担子菌多糖及羊脾RNA对肿瘤的抑制与有关组织中cAMP含量关系的探讨

本文讨论了对带瘤小鼠注射香菇多糖、松口蘑多糖和羊脾RNA后,活体内有关组织中cAMP含量与抑瘤率之间的关系。 结果表明,上述活性物质不仅增强了机体免疫活性,同时亦促使机体内脾、瘤等组织的cAMP增高,此种增高,与抑瘤率成正相关。     

Sesquiterpene hydrocarbons from Lentinus lepideus

Several sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, mainly of the cadinane skeleton, have been identified in cultures of the brown rot fungus Lentinus lepideus. The main compounds are δ-cadinene, α- and γ-muurolene.     

Sterols from three Lactarius species

The sterol composition of three fungi was determined. Ergosterol is the major sterol, accompanied by other closely related sterols.     

α-Methylene-γ-aminobutyric acid from Mycena pura

α-Methylene-γ-aminobutyric acid was isolated and characterized from fruit bodies of Mycena pura. It was the decarboxylation product of l-γ-methyleneglutamic acid by l-glutamic acid decarboxylase.     

An inducible hydrolase from Mortierella isabellina (basidiomycetes). The deacylation of (+)-usnic acid

An inducible enzyme catalysing the hydrolysis of (+)-usnic acid to (+)-2-desacetylusnic acid and acetic acid has been purified 150-fold from the mycelium of Mortierella isabellina grown in the presence of (+)-usnic acid. Purification was achieved by treatment with protamine sulfate, (NH₄)₂SO₄ fractionation, negative adsorption on alumina Cγ gel and hydroxylapatite followed by chromatography on DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200. The elution pattern from a Sephadex G-200 column indicated a MW of ca 7.6 × 10⁴ for the enzyme. The apparent K_m value for (+)-usnic acid at the pH optimum (pH 7) was 4.0 × 10^?5 M. The enzyme was specific for (+)-usnic acid and inactive towards (?)-usnic acid, (+)-isousnic acid or certain phloracetophenone derivatives. Its activity was enhanced in the presence of divalent metal ions such as Co²⁺, Ni²⁺, Mn²⁺, Mg²⁺ and Zn²⁺.

The sterol composition of mushrooms

Sterols were isolated from ten mushrooms, Hygrocybe punicea, Lampteromyces japonicus, Leucopaxillus giganteus, Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes, Amanita caesarea, Coprinus atramentarius, Russula foetens, R. nigricans and R. senecis. The compositions of the sterol fractions were determined by GLC, combined GC/MS, and ¹H NMR. Ergosterol was present in all the mushrooms. Other sterols found were 5α-cholest-7-en-3β-ol and ergosta-5,7-dien-3β-ol. Ergosta-5,8,22-trien-3β-ol was isolated from F. velutipes.     

Phenolic O-methyltransferase from Lentinus lepideus (basidiomycete)

The fungus, Lentinus lepideus, produces crystalline methyl p-methoxycinnamate in stationary cultures. O-methylation and methyl ester formation of hydroxycinnamic acids were examined with enzyme preparations of the fungus. Using S-adenosylmethionine-¹⁴CH3, it was found that only the methyl esters of the hydroxycinnamic acids are substrates for O-methylation and not the free acids. Benzoic acids and their methyl esters are not substrates. The activity of the enzyme is p-specific and its specific activity decreases with increasing number of hydroxyl groups in the substrate. The same enzyme preparations catalyze the formation of the methyl ester of cinnamic acid from the free acid.     

l-2-Amino-4-methylpimelic acid: A new amino acid from Lactarius species

A PC survey revealed the occurrence of an unusual amino acid in fruit bodies of the mushroom Lactarius quietus Fr. and a related species. This was identified as l-2-amino-4-methylpimelic acid, which has not been previously reported as a naturally occurring compound.
