Comparative morphology of the foliage leaf epidermis, with emphasis on papillae characters, in key taxa of woody bamboos of the Asian tropics (Poaceae: Bambusoideae)

The foliage leaf epidermis of 35 species representing 12 key genera of woody bamboos of the Asian tropics was investigated using light and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that papillae forms and distributional patterns around the stomatal apparatus of the abaxial foliage leaf epidermis were usually constant and were of great taxonomic significance at the specific and generic levels. However, papillae characters were not suitable for dividing subtribes within woody bamboos of the Asian tropics. On the basis of papillae characters, Schizostachyum s.s. and Cephalostachyum were confirmed, but their delimitations should be modified. The transfer of Leptocanna chinensis and Schizostachyum sanguineum into Cephalostachyum was supported, and Cephalostachyum virgatum and C .  pergracile were confirmed to be members of Schizostachyum s.s. The subtribe Racemobambosinae did not obtain support and Racemobambos appeared to be better placed in subtribe Bambusinae. Neomicrocalamus was supported as a close relative and better treated as a synonym of Racemobambos . 多种天敌控制多种害虫的模糊数学模型

从生态经济学的原理出发，利用模糊集理论，探讨如何评价天敌控制多种害虫的为害作用，提出了多种天敌控制多种害虫的模糊数学模型。同时又得到了天敌对害虫的控制能力C，影响率G，影响强度H，及权数ω(x)的计算公式，以及在天敌作用下安全度的讨论与分析。     

刺激大鼠下丘脑室旁核激活的中脑中央灰质神经元对躯体传入的反应

电刺激大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVH),在同侧中脑中央灰质(CG)内寻找逆行及顺行反应单位,然后观察它们对躯体感觉刺激的反应。实验结果表明:CG 及邻近网状结构内有10%(32/318)的单位呈逆行反应。逆行传导速度平均为0.37±0.24m/s(均数±标准差);推测这种CG→PVH 投射纤维属于细有髓或无髓神经纤维。这些单位分布于 CG 的腹外侧及背外侧亚核。50%(14/28)的逆行单位对坐骨(胫)神经的强电刺激和夹尾等损伤性刺激起反应,但对触毛或低强度的神经干刺激无明显反应。以上结果表明:外周躯体感觉,特别是损伤性信息传入 PVH 时,CG 是其中枢驿站之一。电刺激 PVH 还能顺行激活7.55(24/318)、抑制0.7%(2/318)的 CG 单位。有69%(18/26)的顺行反应单位对外周躯体神经强电刺激及夹尾起反应。提示 PVH 可能通过影响 CG神经元的活动而参与中枢痛觉的整合。     

中国窝蝗属一新种：直翅目：蝗总科：剑角蝗科

本文了剑角蝗科窝蝗属１新种：郑氏窝蝗Ｆｏｖｅｏｌａｔａｃｒｉｓ ｚｈｅｎｇｉ,ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ。,采自甘肃省南县宝瓶河牧场;并据此对属征作了必要的修订,给出了分种检索表。模式标本保存于陕西师范大学动物研究所。     

陕西根螨属一新种记述（蜱螨亚纲：粉螨科）

本文描述根螨属１新种：大蒜根螨Ｒｈｉｚｏｇｌｙｐｈｕｓ ａｌｌｉｉ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．,模式标本保存在西南农业大学植物保护系。     

玉米叶绿体atpB及atpE基因在大肠杆菌中的表达

本实验构建了在大肠杆菌中能表达玉米叶绿体ＣＦ１完整β亚基、缺失Ｎ端２３个氨基酸残基的β亚基以及完整ε亚基的表达质粒。ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ实验表明,在分别含这些表达质粒的细菌中β、ε亚基蛋白的合成量在诱导３ｈ后即达到饱和,其含量各占细菌体总蛋白的１０％左右。这些表达产物在细菌体中形成不溶性的包含体。可通过对菌体蛋白的分级分高,将表达产物溶于５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的尿素溶液中。
