本文研究了中国广东汉族健康人群apoAI-CⅢ-AIV基因簇DNA限制性内切酶PstI、SstI和EcoRI片段长度多态性。其中等位基因P_1,P_2,S_1,S_2,R_1和R_2的频率分别为0.98,0.02,0.96,0.04,0.90和0.10。经卡方检验符合Hardy-Weinbery氏遗传平衡,与其他种族比较,本文结果显示中国广东汉族人P_2等位基因频率低于日本人、亚洲印第安人和高加索人,S_2等位基因频率低于日本人、菲律宾人、沙特阿拉伯人和亚洲印第安人,而与高加索人相近,R_2等位基因频率稍高于高加索人。不同种族间apoAI-CⅢ-AIV基因簇DNA多态频率无疑存在差异,这种差异可能是由于遗传漂变和自然选择单独或联合作用所致。对P_1、P_2,S_1、S_2和R_1、R_2构成的单倍型和连锁平衡程度进行了分析,结果显示这些单倍型处于连锁不平衡状态。  相似文献

This article reports, for the first time, on the absolute configuration of (+)-9-benzyloxy-α-dihydrotetrabenazine ( 8 ), as determined from the perspective of X-ray crystallography. Compound 8 was prepared by a six-step reaction using 3-benzyloxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde ( 1 ) as a starting material. The X-ray crystal diffraction structure of two compounds, racemic 9-benzyloxy-tetrabenazine ( 5 ) and the diastereomeric salt of compound 8 , is also described for the first time in this article. The X-ray results and the chiral HPLC helped elucidate that compound 8 has an absolute configuration as 2R,3R,11bR. The crystal structure of racemic compound 5 contains two symmetry- independent molecules in the unit cell. Interestingly, while they are structural isomers, they are enantiomers, too, i.e., in solution, because they are not mirror images of each other in the crystal lattice. In order to elucidate the intermolecular interaction mechanism of the diastereomeric salt of compound 8 , its crystal packing was investigated with regard to the weak interactions, such as salt bridge, OH…O and CH…O hydrogen bonds, and intermolecular CH…π interaction. The results showed that the carbonyl-assisted salt bridges and the OH…O hydrogen bonds formed polar columns in the crystal structure of the diastereomeric salt of compound 8 , resembling butterflies with open wings as viewed along the c-axis. Current trends in the development of methods for monitoring, modeling and controlling biological production systems are reviewed from a bioengineering perspective. The ability to measure intracellular conditions in bioprocesses using genomics and other bioinformatics tools is addressed. Devices provided via micromachining techniques and new real-time optical technology are other novel methods that may facilitate biosystem engineering. Mathematical modeling of data obtained from bioinformatics or real-time monitoring methods are necessary in order to handle the dense flows of data that are generated. Furthermore, control methods must be able to cope with these data flows in efficient ways that can be implemented in plant-wide computer communication systems.Mini-review for the proceedings of the M3C conference  相似文献

Towards in vivo aorta material identification and stress estimation   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper addresses the problem of constructing a mechanical model for the abdominal aorta and calibrating its parameters to in vivo measurable data. The aorta is modeled as a pseudoelastic, thick-walled, orthotropic, residually stressed cylindrical tube, subjected to an internal pressure. The model parameters are determined by stating a minimization problem for the model pressure and computing the optimal solution by a minimization algorithm. The data used in this study is in vivo pressure–diameter data for the abdominal aorta of a 24-year-old man. The results show that the axial, circumferential and radial stresses have magnitudes in the span 0 to 180 kPa. Furthermore, the results show that it is possible to determine model parameters directly from in vivo measurable data. In particular, the parameters describing the residual stress distribution can be obtained without interventional procedures.  相似文献

酮酸脱羧酶作为异戊醇生物合成的关键酶,不存在于大肠杆菌中。以乳酸乳球菌的基因组DNA为模板,经过PCR扩增得到酮酸脱羧酶基因kivD(rbs),插入到大肠杆菌高效表达载体pET-28a(+)上形成pET-kivD(rbs),重组质粒热击转化进大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中,其成功表达了酮酸脱羧酶。对发酵产物进行分析,检测到了微量的目标产物—异戊醇。  相似文献

2010年在四川卧龙自然保护区选择海拔为2350、2700、3150和3530 m的4个分布地点,研究了巴郎山海拔梯度对奇花柳叶片13C、光合、CO2扩散导度、氮含量、光合氮利用效率( PNUE)和比叶面积(SLA)的影响.结果表明:随着海拔的升高,目标树种叶片氮含量(尤其是单位面积氮含量)及PNUE增加,叶片δ13C值也随之显著增加,且海拔每升高1000 m,δ13C增加1.4‰;CO2扩散导度(气孔导度和叶肉细胞导度)的增加,在一定程度上阻碍了叶片δ13C值随海拔升高,但不足以改变δ13C值随海拔升高的趋势;羧化能力是羧化位点与外界CO2分压比( Pc/Pa),甚至δ13C的限制因子.在海拔2350~2700m,奇花柳光合系统内部氮素分配主要受温度的影响,而2700~3530 m的光照作用可能更大.奇花柳的SLA随海拔无显著变化.  相似文献

Permafrost, covering approximately 25% of the land area in the Northern Hemisphere, is one of the key components of terrestrial ecosystem in cold regions. As a product of cold climate, permafrost is extremely sensitive to climate change. Climate warming over past decades has caused degradation in permafrost widely and quickly. Permafrost degradation has the potential to significantly change soil moisture content, alter soil nutrients availability and influence on species composition. In lowland ecosystems the loss of ice-rich permafrost has caused the conversion of terrestrial ecosystem to aquatic ecosystem or wetland. In upland ecosystems permafrost thaw has resulted in replacement of hygrophilous community by xeromorphic community or shrub. Permafrost degradation resulting from climate warming may dramatically change the productivity and carbon dynamics of alpine ecosystems. This paper reviewed the effects of permafrost degradation on ecosystem structure and function. At the same time, we put forward critical questions about the effects of permafrost degradation on ecosystems on Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau, included: (1) carry out research about the effects of permafrost degradation on grassland ecosystem and the response of alpine ecosystem to global change; (2) construct long-term and located field observations and research system, based on which predict ecosystem dynamic in permafrost degradation; (3) pay extensive attention to the dynamic of greenhouse gas in permafrost region on Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau and the feedback of greenhouse gas to climate change; (4) quantitative study on the change of water-heat transport in permafrost degradation and the effects of soil moisture and heat change on vegetation growth.  相似文献

微生物群落的结构及群落内种间相互作用是影响其生态功能的决定性因素。尽管微生物群落是地球生物化学循环的主要驱动者,但是由于传统的微生物培养方法只能分离约1%10%的环境微生物,对复杂的环境微生物群落结构和功能多样性了解甚少。元基因组学、单细胞分析和群落遗传学等方法的出现,及其与微生物学的交叉融合,使得人们能够从微生物群落组成、物种功能、种间相互作用和预测模型等方面分析微生物群落。重点综述了元基因组学、单细胞分析和群落遗传学等方法及其在环境微生物群落结构和功能多样性中的应用进展。  相似文献

毛乌素沙地南缘沙漠化临界区域土壤养分的空间异质性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
毛乌素沙地南缘沙漠化临界区域是沙地-草地景观界面的关键部位,研究该区域土壤养分的空间格局和生态学过程,对于土地沙漠化的机理研究具有重要的意义。采用经典统计与地统计学相结合的方法,通过半变异函数及其模型、克里格局部插值估计、空间分布图等研究了毛乌素沙地南缘沙漠化临界区域土壤养分的空间异质性特征。结果表明:研究区土壤速效钾含量符合球状模型,全氮和速效磷含量符合指数模型;速效钾含量具有强空间自相关性,其结构方差比为0.882,而全氮和速效磷含量表现为中等程度的空间自相关性,其结构方差比分别为0.501和0.514;3种土壤养分空间自相关距离存在差异,其中全氮和速效钾的变程均为511m,而速效磷的变程为143m;3种土壤养分的分布格局呈现明显的空间规律性,从牛枝子群落到黑沙蒿群落,速效钾和速效磷含量先降低后升高,与研究区的界面变化过程一致,而全氮含量逐渐降低,与研究区的植被覆盖度变化一致;3种土壤养分的标准差都较小,Kriging插值结果比较可靠。  相似文献
