Genetics and phenetics of this character permit determining different types of dermatoglyphics, their hereditary peculiarities to be retained in generations. Asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGP-R) is a promising biological target for drug delivery into hepatoma cells. Nevertheless, there are only few examples of small-molecule conjugates of ASGP-R selective ligand equipped by a therapeutic agent for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In the present work, we describe a convenient and versatile synthetic approach to novel mono- and multivalent drug-conjugates containing N-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-aminogalactopyranose and anticancer drug – paclitaxel (PTX). Several molecules have demonstrated high affinity towards ASGP-R and good stability under physiological conditions, significant in vitro anticancer activity comparable to PTX, as well as good internalization via ASGP-R-mediated endocytosis. Therefore, the conjugates with the highest potency can be regarded as a promising therapeutic option against HCC. 相似文献

The state of E. coli B genome after low-temperature freezing and subsequent thawing (F--T) has been studied. The study has shown that in the process of F--T the DNA of the cells remains intact. But after thawing the incubation of the cells at 37 degrees C leads to the accumulation of ruptures in their DNA and its low-molecular decomposition products. At the same time the processes of the synthesis of DNA and proteins are suppressed to a considerable extent. Repeated F--T cycles enhance, on one hand, the inhibition of the processes of synthesis and, on the other hand, the activation of DNA metabolic decomposition. Such unbalance of the competitive enzymatic systems governing the synthesis and decomposition of DNA, which appears in the process of the revival of the cell from anabiosis, leads supposedly to the accumulation of ruptures and "gaps" in its DNA and, as a result, to the fragmentation of the genome and the death of the cell. 相似文献

In acute experiments on anesthetized cats intravenous injection of chloromazine (2--3 mg/kg) caused a reduction in the tone of the cerebral vessels and decreased the general arterial pressure. The cerebral blood circulation increased with the stable arterial pressure or its moderate decrease. With a significant fall of arterial pressure the cerebral blood flow proved to decrease. 相似文献

Effects of the structure of plasmids carrying the cloned delta-endotoxin gene (tox) ot Bacillus thuringiensis and of the culture media on the expression of the gene have been studied. The DNA region located upstream from the crystal protein gene promoter inhibited the expression of the tox gene in Escherichia coli cells, but enhanced the expression in Bacillus megaterium cells grown in LB medium. The upstream DNA region did not affect the tox gene expression when Bacillus megaterium cells were grown in SSM medium. 相似文献

The novel ligand 4,5-bis(diphenylthiophosphinoyl)-1,2,3-triazole, LT-S2H, has been synthesized, converted to the triethylamine salt, and to the palladium complexes Pd[LT-S2]2 and Pd[LT-S2][η3-methallyl]. Structures of LT-S2H, of its 2-acetyl derivative, of Pd[LT-S2]2 and Pd[LT-S2][η3-methallyl] were determined by X-ray crystallography. In the last two complexes the LT-S2 ligand was N,S-bonded. 相似文献
