The results of microbiological analysis of a number of microorganisms of various ecological–trophic groups in plankton microbial communities of some water areas of the Sea of Okhotsk and Avacha Bay are presented. The data were compared to the hydrochemical parameters (temperature, salinity, BOD5, dissolved oxygen, phosphates, organic phosphate, detergents) determined simultaneously. The microbian indication method is used for express assessment of water pollution of the surveyed areas. The data demonstrated that Avacha Bay was subjected to heavier anthropogenic impact than the water areas of the ports of Kholmsk and Magadan. 相似文献

广翅蜡蝉科的种类,多数为害木本植物,少数为害禾本科草本植物,有的是果树、森林和农作物的害虫。但关于广翅蜡蝉科的研究,过去很不充分,我国的种类、分布与寄主关系,至今还不清楚。1935年胡经甫的昆虫名录中列入11种(包括3种同物异名),1959年《中国果树病虫志》中列了5种。 我们根据三十年来在全国各地的采集调查,和全国兄弟单位提供的标本,共鉴定出26种。本文着重记录它们的分布及其为害植物,并记载新种8种。 相似文献

The regularities of gamma-induced excision of transposon Tn10 in different rec-strains of E. coli cells after gamma-irradiation have been studied. The survival of cells and relative frequency of the Tn10 elimination as a function of the 137Cs gamma-radiation doses were investigated. RecN and recA-mutants of E. coli were used for study of the role of rec-genes in the gamma-induced transposon excision. It was shown that the induced excision in the recN mutant was reduced. The transposon excision in the recA mutant was not revealed. The obtained results let to conclude that recA, and recN genes are involved not only in DNA repair processes but also in the gamma-induced transposon excision in bacteria. 相似文献

Several novel 2-imino-5-hydroxymethyl-8-methyl-2H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyridine-3-(N-aryl) carboxamides were prepared by reaction of pyridoxal hydrochloride with various N-arylcyanoacetamides. Reaction of these compounds with aromatic amines furnished a wide series of 2-(N-R-phenyl) imino-5-hydroxymethyl-8-methyl-2H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyridine-3-carboxamides. Antibacterial and antifungal activities of the synthesized compounds were studied. Most of the obtained compounds demonstrated significant activity against bacterial or fungal strains (MIC in the range of 12.5–25 μg/mL), displaying comparable or even better efficacy than the standard drugs. 相似文献
