高原低氧对机体无氧代谢阈值的影响

为了探讨高原低氧对机体无氧代谢阈值(AT)的影响,本研究采用Wasserman无创性方法,分别测定了11名新兵在平原(四川淮口,海拔500m)和经空运进驻高原 (西藏错那,海拔4370m)后的第3、5、7和14天的AT。结果表明:新兵进驻高原后AT由平原的813.6±147.4kg·m/min降低到395.5±194.5 kg·m/min(P<0.01);高原低氧引起AT的降低幅度与受试者平原AT的高低呈正相关(r=0.933,P<0.01);进驻高原后第3、5、7天AT维持在较低水平,随后呈上升趋势。但移居高原1年战士的AT仍低于平原水平(P<0.05)。提示,高原低氧能够显著地降低机体的AT,并且AT越高的个体进驻高原后受低氧环境的影响程度越大。     

姐妹染色单体互换在鹌鹑胚胎细胞染色体间及染色体上的分布

SCE在鹌鹑胚胎细胞间的分布为Poisson分布;在染色体间的分布是非随机的,与染色体的相对长度成正相关（P<0.05）,但也不完全按各染色体的相对长度分布。着丝粒区的SCE相对很高,按染色体的相对长度分布。胚胎的不同性别对每个细胞的SCE平均值无显著影响,但对性染色体Z上的SCE是否有影响还不能做出肯定的结论。     

牵牛属质体DNA的父系遗传

利用限制性片段长度多态性（ＲＦＬＰ）技术研究了牵牛属（Ｐｈａｒｂｉｔｉｓ）植物质体ＤＮＡ 的遗传方式。结果表明,在牵牛（Ｐ． ｎｉｌ）×大花牵牛（Ｐ． ｌｉｍｂａｔａ）和大花牵牛×牵牛中,质体ＤＮＡ 为父系遗传。在大花牵牛×牵牛中,质体ＤＮＡ还有可能为双亲遗传。研究证明牵牛属为被子植物中具有质体父系遗传方式的第三个属。牵牛属质体父系遗传机制尚不清楚,作者认为母系质体及其ＤＮＡ 在受精后的释稀、排除和／或降解可能是质体父系遗传的基础     

AREL1 resists the apoptosis induced by TGF-β by inhibiting SMAC in vascular endothelial cells

Abnormal apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells is an important feature of arteriosclerosis (AS). Here, we induced apoptosis in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) using transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), and investigated the role of antiapoptotic E3 ubiquitin ligase (AREL1) in the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells. We proved that AREL1 is downregulated in TGF-β treated HUVECs. The overexpression of AREL1 inhibits the activation of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 and attenuates cell apoptosis induced by TGF-β. According to the result of coimmunoprecipitation, AREL1 interacts with the proapoptotic proteins the second mitochondria-derived activator of caspases (SMAC) in TGF-β treated HUVECs. In addition, miR-320b inhibits the expression of AREL1, and the overexpression of AREL1 attenuates the apoptosis induced by miR-320b mimics in HUVECs. In conclusion, AREL1 is downregulated by miR-320b. AREL1 overexpression inhibits TGF-β induced apoptosis through downregulating SMAC in vascular endothelial cells. Our study explores pathogenesis regulation mechanism and new biological therapeutic targets for vascular disease.     

移居海拔3700m高原青年体质综合评价方法的研究

在海拔３７００ｍ高原选择５０名男性青年的体重、立定跳远、引体向上、仰卧起坐、６０ｍ和２０００ｍ跑速度６项指标进行高原移居青年体制综合评价方法的研究。通过用百分位法制定各项指标评分标准,以各项指标评分相加作为体质总分,并用各项指标的简单相关系数与多元逐步回归方程的标准化偏回归系数的乘积（贡献率）分配“权重”,建立综合评价总分的计算式：Ｙ＝０．０５Ｘ１＋０．１６（Ｘ４＋Ｘ６）＋０．２１（Ｘ２＋Ｘ３＋Ｘ     

HBsAg阴性母亲的新生儿接种不同剂量乙型肝炎血源疫苗的效果

HBsAg阴位母亲的新生儿,按0,1、6月程序分别接种10-10-10μg(1组)、20-10-10μg(2组)和30-10-10μg(3组)乙型肝炎血源疫苗。第一针后一年,检查抗-HBs阳转率,分别为87.60％,90.64％和88.97％,无统计学显著差异。3针10μg组免疫后l～4年抗-HBs阳性率分别为88.31％、81.08％、80.10％和78.39％,虽稍下降,但无统计学显著差异。3个剂量组HBsAg阳性率分别为0.71％,0.49％和0.74％,说明HBsAg阴性母亲的新生儿,用国产血源HBsAg疫苗免疫以10μ×3效果较理想。     

microRNA‐124 inhibits stem‐like properties and enhances radiosensitivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells via direct repression of expression of JAMA

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are a source of tumour recurrence in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC); however, the function of microRNA‐124 (miR‐124) in NPC CSCs has not been clearly defined. In this study, we investigated the role of miR‐124 in NPC CSCs. qRT‐PCR was performed to measure miR‐124 expression in NPC tissues and cell lines and the effects of miR‐124 on stem‐like properties and radiosensitivity of NPC cells measured. Luciferase reporter assays and rescue experiments were used to investigate the interaction of miR‐124 with the 3′UTR of junctional adhesion molecule A (JAMA). Finally, we examined the effects of miR‐124 in an animal model and clinical samples. Down‐regulation of miR‐124 was detected in cancer tissues and was inversely associated with tumour stage and lymph node metastasis. Overexpression of miR‐124 inhibited stemness properties and enhanced radiosensitivity of NPC cells in vitro and in vivo via targeting JAMA. Up‐regulation of miR‐124 was correlated with superior overall survival of patients with NPC. Our study demonstrates that miR‐124 can inhibit stem‐like properties and enhance radiosensitivity by directly targeting JAMA in NPC. These findings provide novel insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying therapy failure in NPC.

中国树萝卜属(杜鹃花科)一新记录种——葡萄树萝卜

报道了采自云南省绿春县的杜鹃花科树萝卜属一中国新记录种,即葡萄树萝卜(Agapetes putaoensis Y. H. Tong & N. H. Xia)。葡萄树萝卜原记录产于缅甸东北部克钦邦葡萄地区。该研究对该种进行了描述,补充了该种发表时未曾描述的果实特征,并提供彩色图版以方便鉴别。凭证标本存放于中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园标本馆(HITBC)和中国医学科学院药用植物研究所云南分所标本馆(IMDY)。
