我们用细胞培养法对大青叶、板兰根、羚羊角及复方羚羊角等注射液进行了抗病毒活性的实验研究。结果复方制剂优于单方,预防用药方式的效果最好,抑制病毒对数为3.25±0.45,属中等有效;治疗用药方式居中,抑药毒对数为2.38±0.96;同时用药方式接近无效,抑病毒对数为1.50±0.82。  相似文献

本文对大连印染厂试产的X—Si—4有机硅等抗菌整理布进行了抗菌效力检测,显示对细菌具100%的抑菌率,而且有较强皮肤癣菌和污染性霉菌的效力,同时具耐紫外线照射,耐高温高压,耐洗涤等优良性能。试验均达预期效果,表明方法简易,重复性好,结果可信。本文并从菌种的选择,试验方法的配合使用,抗菌整理布的优良性能测试等诸方面进行了探讨。  相似文献

In this study, the morphological changes in the central sulcus between children with isolated growth hormone deficiency (IGHD) and those with idiopathic short stature (ISS) were analyzed. Thirty children with IGHD (peak growth hormone < 5 µg/L) and 30 children with ISS (peak growth hormone > 10.0 µg/L) were included. Morphological measurements of the central sulcus were obtained from T1‐weighted MRIs using BrainVISA, including the average sulcal width, maximum depth, average depth, top length, bottom length, and depth position‐based profiles (DPPs). The bilateral average width of the central sulci was significantly wider, while the left maximum depth and right average depth of the central sulcus were significantly smaller, in children with IGHD than in children with ISS. There were no significant differences in the right maximum depth, left average depth, or bilateral top length and bottom length of the central sulcus between groups. The DPPs of the middle part of both central sulci (corresponding to the hand motor activation area) and the inferior part of the right central sulcus (corresponding to the oral movement area) near the Sylvian fissure were significantly smaller in children with IGHD than in controls before false discovery rate (FDR) correction. However, all the above significant DPP sites disappeared after FDR correction. There were significant morphological changes in the three‐dimensional structure of the central sulcus in children with IGHD, which were the outcome of other more essential cortical or subcortical changes, resulting in their relatively slower development in motor, cognitive, and linguistic functional performance.  相似文献

【目的】采用RT-PCR的方法分析致病性副溶血性弧菌毒力基因表达,并应用代谢组学的方法研究毒力基因不同表达水平下致病性副溶血性弧菌代谢组的响应。【方法】本文以致病性副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)ATCC33846为材料,分别提取不同温度(4、25和37℃)下菌体总RNA和代谢组。采用相对定量的方法检测副溶血性弧菌tdh基因在不同温度条件下的表达差异,同时应用超高压液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用仪(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)系统为工作平台检测其代谢组。采用主成分分析法(principal component analysis,PCA)比较副溶血性弧菌代谢组轮廓差异,并通过皮尔森和斯皮尔曼相关性分析法分析代谢组与tdh基因表达之间相关性。【结果】结果表明,不同温度条件下tdh基因表达强弱的排列顺序25℃4℃37℃;在tdh基因不同表达水平下发生显著性(P0.05)变化的主要代谢物是有机酸、氨基酸、醇、酮、酯;共得到11种代谢物与tdh基因表达高度相关(相关性系数︱r︱=1,P0.05),其中3种为负相关,8种为正相关,且醇类代谢物与tdh基因表达的正相关性最显著。【结论】本研究发现副溶血性弧菌代谢组与毒力基因表达存在一定的相关性,有望为副溶血性弧菌致病机理的深入探究提供一定的理论支持。  相似文献

黄河三角洲作为我国重要的后备土地资源区,土壤盐渍化问题突出,切实掌握季节性土壤水盐状况及其微域特征是该区土壤盐渍化防控和土地资源高效利用的重要基础。选择黄河三角洲垦利县,通过野外调查实测与室内化验分析获取土壤水盐含量数据,利用统计分析、GIS空间插值、实地观测与数据分析对比等方法,分析了研究区夏季土壤水盐状况及其微域变异规律。结果显示:研究区夏季土壤水盐含量总体较高,含盐量以中度盐渍化为主,随着土层深度的增加含盐量呈上升趋势,且各层土壤含盐量呈显著正相关性;含盐量较高的地区主要分布在该区东北部和中东部,含盐量较低的地区主要分布在西南部和中部;土壤含盐量从大到小的植被类型依次为光板地→碱蓬→高粱→芦苇→茅草→水稻→棉花→玉米;土壤盐分微域变化特征明显,含盐量受距路边远近、不同耕作措施、地形部位、植被群落等因素影响较大,表现出微域规律性和复杂性。该研究基本摸清了研究区夏季时相的土壤水盐状况及其微域特征,为黄河三角洲农作物栽培管理及土壤资源可持续利用提供了科学依据。  相似文献

The current energy crisis is a worldwide problem, and developing energy from biomass is considered an effective partial solution. Sheyang Saltern is located in a coastal area in East China. The administration of saltern cooperated with our Halophyte Research Lab to create a Five-year Plan of Biomass Energy on Saline Land. In this plan, 3330 ha of salt-tolerant oil plants will be planted on the coastal saline land in Sheyang Saltern, including 2664 ha of Ricinus communis and 666 ha of Kosteletzkya virginica (L.) presl. These plants will produce biomass energy from land that is not fit for common crops, and thus this plan will not affect crop production. Moreover, the biomass of plants will be fully utilized in a hierarchical way, guided by an ecological engineering design. Thus, more outputs and more profits will be gained by applying this plan. This study uses the emergy analysis to predict and analyze the saltern ecosystem's ecological potential and compare it with an existing system founded in 2007, a 33.3 ha field of the two plants in the saltern. Four main emergy indices of the two ecosystems, EYR, EIR, ELR and ESI, are calculated and compared. To better show the system's ecological potential, we establish a new emergy index-potential yield ratio (PYR). PYR is designed to measure artificial ecosystems’ potential output capacity. It reflects a system's potential to transform stored emergy into output emergy using ecological engineering technology. The value of the predicted system's PYR is as great as 225, indicating that the system has a bright future to develop salt-tolerant oil plants. The system's future ecological potential and additional ways to utilize the two plants – the use of ricin and tuberous roots, etc. are also discussed in this paper. Our results will be helpful to the government's policy making, and provides useful information for enterprises.  相似文献

Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) have demonstrated effectiveness as bone regeneration agents whether delivered as recombinant proteins or via gene therapy. Current gene therapy approaches use vectors expressing single BMPs. In contrast, multiple BMPs are coordinately expressed during bone development and fracture healing. Furthermore, BMPs likely exist in vivo as heterodimeric molecules having enhanced biological activity. In the present study, we test the hypothesis that gene therapy-based bone regeneration can be enhanced by expressing combinations of BMPs. For in vitro studies, mesenchymal cell lines were transduced with individual adenoviruses containing BMP2, 4, or 7 cDNA under control of a CMV promoter (AdBMP2, 4, 7) or virus combinations. Significantly, combined transduction with AdBMP2 plus AdBMP7 or AdBMP4 plus AdBMP7 resulted in a synergistic stimulation of osteoblast differentiation. This synergy is best explained by formation of BMP2/7 and 4/7 heterodimers. To test in vivo biological activity, fibroblasts were transduced with specific virus combinations and implanted into C57BL6 mice. Consistent with in vitro results, strong synergy was observed using combined AdBMP2/BMP7 treatment, which induced twofold to threefold more bone than would be predicted based on the activity of individual AdBMPs. These studies show that dramatic enhancement of osteogenesis can be achieved using gene therapy to express specific combinations of interacting regenerative molecules.  相似文献
