Treatment of intestinal dysbacteriosis in children with diabetes mellitus]   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The use of the probiotic Acylact in combination with Viferone containing human recombinant interferon-alpha 2 in the treatment of intestinal dysbacteriosis in children with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) was shown to be highly efficient. Elimination of microecologic disorders in the intestine was accompanied in all the children by immune rearrangements. The quantity of secretory and serum immunoglobulins and complement increased and the white blood cell chemiluminescence proved to be higher. The correction of the immune status of the children with IDDM resulted in a certain decrease of glycemia. The data are indicative of the fact that such a treatment of intestinal dysbacteriosis in children with IDDM is promising.  相似文献

Neuronal responses of an acutely isolated slab of auditory cortex (area AI) to intracortical electrical stimulation were studied intracellularly in cats anesthetized with pentobarbital. It was found that 77% of responses were primary IPSPs, and allowing for secondary inhibitory responses, an inhibitory response was observed in 92% of neurons. All types of neuronal responses in the slab were short-latency. The maximal response latency did not exceed 5 msec. Neurons responding to stimulation by IPSPs were found at all depths in the slab, with a maximum in layers II–III. Nearly all primary IPSPswere mono- and disynaptic. Pentobarbital increased the duration of individual neuronal inhibitory responses in the isolated slab of auditory cortex without affecting maximal duration of the IPSP. Neuronal responses of an isolated slab of auditory cortex (area AI) to intracortical stimulation at the level IV were studied in curarized cats by extracellular recording 3 weeks after isolation. Dispersion of response latencies in the isolated slab was reduced (compared with that observed soon after isolation); the predominant responses were mono- and disynaptic, and the number of discharges consisting of bursts of spikes increased. However, despite simplification of the structural and functional organization of the chronically isolated slab of auditory cortex, the conditions for complex polysynaptic interaction between neurons of all layers were preserved in it, and in each layer the character of such interaction depended on the distance of the neuron from the focus of origin of the excitation. The investigations were performed on the ring strips of rabbit aorta. The electrical activity of the vessels smooth muscle cells was registered by the "sucrose gap" method; the contractile activity of the strips was determined simultaneously. Experimental atherosclerosis was induced by keeping rabbits on a special diet enriched by cholesterol for 2 and 4 months. Strips were prepared with intact or mechanically removed endothelium. Hypercholesterolemia was shown to inhibit the reactivity of the vessel's wall to the weakening action of acetylcholine due to endothelial stimulation. The cause of these changes was the inhibition of the endothelial functional activity and inactivation of mechanisms by which endothelium influences smooth muscle cells.  相似文献

Neuronal response in the strychninized cortical suprasylvian gyrus was investigated in experiments on immobilized and unanesthetized cats using intracellular techniques. Paroxysmal depolarizing shifts (PDS) in neuronal membrane potential were recorded, consisting of a bursting discharge and slow depolarization wave. It was found when using intracortical stimulation that PDS can accumulate and change in shape and size. Bursting discharges in PDS were induced by large-scale EPSP which could be distinguished from paroxysmal response. Data from presumably intradendritic readings demonstrated the presence of large-scale EPSP during the generation of epileptiform discharges in the cortex. In a proportion of cells, PDS were accompanied by hyperpolarizing potentials — apparently IPSP, since they undergo reversal with intercellular administration of Cl. Reconstructions of the human-African great ape phylogeny by using mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) have been subject to considerable debate. One confounding factor may be the lack of data on intraspecific variation. To test this hypothesis, we examined the effect of intraspecific mtDNA diversity on the phylogenetic reconstruction of another Plio- Pleistocene radiation of higher primates, the fascicularis group of macaque (Macaca) monkey species. Fifteen endonucleases were used to identify 10 haplotypes of 40-47 restriction sites in M. mulatta, which were compared with similar data for the other members of this species group. Interpopulational, intraspecific mtDNA diversity was large (0.5%- 4.5%), and estimates of divergence time and branching order incorporating this variation were substantially different from those based on single representatives of each species. We conclude that intraspecific mtDNA diversity is substantial in at least some primate species. Consequently, without prior information on the extent of genetic diversity within a particular species, intraspecific variation must be assessed and accounted for when reconstructing primate phylogenies. Further, we question the reliability of hominoid mtDNA phylogenies, based as they are on one or a few representatives of each species, in an already depauperate superfamily of primates.   相似文献

Neuronal responses of an isolated slab of cortex to intracortical stimulation were studied intracellularly. The predominant responses were primary IPSPs. Their latent periods did not exceed 10 msec. Within the volume of cortex studied, neurons inhibited in response to stimulation were most numerous in the upper layers (II, III). Predominance of disynaptic IPSPs is evidence of the important role of cortical interneurons in their genesis. It is concluded from the results that primary IPSPs limit the spread of excitation primarily in the activated area of cortex. Since involvement of neurons of the isolated slab in the inhibition process takes place for only 10 msec after stimulation, neurons giving spike responses to intracortical stimulation with a longer latent period can transmit information into other brain zones. Neuronal responses in an isolated slab (area AI) to intracortical pulsed electrical stimulation at the level of layer IV were investigated extracellularly in acute experiments on cats immobilized with D-tubocurarine. Responding neurons were found in all layers of the slab. The character of their distribution by depth in the slab depended on the distance between recording and stimulating electrodes. The latent period of responses of different neurons ranged from 0.8 to 25 msec. With interelectrode distances of 0.5–2 mm most neurons responded mono- and disynaptically. However, responses of many neurons had a latent period of over 4 msec, i.e., they were polysynaptic. This indicates the complex character of interneuronal interactions, even in a limited area of the cortex. Investigations were carried out on smooth muscle cells (SMC) of rat and rabbit anococcygeus by the method of a double "sugar bridge" in the presence of tetraethylammonium (1 mM/1) in the Krebs solution. Stimulation of the muscle strip by the electric current rectangular pulse of the maximal value and of short duration caused the development of excitatory postsynaptic potentials (EP SP) in the rat and rabbit SMC, and of inhibitory postsynaptic potentials in the rabbit SMC. The value of postsynaptic potentials displayed a linear dependence on the level of the membrane potential. Elimination of chlorine ions from the external solution decreased the EP SP of the SMC of rabbit anococcygeus and shifted the reversion potential in the direction of sodium balance potential. Apparently generation of the EP SP of the SMC of rabbit anococcygeus was associated with the increased permeability of the membrane both for sodium and for chlorine ions.  相似文献
