Incubation of liver mitochondria at 37 degrees C causes changes in the phospholipid composition, such as the decrease in the levels of major phospholipids (e.g. phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, cardiolipin) and their lysoderivatives as well as an increase in the levels of phosphatidic and lysophosphatidic acids. Similar changes in the phospholipid composition are observed upon heat incubation of mitochondrial fragments ("ghosts", inner and outer mitochondrial membranes). Ca2+ accelerate the heat-induced changes in the phospholipid levels resulting from heat incubation, whereas EGTA, in contrast, decelerates them. The role of an endogenous system of lipolytic enzymes in the observed conversions of mitochondrial phospholipids is discussed.  相似文献

The content of free amino acid pool in symmetric regions of cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain and blood of rats which had produced the movement conditioned reflex strengthened by feeding was studied. It was established that the "untrained" rats have higher content of free amino acid pool in their blood. The brain of the experimental animals revealed the biochemical asymmetry which was marked by the differences in free amino acid pool distribution between the left and right halves of the studied regions of brain. It was shown that left sided asymmetry animals i.e. animals with heightened content of free amino acid pool in the left half of the brain dominated in the "untrained" group of rats. The supposition was expressed that this biochemical asymmetry may contribute to the ability of animals to learn.  相似文献

Using accumulating preparations of the small intestine mucose, studies have been made of the initial stages of glucose uptake from solutions of glucose, maltose and starch in rat puppies at the age of 17, 24, 31 and 38 days, which were subjected from the 10th to the 17th day of postnatal life to daily heating (up to 40-41 degrees C) or cooling (up to 6-7 degrees C) for 2 hours. It was found that in heat-adapted animals, the rate of accumulation of "free" glucose remained the same as in control animals, whereas the rate of uptake of the glucose in the form of maltose or starch was significantly decreased. Cold adaptation promoted stable stimulation of carbohydrate hydrolysis and transport functions of the intestine.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with conditions of glucoamylase binding with silanized silochrome using gossypol, dialdehyde isolated from cotton-plant. Kinetic properties of the immobilized enzyme are studied. The enzyme pH optimum does not change with immobilization and the temperature optimum is shifted from 50 degrees to 60 degrees C; a certain increase of the seeming Km is also observed. A high yield of the enzyme activity in immobilization evidences for the possibility of using gossypol as a binding agent in glucoamylase immobilization.  相似文献

A character of rat liver mitochondria degradation after the heat treatment of animals is studied. It is found that mitochondria under the effect of elevated temperature do not considerably change their functional characteristics and thus they are capable to provide the normal rate of ATP synthesis, the rate of succinate oxidation being slightly increased. At the same time the heating caused the degradation of mitochondria which results in the decrease of their thermostability, in the increased susceptibility to lytic effect of trypsin and phospholipase D, and in the activation of succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome c oxidase. The mitochondria degradation is due to the formation of "latent impairments" in the structure of mitochondria.  相似文献

Low-pressure hydrogen is an important component of the working medium in extreme ultraviolet (EUV) projection lithography. Under the action of EUV photons and fast secondary electrons on the gas medium, plasma and atomic hydrogen, actively interacting with the surface, are produced. This interaction is very important, because it largely determines the lifetime of the multilayered EUV optics. In this study, the loss of atomic hydrogen under the conditions of a low pressure (<10 Torr) RF plasma discharge on the surfaces of materials used in EUV lithography is investigated. The surface loss probabilities of H atoms on these materials are measured. It is shown that surface recombination of atomic hydrogen goes according to the Eley-Rideal mechanism via direct recombination of H atoms from the gas phase with chemically and physically adsorbed atoms. In this case, the surface recombination probability is mainly determined by the density of chemical adsorption sites. The density of adsorption sites and the desorption energy of H atoms are estimated. The desorption energy of physically adsorbed H atoms on pure metal surfaces (or surfaces exposed to plasma) is about 0.5 eV, and the density of sorption sites is close to the surface density of atoms. This results in a high loss probability of H atoms on metals (∼0.1). Therefore, to provide efficient transportation of hydrogen atoms, it is necessary to use materials with the lowest loss probability of H atoms, i.e., dielectrics.  相似文献
