PGRP-S (Tag7) is an innate immunity protein involved in the antimicrobial defense systems, both in insects and in mammals. We have previously shown that Tag7 specifically interacts with several proteins, including Hsp70 and the calcium binding protein S100A4 (Mts1), providing a number of novel cellular functions. Here we show that Tag7–Mts1 complex causes chemotactic migration of lymphocytes, with NK cells being a preferred target. Cells of either innate immunity (neutrophils and monocytes) or acquired immunity (CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes) can produce this complex, which confirms the close connection between components of the 2 branches of immune response.  相似文献

The article describes general laws and peculiarities of structural and functional changes of erythrocyte's membrane in patients with somatic and mental pathology. Considering our own investigations and reports in medical journals, conclusions are made supposing an existence of typical molecular disorders of erythrocyte membrane in pathological process of different genesis. It is suggested that a universal reaction of circulating pool of erythrocytes on different pathological affects is evolutionary formed.  相似文献

With the use of scanning electron microscopy, lymphocyte surface architectonics has been described in cases of chronic viral persistence at tick-borne (vernal) encephalitis, hepatitis types A and B, and Herpes simplex. In lymphocytic population smooth and plicate cells in addition to cells with vesicles and outgrowths on the surface prevailed. The appearance of lymphocytes with a combined type of superficial microrelief was registered. It is supposed that despite the variety of types of lymphocyte surface architectonics and possible causes promoting their polymorphism, changes in superficial ultrastructure of immunocompetent cells for chronic viral infection have a nonspecific character.  相似文献

The influence of blood laser irradiation (lambda = 540 nm) in doses range 0.3-1.2 J/cm2 on the neutrophyles superoxide-dismutase and katalase activity has been studied. Correcting effect of laser light (0.6; 1.2 J/cm2) on the functional activity of studied enzymes has been found. The high degree of correlation (r = 0.6) between neutrophil superoxide dismutase and neutrophil catalase activity of the irradiated blood has been discovered. The close correlation between components of the antioxidant system and processes of active oxygen metabolite generation has been revealed. The scheme of free radical mechanisms of the laser irradiation influence on the several parts of the enzyme antioxidant system has been suggested.  相似文献
