农业科技投入对蜜蜂产业发展的影响——以江西省蜂产业技术体系为例

[目的]系统评价江西省蜂产业技术体系专项投入对江西省蜜蜂产业发展的影响.[方法]基于2018-2020年江西省蜂产业技术体系的面板数据,以经费投入作为农业科技投入指标,并选取蜂群饲养量、蜂蜜产量、科技奖励、科技论文、科技专利、科技标准、人才培养、研究平台等作为衡量产业发展指标.[结果]江西省蜂产业技术体系连续3年(2018-2020年)投入经费合计达420万元,年均投入经费140万元;江西省蜂产业技术体系稳定经费投入,对江西省蜂业生产、蜂业科技产出、蜂业人才培养及平台建设等方面都有显著正向影响.[结论]农业科技投入极大推动了江西省蜂产业健康稳定发展,并提出了加大科技成果示范与推广、加强蜂产品深加工技术研发、推行中华蜜蜂科学饲养技术、蜜蜂授粉关键技术研发与推广、继续做好养蜂产业扶贫与乡村振兴建设先进五点研究建议.     

The Relationship between Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Retinopathy in NHANES III

BackgroundNonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), an emerging multisystem disease, has the similar pathogenesis with diabetes and is prevalent in diabetes. This study investigated whether NAFLD is associated with retinopathy in individuals with diabetes and without diabetes.MethodsThe association between NAFLD and retinopathy was investigated in 5963 participants aged 40 years and older who participated in the NHANES III, a nationally representative, population-based and cross-sectional study. NAFLD was detected via ultrasonography, and fundus photographs were obtained to grade retinopathy patterns. We performed multivariate logistic regression analysis to investigate the relationship between the presence of retinopathy and NAFLD and diabetes.ResultsAfter adjusting for multiple covariates, NAFLD population had no evidence of retinopathy increase in population without diabetes (odds ratio [OR]: 0.77; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.48 to 1.26). In addition, NAFLD in individuals with diabetes was not significantly associated with retinopathy (OR: 0.77; 95% CI: 0.47 to 1.26), independent of age, gender, ethnicity, waist circumference, serum high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, serum triglycerides, systolic blood pressure, and glycated hemoglobin.ConclusionsIn the US general population, NAFLD is not a precipitating factor of retinopathy in population with or without diabetes.     

抗H9亚型禽流感病毒血凝素单克隆抗体的制备和鉴定

目的:获得分泌抗H9亚型禽流感病毒(AIV)血凝素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞。方法:以H9N2亚型AIV为免疫原,免疫6～8周龄雌性BALB/c小鼠,取其脾细胞与骨髓瘤细胞Sp2/0-Ag-14,在PEG4000的作用下进行细胞融合,通过血凝抑制(HI)试验筛选分泌抗H9亚型AIV血凝素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞。结果:经过连续3～4次克隆化,获得能稳定分泌抗H9亚型AIV血凝素的单克隆抗体细胞系6株,分别命名为1B2、1C10、1G2、2B7、2E3和5E11。6株细胞培养上清HI效价为24～28,腹水HI效价为210～213。除1G2为IgM外,其余5株均为IgG1。Western blotting结果显示,1B2、1C10、2B7和2E3能与AIVH9蛋白在Mr为75000处反应,表明其是针对AIVH9亚型血凝素蛋白的单抗。特异性试验表明该6株单抗均只与H9亚型AIV发生特异性HI反应,而不与其他14个HA亚型的AIV及新城疫病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒发生交叉反应,显示出良好的特异性。结论:制备了针对H9亚型禽流感病毒血凝素的单克隆抗体,为禽流感的快速诊断和病毒的抗原性分析等奠定了基础。     

Investigating mechanisms of collagen thermal denaturation by high resolution second-harmonic generation imaging

We apply the technique of second-harmonic generation (SHG) microscopy to obtain large area submicron resolution image of Type I collagen from rat tail tendon as it is heated from 40 degrees C to 70 degrees C for 0-180 min. The change in the collagen structure as reflected in its SHG image is observed at length scales from submicron to hundreds of microns. We observed that heating the tendon below the temperature of 54 degrees C does not produce any change in the averaged SHG intensity. At the heating temperature of 54 degrees C and above, we find that increasing the heating temperature and time leads to decreasing SHG intensity. As the tendon is heated above 54 degrees C, the regions where the SHG signal vanish and form a tiger-tail like pattern. In addition, a decrease in the SHG signal occurs uniformly throughout the tendon. By comparing the relative SHG intensities in small and large areas, we found that the denaturation process responsible for forming the tiger-tail like pattern occurs at a higher rate than the global denaturation process occurring throughout the tendon. We also measured the fibril spacing and found that it remains constant at 1.61 +/- 0.04 micron for all heating temperature and times. The constant fibril density shows that the global denaturation process occurs at a length scale smaller than the size of the fibril. Our results show that second-harmonic generation microscopy is effective in monitoring the thermal damage to collagen and has potential applications in biomedicine.     

Evaluation of Colilert-18 for Detection of Coliforms and Eschericha coli in Subtropical Freshwater

The accuracy of Colilert-18 as a test for coliforms and Escherichia coli in subtropical freshwater was evaluated by using API 20E strips and fatty acid methyl ester analysis. The false-positive and -negative rates of detection were 7.4 and 3.5%, respectively, for E. coli and 9.6 and 6.3%, respectively, for coliforms.     

New Materials of Eriocaulon L. from China

This paper consists of a part of pertinent data obtained through a critical study of Eriocaulaceae from China. Included in it are three new series: Leiantha, Robustiora and Mangshanensia; seven new species: Eriocaulon acutibracteatum, E. angustulum, E. bilobatum, E. leianthum, E. sclerophyllum, E. glabri-petalum and E. mangshanense; five new varieties: E. rockianum var. latifolium, E. merrillii var. longibracteatum, E. sikokianum var. Linanense, E. alpestre var. sichanense and E. nantoense var. micropetalum; two new combinations: E. yaoshanense var. brevicalyx; E. nantoense var. parviceps; three new records in China: E. brownianum, E.brownianum var.nilagirense, E. zollingerianum; five: E. henryanum, E.pullum, E. yaoshanense, E. taishanense and E.faberi. In addition, fifteen taxon names are newly reduced to synonyms: E. yunnanense=E. brownianum; E. longifolium, E. sexangulare var. longifolium, E. sinii, E. kwangtungense and E. willdinovianum = E. sexangulare; E. setaceum var. capillus-naiadis= E. setaceum; E. filifolium = E. yaoshanense; E. suishaense, E. merrillii var. suishaense=E.merrillii; E. kengii=E.sikokianum; E. whangii=E.buergerianum; E. nipponicum, E. decemflorum var. nipponicum= E. decemflorum and E. nantoense var.trisectum = E. nantoense var.parviceps.     

The Main Original Plants of the Traditional Chinese Drug Mainbeixian

The main original plant of the traditional Chinese drug Mianbeixian has been considered as Dioscorea septemloba Thunb. for a long time. Based on morphological, light microscopical, scanning electron microscopical, chromatographical and ultra-violet spectroscopical examinations and in comparison with the Japanese material, the Chinese one is proposed as a newspecies-Dioscorea spongiosa.     

湖光岩玛珥湖的浮游植物

本文对广东省湛江市湖光岩玛珥湖的浮游植物进行了周年的调查和分析,结果共检出浮游植物99属260种（包括变种和变型）：春季119种,夏季121种,秋季150种,冬季122种,其中蓝藻门20属43种,占种类数的16.5%;硅藻门20属79种,占种类数的30.4%;绿藻门49属117种,占种类数的45%;甲藻门2属8种,占种类数的3.1%;裸藻门2属2种,占种类数的0.8%;金藻门2属6种,占种类数的2.3%;黄藻门3属4种,占种类数的1.5%;红藻门1属1种,占种类数的0.4%。全年广布种有40种：蓝藻门15种,硅藻门6种,绿藻门14种,甲藻门3种,金藻门和黄藻门各1种。各两季节间的共有种数在57—78种,Jaccard种类相似性指数范围在0.28—0.42。优势种（Y〉0.02）共有29种：春季8种、夏季16种、秋季13种、冬季11种,分别隶属于蓝藻门13种,绿藻门8种,硅藻门8种,其中Chroococcus m inor、M icrocystis flos-aquae、Pleurocapsa fuliginosa、Chlorella vulgaris为全年广布优势种。在春、夏、秋3季以蓝藻的优势种类居多,而在冬季则以硅藻的优势种类居多。细胞丰度在6.3×104—56.1×104ind/L,春季最高,冬季次之,夏季最低。多样性指数平均为4.53,均匀度平均为0.65,其排序都为冬季〉秋季〉夏季〉春季,物种非常丰富。浮游植物群落中存在着os、βm、αm的优势种群,其群落结构具有典型的亚热带特征。从浮游植物吸收N、P的配比分析,P成为全年唯一的营养限制因子,但从N、P的绝对值看,N和P都是全年的营养限制因子。综合分析结果,湖光岩玛珥湖水质营养类型属于亚热带贫营养型。     

一个潜在的糖尿病新靶标——GPR40

G蛋白偶联受体40(GPR40)是典型的七次跨膜受体,在游离脂肪酸的刺激下,它能起到放大葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌效应,是一种潜在的治疗糖尿病药物的靶标。另外,GPR40还被认为和一些神经类疾病以及某些癌症有关。本文着重叙述了游离脂肪酸经由GPR40放大葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌机制,同时也介绍了GPR40的其他一些生理功能。
