利血平和丘脑下部促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A)对大鳞副泥鳅促性腺激素细胞的分泌活动和排卵的促进作用

利血平能使神经分泌细胞的儿茶酚胺贮存量减少甚至消耗殆尽,导致多巴胺作为GRIF的作用减弱,从而显著增强LHRH-A促进GtH分泌和诱导排卵的效应。对大鳞副泥鳅,利血平和LHRH-A同时注射或者利血平比LHRH-A提前3小时注射,都能激活GtH细胞,显著增强其分泌活动并诱导排卵。利血平的最低有效剂量为1—5微克/克体重。利血平(25微克/克体重) LHRH-A(0.05微克/克体重)的催产效果和多巴胺拮抗物pimozide(1微克/克体重) LHRH-A(0.05微克/克体重)的催产效果一样,排卵率都达到了100％。     

鸽血变虫（Haemoproteus columbae Kruse,1980）生活史研究

本文首次报告我国鸽血变虫的生活史。自然和人工感染实验证明虱蝇是其昆虫媒介。本虫的配子体进入虱蝇体内6—10天后完成孢子有性增殖。 实验观察了本虫在鸽体内无性增殖期的形态、部位及在末梢血液中配子体的发育过程,并证明其潜隐期(prepatent period)为28—30天。 本工作亦对羽虱体腔中的卵囊和子孢子作了描述,提示羽虱也可能是本虫的媒介昆虫,有待今后研究证实。     

云南西部狭臀蚤属四新种记述：蚤目：多毛蚤科

本文报告云南西部狭臀蚤属Steni(?)chia 4新种:1)金氏狭臀蚤,新种 S.chini sp.nov.与锐额狭臀蚤 S.angustifrontalis Xie et Gong接近;2)李氏狭臀蚤,新种 S.liae sp.nov.与金氏狭臀蚤新种和锐额狭臀蚤接近;3)柳氏狭臀蚤,新种 S.liui sp.nov.与李氏狭臀蚤新种和高山狭臀蚤S.montanis xie et Gong接近。4)吴氏狭臀蚤,新种 S.wui sp.nov.与卢氏狭臀蚤 S.lewis Smit接近。本文认论了李氏狭臀蚤新种与金氏狭臀蚤新种的形态分类及本属蚤类的宿主等生态问題,并编制本属14种的检索表。     

贝氏隐孢子虫在珍珠鸡体内发育的扫描电镜观察

采用扫描电镜观察了贝氏隐孢子虫在珍珠鸡体内的发育。大量球形虫体镶嵌于气管和法氏囊微绒毛丛中。气管纤毛消失,微绒毛生发生融合。法氏囊粘膜表面可观察到宿主细胞突起,在突起的表面有数个虫体寄生。滋养体呈球状,平均大小为１．７μｍ。裂殖体拥有４个或８个香蕉状裂殖子。成熟大配子体大小为 ４.２ × ３．３μｍ,在其侧面可观察到锯齿状突起。偶尔能观察到卵囊,其表 面有一明显裂缝。虫体逸出后所留下的带虫空泡似弹坑状,根据其结构可将其分为两类,其中一类为裂殖子或小配子的形成场所,另一类为卵囊的形成场所。     

Changes in composition and structure of Vitex shrubland in northern China in relation to human disturbance

Vegetation and biomass in six plots, each with five quadrats, in Vitex shrubland in northern China were related to type and degree of human disturbance. Canonical correspondence analysis of the vegetation and environmental data showed two lines of variation, the first one highly correlated with the degree of disturbance, but the second one appearing within the disturbed plots cannot yet be fully explained. Changes in life-form spectrum were small, but the geographical spectrum changed under heavy disturbance towards a higher proportion of tropical, subtropical and cosmopolitan species. The number of shrub species also decreased noticeably. The above-ground biomass of both Vitex and the accompanying species and the total above-ground biomass of the shrubland was negatively correlated with the intensity of disturbance. The root/stem biomass ratio in Vitex reaches values of over 5 in disturbed plots, but only between 1 and 2 in the protected plots.     

北部湾茅尾海无瓣海桑红树林地上生物量反演——基于XGBoost机器学习算法

无瓣海桑是广西从自治区外引进的外来红树林树种,采用定量化算法精确估算无瓣海桑地上生物量对红树林生态修复以及海洋蓝碳监测提供经验和方法。论文以广西茅尾海自然保护区无瓣海桑红树林为研究对象,以野外实测无瓣海桑红树林地上生物量数据和Sentinel-1/2卫星提取的后向散射数据、波段数据、植被指数数据和纹理指数数据为数据源,通过分析各遥感因子与实测红树林地上生物量之间的重要性关系,采用极端梯度提升(XGBoost)机器学习算法对比了不同的变量组合对模型精度的影响,最后基于优选的变量组合反演了无瓣海桑红树林的地上生物量。结果表明：(1)研究区无瓣海桑红树林实测树高范围为1.55—13.58m,平均值为8.37m,胸径范围为0.7—41cm,平均值为15.62cm;(2)通过XGBoost算法优选的21个特征变量组合模型拟合效果较好,其模型在测试阶段R²=0.7237,RMSE=21.70Mg/hm²。XGBoost算法反演研究区无瓣海桑地上生物量介于19.14—138.46Mg/hm²之间,平均值为51.92Mg/hm^...     

寡毛实蝇属三新种：（双翅目：实蝇科）

本文记述的3新种,即广西实蝇Dacus(Zeugodacus)guangxianus、近黑颜实蝇D.(Zeugodacus)parater和那大实蝇D.(Asiadacus)nadanus,是1982-1985年在南方各地果园中用诱蝇酮(cue-lure)诱获的,寄主不明。所有模式标本均存放于北京农业部植物检疫实验所。在此谨向提供标本的同志致谢。     

乙烯调控灵芝酸生物合成关键基因的筛选

灵芝是我国著名的药用真菌,灵芝酸是其主要活性成分,具有多种药理活性。乙烯可以促进灵芝酸的生物合成,但其调控机理尚不明确。本实验利用非靶向代谢组研究发现Top 20差异代谢物中含有6种灵芝的活性成分(灵芝酸η、赤芝酸F、赤芝酸N、丹芝酸A、灵芝酸V1和灵芝酸δ),其中有4种灵芝酸(灵芝酸η、赤芝酸F、赤芝酸N和灵芝酸V1)为上调积累,2种灵芝酸(灵芝酸δ和丹芝酸A)为下调积累。通过非靶向代谢组与转录组的关联分析发现基因GL23307、GL25546和GL29595同时与3种灵芝酸积累显著相关,并通过启动子顺式元件预测,发现分别编码泛素蛋白和抑肽酶基因GL25546、GL23307的启动子区域含有响应乙烯信号的顺式作用元件GCC-box,因此,推测这两个基因在乙烯调控灵芝酸生物合成中发挥重要作用。     

Crystal structure determination of basic phospholipase A2 from venom of Agkistrodon halys pallas by molecular replacement method

Basic phospholipase A₂ (BPLA₂) from the venom of Agkistrodon halys pallas has a strong ability to hemolyze erythrocytes. The asymmetrical unit of P2₁2₁2₁ crystal of BPLA₂ contains two molecules. Self-rotation function was used to study the orientation relationship of these two molecules. Cross-rotation and translation functions were then used to determine the orientations and positions of the two molecules in the unit cell. The model building and preliminary structure refinement were carried out. The result shows that the two molecules in the asymmetrical unit of orthorhombic crystal are related by a non-crystallographic 2-fold symmetry axis.     

Interaction of synthetic peptide corresponding to signal sequence of glucitol permease of Escherichia Coli and its analogue with liposomes

The N-terminal signal sequence of glucitol pcrmease of Escherichia Coli (Gut22) and its analogue (Gut22Ana) were synthesized. The analogue had a Pro residue substituting for the His at the 7th position of Gut22 and a Val residue substituting for the Glu at the 10th position. The intrinsic fluorescence emission spectra indicated that the binding of Gut22 with lipid bilayer was much stronger than that of Gut22Ana. The leakage experiments with calcein-loaded liposomes showed that Gut22 strongly perturbed lipid bilayers while Gut22Ana did not. The apparent partition constant of Gut22 for partitioning into phosphatidylserine/phosphatidylcholine bilayers was measured; the effect of membrane potential on the interaction of Gut22 with lipid bilayers was studied and the conformation changes of Gut22 and Gut22Ana upon interacting with liposomes were studied by the method of circular dichroism analysis.
