本研究首次发现了毛鹃花芽分化过程中的一个特殊现象──秋季侧花芽伸长生长现象。并认为充足的光照,适宜的气温(25°─26℃)及充沛的降水伴随较高的空气相对湿度是导致这种花芽伸长生长的主要环境因子。也进一步证实了毛鹃是一类较喜阳生生境的灌木花卉。  相似文献

对贵州百里杜鹃国家森林公园的土生型和石生型苔藓植物的物种多样性进行比较研究,结果表明:两种基质上共有苔藓植物17科34属57种,其中土生型17科27属35种,石生型10科12属19种,兼生型3种.土生型与石生型苔藓植物的种相似性系数为0.22,Shannon-Wiener指数和种间相遇机率指数均较低,Simpson指数较高,表明百里杜鹃国家森林公园苔藓植物的种类分布显著受基质影响.  相似文献

An azalea little leaf (AzLL) disease characterised by abnormally small leaves, yellowing and witches'‐broom growth symptoms was observed in suburban Kunming, southwest China. Transmission electron microscopic observations of single‐membrane‐bound, ovoid to spherical bodies in phloem sieve elements of diseased plants and detection of phytoplasma‐characteristic 16S rRNA gene sequence in DNA samples from diseased plants provided evidence linking the disease to infection by a phytoplasma. Results from restriction fragment length polymorphism, phylogenetic and comparative structural analyses of multiple genetic loci containing 16S rRNA, rpsS, rplV, rpsC and secY genes indicated that the AzLL phytoplasma represented a distinct, new 16Sr subgroup lineage, designated as 16SrI‐T, in the aster yellows phytoplasma group. The genotyping also revealed that the AzLL phytoplasma represented new rp and secY gene lineages [rp(I)‐P and secY(I)‐O, respectively]. Phylogenetic analyses of secY and rp gene sequences allowed clearer distinctions between AzLL and closely related strains than did analysis of 16S rDNA.  相似文献

研究了毛白杜鹃最适生境的相对光强和其在不同相对光强生境中抗性变化的规律。结果表明:当生境的相对光强处于65%以上时,毛白杜鹃叶子内过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性达到较低值,而还原型 Vc,单宁酸,多酚类的含量达到了较高值。同时,在相对光强为65%以上的生境中,毛白杜鹃类不仅生长发育健壮,抗逆性强,而且,开花指数和观赏价值达到了较高值。因此,推断毛白杜鹃类适生生境的相对光强为65%以上。而且过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性及还原型 Vc、单宁酸、多酚类的含量可以作为衡量植物是否处于适生生境的指标。  相似文献

Interspecific hybridization between evergreen pot azalea (Tsutsusi) cultivars and genotypes of other Rhododendron subgenera or sections (Rhododendron, Hymenanthes, Pentanthera, Vireya) is significantly hampered by many prezygotic and postzygotic barriers. The objective of our work was to overcome spontaneous abortion and lack of endosperm formation and to increase germination rates by establishing an embryo rescue protocol. The optimal germination medium for immature Rhododendron seeds was a basal medium supplemented with 145 μM GA3. This medium induced germination of fertilized ovules after several sexual combinations of subgenera. Its use was clearly more efficient than in vivo sowing. The direction of the cross significantly influenced the occurrence of abortion, germination and albinism. The obtained seedlings were multiplied on Woody Plant Medium + 4.5 μM 2iP, and rooted afterwards. Finally, about 9% of the germinated ovules resulted in vigorously growing seedlings that were successfully acclimatized.  相似文献
