Rational design and construction of bifunctional electrocatalysts with excellent activity and durability is imperative for water splitting. Herein, a novel top‐down strategy to realize a hierarchical branched Mo‐doped sulfide/phosphide heterostructure (Mo‐Ni3S2/NixPy hollow nanorods), by partially phosphating Mo‐Ni3S2/NF flower clusters, is proposed. Benefitting from the optimized electronic structure configuration, hierarchical branched hollow nanorod structure, and abundant heterogeneous interfaces, the as‐obtained multisite Mo‐Ni3S2/NixPy/NF electrode has remarkable stability and bifunctional electrocatalytic activity in the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER)/oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in 1 m KOH solutions. It possesses an extremely low overpotential of 238 mV at the current density of 50 mA cm?2 for OER. Importantly, when assembled as anode and cathode simultaneously, it merely requires an ultralow cell voltage of 1.46 V to achieve the current density of 10 mA cm?2, with excellent durability for over 72 h, outperforming most of the reported Ni‐based bifunctional materials. Density functional theory results further confirm that the doped heterostructure can synergistically optimize Gibbs free energies of H and O‐containing intermediates (OH*, O*, and OOH*) during HER and OER processes, thus accelerating the catalytic kinetics of electrochemical water splitting. This work demonstrates the importance of the rational combination of metal doping and interface engineering for advanced catalytic materials.  相似文献

Triacylglycerols (TAGs), synthesized in the microsomal membranes of eukaryotes, serve as a primary storage form of carbon and energy in microorganisms. For this reason, TAGs produced by organisms have great potential to become biofuels and facilitate researchers to look for alternative renewable sources of energy. The present study describes the identification and functional characterization of a type-2 diacylglycerol acyltransferase from Rhodosporidium diobovatum, designated as RdDGAT, which catalyzed the final step of TAG synthesis. A full-length cDNA clone for RdDGAT was obtained, and its biological activity was proven by being expressed in a Saccharomyces cerevisiae quadruple mutant that was defective in TAG synthesis. Enzymatic assays were performed and finally the existence of TAGs in the transformed Saccharomyces cerevisiae quadruple mutant was determined using the method of thin-layer chromatography. Substrate preference experiments revealed that RdDGAT preferred unsaturated fatty acids over saturated ones. Through further analysis, we assume that the evolution and expression characteristics of the RdDGAT gene perhaps is the result of adaption to its oligotrophic and cold living environment.  相似文献

Cloud storage is an important cloud computing service, it allows data users to store and access their files anytime, from anywhere and with any device. To ensure the security of the outsourced data, it also must allow data user to periodically verify integrity of the data which was outsourced to an untrusted cloud server at a relatively low cost. To solve this problem, most recent auditing protocols are mainly based on the traditional-public key infrastructure. In this infrastructure, the auditor must validate the certificates of data user before auditing data integrity. Thus, it results in a large amount of computation cost and is not suitable to the multi-user setting. To overcome this problem, in this paper, we propose two efficient ID-based public auditing protocols for the outsourced data by combing Water’s signature and public auditing for the outsourced data. And the two protocols are provably secure in the standard security model. Especially, our optimized protocol has constant communication overhead and computation cost. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first ID-based auditing for data integrity in the standard security model. By comparison with Wang et al.’s scheme and Tan et al.’s scheme, our protocols have the large advantages over the other two schemes in terms of communication cost and computation cost. Simulation results show that our proposed ID-based auditing protocols are the most efficient among three schemes in terms of computation cost.  相似文献

以佩戴具有无线电发射功能的GPS 颈圈(Lotek GPS_ 4400M) 的放归大熊猫“祥祥”作为目标动物, 2006 年4 月至2007 年2 月,采用无线电遥测技术(RT)和GPS 跟踪技术在卧龙自然保护区的“五一棚”区域, 每日监测大熊猫在野外环境下的生存状况、移动规律和觅食行为。为了比较RT 和GPS 在高山峡谷地区空间定位的可行性和有效性,我们引入空间定位率、地形特征、空间定位差、巢域大小和日移动距离等指标来分析RT 和GPS 之间的定位差异。结果表明:RT 的空间定位效率明显高于GPS 的自动定位(P < 0. 001),分别是54.1%(绘图法)和45. 2% (≧ 2D);不同月份RT 和GPS 的空间定位率之间具有显著性差异(P < 0. 05),这与大熊猫不同月份的海拔活动范围和觅食行为特性密切相关。RT 位点的地形指数中坡度高于GPS,坡向和海拔高度较GPS 定位点低,两种无线电遥测方法(两点直接计算法和绘图法)之间没有显著性差异(P > 0.05);同一天位点之间的距离(空间定位差)平均450 ~ 660 m 左右;RT 与GPS 所估测的大熊猫巢域大小,除5 月、9 月和12月RT 低于GPS 外,其余月份为前者高于后者,但无显著性差异(P > 0. 05);日移动距离除12 月份RT 小于GPS 外,其余月份都呈现出RT 大于GPS 的格局,统计检验结果两者之间差异显著(P < 0. 05);两种无线电遥测方法所测指数之间都无明显差异(P > 0. 05)。这说明RT 遥测和GPS 定位都可以应用于高山峡谷地区野生动物的生态学研究,而且GPS 无线电颈圈在亚高山和高山森林中具有可行性和有效性。  相似文献

WASH (Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (WASP) and SCAR homolog) was identified to function in endosomal sorting via Arp2/3 activation. We previously demonstrated that WASH is a new interactor of BECN1 and present in the BECN1-PIK3C3 complex with AMBRA1. The AMBRA1-DDB1-CUL4A complex is an E3 ligase for K63-linked ubiquitination of BECN1, which is required for starvation-induced autophagy. WASH suppresses autophagy by inhibition of BECN1 ubiquitination. However, how AMBRA1 is regulated during autophagy remains elusive. Here, we found that RNF2 associates with AMBRA1 to act as an E3 ligase to ubiquitinate AMBRA1 via K48 linkage. RNF2 mediates ubiquitination of AMBRA1 at lysine 45. Notably, RNF2 deficiency enhances autophagy induction. Upon autophagy induction, RNF2 potentiates AMBRA1 degradation with the help of WASH. WASH deficiency impairs the association of RNF2 with AMBRA1 to impede AMBRA1 degradation. Our findings reveal another novel layer of regulation of autophagy through WASH recruitment of RNF2 for AMBRA1 degradation leading to downregulation of autophagy.  相似文献

在回顾大熊猫生境选择研究历史的基础上,总结了大熊猫生境选择的考察因子、研究方法,概括了大熊猫对对觅食条件、隐蔽条件和气候条件的选择机制,并探讨了大熊猫生境选择的灵活性及大熊猫和与其同域分布的动物种的共存机制。作者认为,野外调查误差大、研究尺度单一等是目前大熊猫生境选择研究中存在的主要问题,应用目前较流行的已被证明比较优良的资源选择函数法、DNA指纹技术、无线电遥测、红外线自动感应照相系统、GIS与遥感成像等先进技术,并融合景观生态学理论,从较大尺度空间来研究大熊猫的生境选择,应是今后的发展方向。  相似文献

Deglutitive airway protective mechanisms include glottal closure, epiglottal descent, and anterosuperior displacement of the larynx. Aspiration of swallowed material may occur during the pre-, intra-, or postpharyngeal phase of swallowing. Our objectives were to determine the relative contribution of the airway protective mechanisms during each phase of swallow in 14 decerebrated cats before and after suprahyoid myotomy, epiglottectomy, and unilateral cordectomy. After myotomy, superior excursions of the hyoid, thyroid, and cricoid cartilages and anteroposterior diameter of maximum upper esophageal spincter (UES) opening were significantly diminished, but the incidence of pharyngeal residue significantly increased (P < 0.05). No aspiration was observed in the predeglutitive period. After myotomy, the incidence of aspiration significantly increased in both intra- and postdeglutitive periods. Epiglottectomy did not alter aspiration incidence, but unilateral cordectomy resulted in a 100% incidence of intra- and postdeglutitive aspiration. In conclusion, glottal closure constitutes the primary mechanism for prevention of intra- and postdeglutitive aspiration, but laryngeal elevation may assist this function. Bolus pulsion without laryngeal distraction can open the UES, but at risk of aspiration due to decreased pharyngeal clearance. The epiglottis provides no apparent airway protection during any phase of swallowing.  相似文献

Background

Dengue is the most prevalent arthropod-borne viral illness in humans with half of the world’s population at risk. During early infancy, severe dengue can develop after a primary dengue virus infection. There has been a clinical observation that severe dengue during the first year of life is seen only in chubby infants.

Methodology/Principal Findings

We examined the associations between the development of severe dengue and adipose tissue accumulation patterns during the first year of life in a prospective observational clinical study of infants and dengue virus infections. We found that adipose tissue contains two potential targets for dengue virus infection and production- adipocytes and adipose tissue macrophages. During the first year of life, total body adiposity and visceral adipose tissue stores were at their highest levels in early infancy. Early infancy was also characterized by a relative decrease in alternatively activated (anti-inflammatory) macrophages, and a relative increase in circulating pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Conclusions/Significance

The data has been used to propose a model where the adipose tissue accumulation pattern and pro-inflammatory environment during early infancy provide the conditions for the potential development of severe dengue in immune-susceptible infants.  相似文献
