SCE在鹌鹑胚胎细胞间的分布为Poisson分布;在染色体间的分布是非随机的,与染色体的相对长度成正相关(P<0.05),但也不完全按各染色体的相对长度分布。着丝粒区的SCE相对很高,按染色体的相对长度分布。胚胎的不同性别对每个细胞的SCE平均值无显著影响,但对性染色体Z上的SCE是否有影响还不能做出肯定的结论。  相似文献

The invasively growing and metasizing Lewis lung carcinoma consistently contained urokinase-type plasminogen activator (u-PA) enzyme activity. When investigated immunocytochemically with antibodies against u-PA, different parts of individual tumors showed a pronounced heterogeneity in staining intensity. Strong staining was found in areas with invasive growth and degradation of surrounding normal tissue, while other areas were completely devoid of staining. Immunoreactivity occurred both with a perinuclear cytoplasmic localization in tumor cells and associated with apparently extracellular material. SDS PAGE of tumor extracts, under both reducing and nonreducing conditions, followed by immunoblotting, showed only one immunocytochemically stainable band with an electrophoretic mobility corresponding to that of purified proenzyme to u-PA, while no two-chain u-PA was detected. This indicates that the major part of the activator in Lewis lung carcinoma is present as one-chain pro-u-PA.  相似文献

赤霉素受体(GID)是赤霉素信号转导途径的重要成员,直接影响着赤霉素对植物体效应的发挥。该研究利用同源克隆的方法,首次从紫花苜蓿中克隆得到1个赤霉素受体基因,命名为MsGID1b。序列分析发现,MsGID1b基因开放阅读框长度为1 053bp,编码350个氨基酸,推测其蛋白质分子量为39.839kD,是一个无信号肽和跨膜结构的亲水性蛋白。序列比对结果表明,MsGID1b基因与蒺藜苜蓿MtGID1b基因的核苷酸序列相似性为98%,氨基酸序列相似性为99%,且具有HSL家族典型的HGG和GXSXG保守结构域及GA、DELLA蛋白结合位点。荧光定量PCR分析表明,MsGID1b基因在紫花苜蓿各组织中的表达丰度依次为:根盛花初花茎叶荚果;经GA3、ABA、NaCl、PEG和黑暗诱导后该基因表达上调,尤其是在GA3诱导下,MsGID1b基因的表达量一直维持在较高水平,表明MsGID1b基因可能参与紫花苜蓿的抗逆调控。  相似文献

Polymalic acid (PMA) is a water-soluble polyester with many attractive properties for biomedical application. Its monomer l-malic acid is widely used in the food industry and also a potential C4 platform chemical. Cofactor and CO2 donor involved in the reductive routes were investigated for PMA production by Aureobasidium pullulans. Biotin as the key cofactor of pyruvate carboxylase was favor for the PMA biosynthesis. Na2CO3 as CO2 donor can obviously improved PMA titer when compared with no CO2 supplier NaOH, and also exhibit more advantages than the other donor CaCO3 because of its water-soluble characteristic. A combinational process with addition of biotin 70 mg/L and Na2CO3 as the CO2 donor was scaled-up in 50 L fermentor, achieving the high product 34.3 g/L of PMA and productivity of 0.41 g/L h. This process provides an efficient and economical way for PMA and malic acid production, and is promising for industrial application.  相似文献

目的:观察帕瑞昔布联合应用曲马多用于腹腔镜胆囊切镇痛的作用效果评价.方法:72例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者,随机分成3组,每组24例.A组与B组术前15 min静注帕瑞昔布0.8mg/kg,C组手术结束前10 min静注帕瑞昔布0.8mg/kg;术毕A组静注生理盐水20 mL,B组与C组静注曲马多1 mg/kg.分别记录术毕给药后1、3、6、12、24h的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分),不良反应及患者对镇痛治疗的总体满意度.结果:B组VAS评分在术后24h内各时间点均低于A组和C组(P<0.05);3组术后不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05);B组镇痛药物用量明显少于A、C组(P<0.05);患者对镇痛治疗总体满意度B组与A组、C组比较均有统计学意义(P< 0105).结论:帕瑞昔布术前应用具有超前镇痛作用,同时联合应用曲马多,可以提高镇痛质量,是腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后镇痛的良好选择.  相似文献

启动子是位于基因5′端上游的一段DNA序列, 负责调控基因的转录。与植物抗病相关基因的启动子区含有能针对病原菌胁迫做出应答的顺式作用元件, 这些顺式作用元件通过与转录因子特异性结合, 进而增强抗病基因的转录表达, 提高植物的抗病性。该文主要综述了病原菌诱导型启动子相关顺式作用元件及与这些元件互作的转录因子, 特别对一类特殊的转录因子--病原菌TAL效应子与植物靶基因启动子之间的相互作用机制进行了阐述, 并对其应用前景进行了展望。  相似文献

In this study, we report for the first time a one‐pot approach for the synthesis of new CdSeTeS quaternary‐alloyed quantum dots (QDs) in aqueous phase by microwave irradiation. CdCl2 was used as a Cd precursor during synthesis, NaHTe and NaHSe were used as Te and Se precursors and mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) was used as a stabilizer and source of sulfur. A series of quaternary‐alloyed QDs of different sizes were prepared. CdSeTeS QDs exhibited a wide emission range from 549 to 709 nm and high quantum yield (QY) up to 57.7 %. Most importantly, the quaternary‐alloyed QDs possessed significantly long fluorescence lifetimes > 100 ns as well as excellent photostability. Results of high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX) and powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy showed that the nanocrystals possessed a quaternary alloy structure with good crystallinity. Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) showed that QDs possessed good water solubility and monodispersity in aqueous solution. Furthermore, CdSeTeS QDs were modified with alpha‐thio‐omega‐carboxy poly(ethylene glycol) (HS‐PEG‐COOH) and the modified QDs were linked to anti‐epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibodies. QDs with the EGFR antibodies as labeling probes were successfully applied to targeted imaging for EGFR on the surface of SiHa cervical cancer cells.
