The paper presents the results of chemical analysis of Shira during summer (July-August). The chemical composition of waters in the water body was found to be fairly homogeneous horizontally. However, the concentrations of most ions increased with depth. The near-bottom layers were characterised by higher total mineral content and ash content, higher concentration of sulphates, sulphites, sulphide, phosphorus, ammonium nitrogen, as compared to the layers above. Maximum concentration of oxygen was recorded in 6–8 m stratum, where the photosynthetic processes were most active. The anaerobic layer which lay below the 12 m depth contained high concentrations of sulphide and sulphite. The composition of the lake water could be characterised as sulphate-chloride-bicarbonate sodium-magnesium. The changes in the water quality due to any anthropogenic emissions were not marked.  相似文献

The dynamics of metal content in higher aquatic plants (macrophytes) in a small Bugach water reservoir in 1998–2006 was studied. A comparative estimation of the metal content in six macrophyte species (Typha latifolia L., Typha angustifolia L., Polygonium amphibium L., Potamogeton perfoliatus L., Potamogeton pectinatus L., Phragmites australis (Cav) Trin. Ex Steud.) showed that their metal concentrations do not generally exceed those known from the literature. Cluster analysis showed that the macrophyte species under study form two ecological groups with respect to the metal content, i.e., submerged plants (hydrophytes) and emergent aquatic plants (heliophytes).  相似文献

In the course of monthly sampling in 2008–2010, two regions of the littoral of the Yenisei river were compared. One of these regions (conventionally pure) was situated upstream of Krasnoyarsk, while the other (conventionally polluted) was downstream of Krasnoyarsk. The concentrations of heavy metals, oil products, phenols, biogenic elements and essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in various components of the river ecosystem were determined. It was discovered that the anthropogenic pollution causes a decrease in the resources of essential PUFA in the biomass of the upper links of the food chain of the river ecosystem.  相似文献

The feasibility of a two-stage bioconversion of inedible potato biomass into biohumus by oyster mushroom followed by worms was tested. As a raw material for biohumus production the inedible potato biomass in certain properties ranked below wheat straw. The most feasible method to convert the potato wastes into biohumus was to mix them with wheat straw at the mass ratio of 1:3 and then treat with mushrooms followed by worms. This gave a good yield of mushrooms. The biohumus produced from the mixture was suitable for use as a plant growth medium.  相似文献

The optimal cultivation conditions for the cyanobacterium Oscillatoria deflexa were studied: temperature (25–27°C), pH (9.0–11.0), and illumination (7 klx). A nutrient medium providing for optimum cyanobacterium growth was selected, as well as media containing an aqueous extract of human urine ash and an inedible material of wheat and vegetables with added nitrates and bicarbonate. The chemical composition (macro and microelements, content of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and vitamins, amino acid and fatty acid composition, ash residue) of O. deflexe was studied for the first time. An analysis of the results indicates that O. deflexa is not inferior to the cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis and the green laver Chlorella vulgaris in practical use, for its mineral composition, content of vitamins, essential amino acids and fatty acids, and exceed them in its content of vitamin E and microelements, such as Fe, Mn, Ni. The bacterium’s ability to transport NaCl up to 30 g/l within the medium was studied, and its unique ability for survival and long-term storage was shown. The enhibitory effect of the biomass of O. deflexa on the germination of wheat grains, and growth of daphnids and rotifers was shown.  相似文献

Effects of various combinations of nutrient solution salinity (0.3, 171, and 342 mM NaCl), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) of 600 or 1150 μmol/(m2 s), and type of nitrogen nutrition (amide-N or nitrate-N) on the productivity and the content of accumulated mineral nutrients and free amino acids were studied in Salicornia europaea plants. At PAR of 600 μmol/(m2 s), plant productivity increased with elevation of salinity level; at 1150 μmol/(m2 s), the maximum productivity was observed in the plants grown at 171 mM of NaCl. The content of free amino acids in shoots, regardless of PAR, decreased with growing salinity level, whereas Na content, on the opposite, increased. Glutamic acid, rather than proline, was shown to be the main organic osmolyte in this plant species. Comparison of the productivity of plants grown on solutions with amide (urea) or nitrate nitrogen showed that higher biomass accumulation was achieved in the former case.  相似文献

Using computer analysis, a minimal sequence of Arg136-Asn137-Trp138-Asp139 that can bind to IgE C3 and C4 fragments was determined for the high-affinity receptor Fc?RI, a key protein of IgE-dependent allergic reactions of the immediate type. A number of peptides containing the Arg-Asn-Trp-Asp sequence were proposed as model analogues of the Fc?RI receptor. It was shown that these peptides manifested immunobiological effects and bound to IgE. The peptides were demonstrated to bind to IgE serum antibodies specific to the Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen isolated from plasma of patients with allergic bronchial asthma.  相似文献
