〔Pogostem on cablin(B lanco)Benth.〕全草精油的杀虫活性及其活性成分。结果表明,广藿香精油和广藿香酮对菜粉蝶(Preris rapaeL.)和小菜蛾(Plutella xylostellaL.)幼虫有较好的防治作用。使用2.5~40.0 mg.mL-1广藿香精油和1~10 mg.mL-1广藿香酮分别对菜粉蝶和小菜蛾幼虫进行饲喂实验,均表现出较强烈的拒食作用;广藿香精油和广藿香酮对4龄菜粉蝶幼虫毒杀作用的LC50值分别为104.28和32.20μg.mL-1。活性跟踪实验确证广藿香酮为广藿香精油的有效杀虫成分。  相似文献

为诱导广藿香[Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.]同源八倍体,采用组织培养方法,研究了秋水仙素对广藿香同源八倍体诱导的影响。结果表明,以0.05%秋水仙素浸泡广藿香组培丛生芽72 h的效果最佳,形态学鉴定处理苗的变异率达85%,且八倍体苗的染色体数目为2n=8x=128,八倍体苗的根茎粗壮,叶片大而厚,颜色深,叶形指数小,叶片下表皮的气孔个体大、密度小,保卫细胞中的叶绿体数目多,植株形态学性状优良。这为进一步获得高产、活性成分含量高的广藿香优良品系奠定基础。  相似文献

We measured grazing by herbivorous zooplankton (<200 μm fraction) in coastal and slope regions of the South Brazil Bight. Using the dilution technique, we performed nine experiments during the austral summer, when nutrient-rich South Atlantic Central Water is present on the shelf, and five during winter. These experiments provide the first estimates of microzooplankton grazing in the western South Atlantic Ocean. Model II regression showed a strong relationship between phytoplankton intrinsic growth rates and grazing, with a slope of 0.64 (±0.28; 95% confidence interval) indicating that microzooplankton grazing could account for the majority of phytoplankton mortality. Both phytoplankton growth and microzooplankton grazing were higher during the summer upwelling season, compared to winter. For the two experiments that were conducted in oligotrophic slope water, grazing accounted for >80% of phytoplankton production. A comparison of incubations with and without added inorganic nutrients showed no consistent stimulation of phytoplankton growth (slope of enriched versus unenriched treatments not significantly different from 1). Estimates from microscopic counts of heterotrophic organisms >10 μm indicated that copepod nauplii comprised the largest share of the microzooplankton biomass (mean 62.4 ± 5.8% SE). Grazing estimates were not correlated with microzooplankton biomass, whether or not nauplii were included, suggesting that most of the grazing was done by nano-sized zooplankton. 试验采用不同浓度广藿香(Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.)精油,研究其对檀香粉蝶和荔枝卷叶蛾幼虫拒食和忌避作用。使用2.5~40 mg/mL广藿香精油分别对檀香粉蝶和荔枝卷叶蛾幼虫进行饲喂试验,檀香粉蝶幼虫的选择性和非选择性拒食率都为100%,荔枝卷叶蛾的选择性拒食率为18.36%~100%,24 h和48 h非选择性拒食率分别为51.45%~100%和53.34%~100%。忌避试验发现,随着浓度提高,忌避作用越强,其中最大忌避率分别为80.30%和93.81%;随着时间推移,各浓度精油对檀香粉蝶和荔枝卷叶蛾幼虫的忌避效应呈现不同程度的下降趋势。试验表明,广藿香精油对檀香粉蝶和荔枝卷叶蛾幼虫有较好的防治作用。  相似文献

Citrus reticulata Blanco (ponkan) cold-pressed oil and its oxygenated fraction were studied by analytical (GC and GC/MS) and sensory analyses. The monoterpene group was predominant, accounting for more than 89.6% (w/w), of which limonene was the most abundant (80.3%). Among the oxygenated compounds, octanal and decanal were the major ones among 12 aldehydes accounting for >1.5%; six alcohols were identified with a total concentration of >0.7%, while oxides, ketones and esters did not quantitatively or qualitatively contribute to the oil. Sniffing the ponkan cold-pressed oil and its oxygenated fraction demonstrated that octanal and decanal were the characteristic odor components of ponkan. Reconstruction of the ponkan aroma model and its sensory evaluation by a hedonic test were performed, showing that, in addition to octanal and decanal which played important roles, (R)-(+)-limonene contributed to the aroma model as a background component, making the aroma model very similar to that of the original.  相似文献

The predation of cookie‐cutter sharks Isistius spp. upon the early life stages of yellowfin tuna Thunnus albacares, skipjack tuna Katsuwonus pelamis and little tunny Euthynnus alletteratus are described. New evidence suggesting a connection between commercial fishing and predation by Isistius sp. is presented, with these sharks biting tunas hooked in surface waters during daylight. The healing patterns of the wounds made by the sharks are described in detail and, although such damage is known to negatively influence market price elsewhere, it is not the case on the south‐east Brazilian coast.  相似文献

The relationship of abscisic acid (ABA) and 2-trans-abscisic acid (t-ABA) to alternate bearing has been examined in Wilking mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco) trees. Leaves, stems and buds of trees loaded with fruit (on trees) had 4.3, 6.0 and 2.2 fold higher ABA levels than the corresponding organs from off trees. Leaves had higher ABA levels than stems and buds in both on and off trees. t-ABA was non-detectable in Wilking leaf, stem and bud tissue. Amounts of t-ABA not exceeding 40% of the ABA content, were found in Shamouti and Valencia orange buds and in Wilking fruit peel.The elevated levels of ABA in on tree organs may reflect a stress imposed by the fruit overload.  相似文献

In this study, 137 actinomycetes were isolated from subtidal marine sediments in the North Pacific and Caribbean coasts of Costa Rica. Bioinformatics analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequences assigned the isolates to 15 families and 21 genera. Streptomyces was the dominant genus while the remaining 20 genera were poorly represented. Nearly 70% of the phylotypes presented a coastal-restricted distribution whereas the other 30% were common inhabitants of both shores. The coastal tropical waters of Costa Rica showed a high diversity of actinomycetes, both in terms of the number of species and phylogenetic composition, although significant differences were observed between and within shores. The observed pattern of species distribution might be the result of several factors including the characteristics of the ecosystems, presence of endemic species and the influence of terrestrial runoff. The diversity and genetic relationship among and within 16 populations of Pogostemon cablin from China were analyzed using ISSR and SRAP markers. High percentage of polymorphism observed by these two markers indicated a high level of genetic diversity existed among P. cablin populations. The percentage of polymorphic bands revealed by these two markers showed genetic variations were much higher between populations of P. cablin than within. The UPGMA clustering results using ISSR, SRAP or ISSR + SRAP combination showed most accessions from the same or adjacent regions were classified together. However, cluster results based on the absolute contents of patchouli alcohol and pogostone did not keep in good accordance with their geographic distributions, which revealed that the forming of patchouli alcohol and pogostone were relevant to the cultivation conditions except for genetic factors and environmental conditions. Finally, an appropriate strategy for conserving the patchouli germplasm was proposed.  相似文献

Four tetrameric STRs (TPOX, HUMVWA31/A, HUMTH01, and CYP19) were analysed in a West African population (Cabo Verde). No significant deviations from Hardy–Weinberg proportions were observed, either in conventional or exact tests. Pairwise comparisons confirmed allelic independence for all the combinations of loci. Data is provided for the first time about CYP19 in Black populations. In comparisons between African and Afro‐American populations, significant frequency differences for several alleles at the TH01 and VWA31/A loci were observed. The allele frequencies provided in this study contribute to a better knowledge of the variability of these markers among the main human groups, especially in the context of Subsaharan African populations.
