Psychogenic trauma inflicted to mothers (Wistar rats) during pregnancy is more tragic for establishment of psychoemotional functions in offspring than in the rat pups whose mothers survived prior to pregnancy the stress connected with threat of life. The “antenatal stress” causes in the one-month-old offspring the depression-like behavior, while the stress one month prior to impregnation—the increased anxiety. Disturbances of the integral behavior in the test “open field” can be caused both by the acute psychogenic trauma of mothers and by its delayed consequences. The sharp impoverishment of behavior and the more pronounced psychoemotional disturbances are realized in female individuals regardless of the terms of action. In the male offspring the vital stress during their mothers’ pregnancy produces the rougher behavioral disturbances, than stress prior to impregnation.  相似文献

The vital stress experienced by mothers both during and before their pregnancy produced motor disturbances in their offspring. By parameters of the EMG activity of the low extremities, more pronounced motor disturbances are revealed in the young 35-day old rat pups whose mothers were exposed to the acute psychogenic trauma during pregnancy. Asymmetry of the motor disturbances is the most prominent in the 45-day old rat pups born from the mothers exposed to the psychogenic trauma one month before pregnancy. In the process of ontogenetic development the revealed deviations are better compensated in the rat pups of the “neonatal stress” group than in the case of their mothers' preconception psychogenic trauma.  相似文献

Changes in rat behavior and blood lipid spectrum were detected 3 weeks after exposure of animals to vibrational (construction) noise. Males demonstrated anxious, simplified or agitated behaviors, while females–anxious or depression-like behaviors. Most evident changes in the lipid spectrum were observed in males with simplified and females with depression-like behaviors. In anxious behavior, the high-density lipoprotein level was elevated in males and reduced in females versus control.  相似文献
