开普蛛科(蛛形纲,蜘蛛目)在越南的新纪录

报道了越南蜘蛛1新纪录科,开普蛛科Caponiidae。描述了越南1新纪录种:刚毛老挝蛛Laoponia saetosa Platnick & Jager,2008和1新种:拟刚毛老挝蛛L.pseudosaetosa sp.nov.。这2个种的雄性触肢器的形状基本相同,但是触肢器生殖球的大小差异十分显著,该结构在拟刚毛老挝蛛中显著小于刚毛老挝蛛(P<0.05)。标本采集于越南北部的3个国家公园:库风国家公园(Cuc Phuong National Park),吉婆岛国家公园(CatBa National Park)和三岛国家自然公园(Tam DaoNational Park)。拟刚毛老挝蛛,新种Laoponia pseudosaetosa sp.nov.(图6～8,10,13)正模♂,副模20♂♂,越南永丰省三岛国家公园,2007-04-01至2008-03-31,范鼎飒采。词源:新种因生殖器结构与刚毛老挝蛛Laoponiasaetosa Platnick & Jager,2008相似而得此名。     

帚状漏斗蛛模式标本的再研究(蜘蛛目:漏斗蛛科)

本文重新描述了保存于湖南省生物研究所的帚状漏斗蛛Agelena scopulata Wang, 1991的模式标本,并提供了鉴别特征及生殖器官形态结构图。     

川金丝猴粪样内3种类固醇激素保存时效分析

川金丝猴(Rhinopithecus roxellanae)是中国特有的灵长类物种,生存于海拔1 400～3 300 m的山地森林地带。采用拾取新鲜粪便的非损伤性途径研究该物种野生种群生理状态,必须首先确定其新鲜粪便在特定保存方法下的保存时效。本项研究探讨在川金丝猴自然分布区夏季可获得的低温(4±1)℃、在95%乙醇中保存条件下,该物种新鲜粪便内3种类固醇激素(睾酮、雌二醇、孕酮)在8个设定天数:0(标准对照)、5、6、7、8、10、20、30 d的保存时效。结果表明,雌性川金丝猴粪样内睾酮和雌二醇在30 d内可稳定保存,孕酮含量在保存10 d时的平均值显著性低于标准参照值(P0.05);雄性川金丝猴粪样中睾酮含量在保存6 d时的平均值显著低于标准参照值(P0.05)。本研究说明,在野生川金丝猴新鲜粪便保存条件一致的情况下,该物种新鲜粪样内睾酮、孕酮、雌二醇3种激素保存时效并不一致,实际运用时需要结合研究目的区别对待。     

Potential involvement of the cyclooxygenase-2 pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma-associated angiogenesis

Angiogenesis plays a crucial role in tumor development and growth. The present study was carried out to investigate the potential involvement of the cyclooxygenase-2 (Cox-2) pathway in the regulation of angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). We inhibited Cox-2 expression in HCC cell line HuH-7 by selective Cox-2 inhibitor (SC-58635) or Cox-2 siRNA. Conditioned media (CMs) from HuH-7 cells were used in angiogenic assays in vitro and in vivo. Compared with CMs from untreated and negative siRNA treated HuH-7 cells, CMs from SC-58635 and Cox-2 siRNA treated HuH-7 dramatically suppressed the proliferation, migration, and differentiation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) in vitro and neovascularization in vivo. These inhibitory effects could be partially reversed by the addition of exogenous PGE2 to CMs. Furthermore, Cox-2 inhibition by SC-58635 resulted in PGE2 reduction accompanied by the down-regulation of four PGE2 receptor (EP receptor) subtypes. Treatment with SC-58635 led to the down-expression of proangiogenic factors such as VEGF, HGF, FGF2, ANGPT1 and ANGPT2 in HCC. An approximately 78% reduction of VEGF level has been found in the CM from SC-58635 treated HuH-7. Our results suggest an involvement of Cox-2 in the control of HCC-associated angiogenesis. PGE2 as a vital angiogenic factor may act directly on endothelial cells to promote HuH-7-stimulated angiogenic process. Moreover, Cox-2/PGE2/EP/VEGF pathway possibly also contributes to tumor angiogenesis in HCC. This study provides the rationale for clinical studies of Cox-2 inhibitors on the treatment or chemoprevention of HCC.     

方胫莫蛛新种记述及其与毛笔莫蛛的比较(蜘蛛目,皿蛛科)

记述中国皿蛛科1新纪录属和1新种：莫蛛属Moebelia Dahl,1886,方胫莫蛛 Moebelia rectangula sp.nov.模式标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所,北京. 方胫莫蛛,新种Moebelia rectangula sp.nov.（图1～11） 正模♂,河北嶂石岩, 2005-09-12 ,李枢强采;副模8♀♀,12 ♂♂,河北嶂石岩,李枢强等采; 4♀♀,7♂♂,北京门头沟,王倩等采。 新种与产自芬兰的毛笔莫蛛Moebelia penicillata（图12～22）相近,两者主要区别：前者触肢胫节无毛笔状毛簇;前者触肢前侧胫节突方形,后者锥形;前者超盾片突无三角形片状突起;前者外雌器后缘比后者宽;前者纳精囊之间的距离窄于后者。     

Three new genera of the family Nesticidae (Arachnida:Araneae) from Tibet and Yunnan,China

Three new genera of the spider family Nesticidae, Hamus gen. nov., Nescina gen. nov. and Wraios gen. nov., are reported. Three new species, Hamus bowoensis sp. nov., Nescina minuta sp. nov. and Wraios longiembolus sp. nov., showing remarkable characters in palpal and epigynal morphology, are described based on specimens collected in Tibet and Yunnan, China. All the type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences(IZCAS) in Beijing.     

皱弱蛛属及其模式种的雌性新发现(蜘蛛目,弱蛛科)

首次报道了采自中国河北省赞皇县障石岩风景区(九女峰景区)的宽跗皱弱蛛Rhyssoleptoneta latitarsa Tong & Li,2007的雌性标本,并对该种的雄性模式标本进行重描述.标本保存与中国科学院动物研究所.     

中国豹蛛属一新种(蜘蛛目:狼蛛科)

记述采自我国海南岛的豹蛛属Pardosa 1新种,针豹蛛P.aciculifera sp.nov.,新种以其独特的外雌器和触肢器而易与本属其它已知种区别。由于其外雌器和触肢器十分独特,目前暂不能将新种归入本属已划定的种组,模式标本存于中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆。

记述了中国幽灵蛛科贝尔蛛属1新种:张氏贝尔蛛Belisana zhangi sp.nov..新种种名依照采集者、鱼类学家张春光教授的姓氏命名.模式标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所,北京.
