Sulfonated metallo phthalocyanines (MPcS(n)) are second generation photosensitizers advanced for photodynamic therapy of various medical applications. A series of ZnPcS(n) was demetallated and subsequently converted to the corresponding [(64)Cu]CuPcS(n) in 40-50% isolated yields and >98% radiochemical purities. Tumor-bearing mice were injected with the (64)Cu-labeled products and subjected to 3-h dynamic PET imaging studies. Biodistribution patterns showed characteristic differences between the various derivatives. Tumor uptake was detected only for the amphiphilic derivatives [(64)Cu]CuPcS(2) and [(64)Cu]CuPcS(3)C(6) (1-1.5%ID/g). The biological data suggest that PET imaging with [(64)Cu]CuPc can be used to establish structure-PDT efficacy relationships for Pc-based photosensitizers. 相似文献

In the middle of the 20th century, massive introductions of sables were performed to recover the area of this valuable fur species. In this work, genetic variation of a naturalized sable population from the Vakh River basin (Nizhnevartovskiy district, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug) was investigated. This population developed as a result of sable introduction from Cisbaikalia in 1952?1957. The naturalized sable population of the Vakh basin occupies an intermediate position between two autochthonous sable populations from the Ob River area and Cisbaikalia, as assessed by variation of five microsatellite loci. Apparently, the genetic structure of the modern sable population from the Vakh basin was formed by mixing the gene pools of the original Cisbaikalian population and the neighboring autochthonous populations from the Ob River area which recovered their numbers in a natural way. Data on genetic variation in the naturalized sable population agree with the results of previous morphological studies and can be employed for long-term monitoring of the outcome of sable introduction. 相似文献

Comparative analysis of metric and nonmetric variations of the sable skull in autochthonous and acclimatized populations was
performed. In acclimatized sables, the skull is larger than in sables of the same origin from the Baikal region; however,
they are smaller than animals of the autochthonous population. In nonmetric cranial characters, in one case, sables acclimatized
in the Ob region are similar to autochthonous animals; in the other, they are similar to sables from the Baikal region. During
40 years after introduction, the population groups of acclimatized sables acquired phenotypic differences from both autochthonous
sables dwelling in similar conditions and animals from the Baikal region of the same origin as acclimatizants. 相似文献

This paper studies the craniological variability of closely related species—the pine marten Martes martes, the American marten M. americana, and the sable M. zibellina. The study included the data on 22 nonmetric characters of skulls in 2344 individuals. The studied Martes species were revealed to have an evident species-specific manifestation of the investigated craniological characters. Sables stand apart most of all in the interspecific comparison of populations. The degree of epigenetic variability is somewhat higher in the sable than in the pine marten. The American marten significantly differs from Eurasian species in the manifestation of the nonmetric skull characters, which is noted when analyzing even a small number of samples. 相似文献

Skull dimensions of nine sable populations in Yakutia (n = 1230 ind.) were studied. Differentiation in the size structure between autochthonous left-bank (large skull) and introduced right-bank (small skull) population groups was revealed. Allochthonous groups occupy an intermediate position between the founders (Vitim, Bureya, Kamchatka) and left-bank aboriginals exhibiting morphological trends that lead to the appearance of new forms of the species. 相似文献
