用体外免疫法建立人—人抗流行性乙型脑炎病毒杂交瘤细胞株

利用单克隆抗体(McAb)进行病毒病的治疗是人们所关心的一个重大课题。 流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)是一种严重威胁人民健康的急性传染病,病死率高,后遗症严重。国内外目前尚无特效疗法。陈伯权等用乙脑病毒皮下或腹腔感染3周龄小白鼠24、48小时及5天后,分别用乙脑病毒51-8McAb进行治疗,平均治愈率分别为78％、73％及22％。     

Magnesium supplementation and iron status among female students: The intervention study

BackgroundLiterature data indicate the benefit of magnesium (Mg) supplementation. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of short-term Mg supplementation on iron status in healthy female participants.MethodsOne hundred healthy female students of the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Pharmacy participated the study during eleven intervention days. Students ingested Mg preparations with the same dose of the active substance. The analysis included the measurement of serum iron, unsaturated iron binding capacity (UIBC), total iron binding capacity (TIBC), total Mg (tMg), ionized Mg (iMg), complete blood count, met-, carboxyand oxy-haemoglobin (metHgb, COHgb, O2Hgb). Transferrin concentrations and percentage of transferrin saturation (SAT) were calculated manually. The association among the analyzed biochemical parameters was examined using polynomial regression. A principal component analysis (PCA) was used for the evaluation of interdependence between the analyzed parameters.ResultsA statistically significant trend for change in O2Hgb (%) by tertiles of iMg concentrations was found (P = 0.029). Serum tMg reached significant positive correlation with the SAT at concentration levels greater than 0.9 mmol/L, after 11 days of intervention (R2=0.116). Ionized Mg in a concentration higher than 0.6 mmol/L is positively correlated with SAT and serum Fe (R2=0.214; 0.199, respectively). PCA revealed variability of 64.7% for two axes after 11 days.ConclusionsMg supplementation leads to an improvement in the certain iron status parameters even in individuals with optimal levels of these indices. However, caution should be exercised when supplementing Mg, and laboratory monitoring of the interaction is required.     

脊髓高位横断诱发大鼠急性胃溃疡机制的研究

在颈七水平横断大鼠脊髓以诱发急性胃溃疡。结果表明:(1)脊髓横断动物的体温随环境温度而下降,体温的下降可能是诱发溃疡的重要原因之一;(2)注射肾上腺素可减轻溃疡和防止体温下降,且两者均呈剂-效关系;(3)切除肾上腺可使脊髓横断诱发的溃疡明显减轻,如补充注射地塞米松则可使之重新加重,但体温的下降在以上情况下均不受影响;(4)脊髓横断后胃粘膜泌酸和内分泌功能的改变可能与溃疡生成有关。

Genetic diversity and morphological variability in the Balkan endemic Campanula secundiflora s.l. (Campanulaceae)

We reconstructed the relationships among populations of Campanula secundiflora s.l. and closely related and geographically close populations of C. austroadriatica and C. versicolor. Based on analyses of microsatellite DNA data, the investigated populations have high overall genetic diversity and abundant allelic variation over seven investigated loci. Bayesian model‐based clustering identified four clearly differentiated genetic groups of populations. The genetic differentiation was reflected by morphological differentiation, allowing us to propose a new taxonomic treatment of the constituents of C. secundiflora s.l. The populations distributed in south‐western Serbia and north‐eastern Montenegro were included in C. secundiflora. A new species, C ampanula montenegrina sp. nov. , distributed in the continental part of Montenegro and the northern part of Albania is described. © 2015 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, 2016, 180 , 64–88.

EGF对大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞增殖与分化影响的研究

许多研究发现,表皮生长因子(EGF)对生殖功能有重要的调节作用。本文用体外细胞培养的方法,研究了EGF对大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞增殖与分化的影响及其作用方式。结果如下:EGF可以明显抑制颗粒细胞DNA的合成,但促进孕酮的生成,后者是因为EGF能显著提高细胞内3β-羟甾脱氨酶(3β-HSD)的活性。放射受体分析表明,颗粒细胞上存在EGF的特异性受体,其K_d为1.83±0.3×10~(-8)mol/L,B_(max)为1.75±0.29×10~4个位点/细胞。卵巢免疫组化结果未发现颗粒细胞有EGF样免疫染色,而卵泡膜、黄体及间质内等均有阳性染色。以上结果提示,EGF可能通过旁分泌机制作用于颗粒细胞的EGF受体,从而调节细胞的生长和性激素的分泌,这对于颗粒细胞的成熟及卵泡的发育有着重要意义。     

氧化胁迫环境下的酵母细胞应答调控

酿酒酵母细胞在生长过程中会不断受到内外环境的氧化攻击。活性氧族物质的累积能够损害细胞中的脂质、DNA和蛋白质,从而会影响细胞的正常功能,严重者将造成细胞死亡。为了对抗氧化胁迫,酵母细胞在不断地适应过程中,进化出了较为完整的保护机制,呈现出多水平多层次的应激应答反应。细胞在非酶水平、蛋白质水平和基因水平上协同作用,共同完成了活性氧族物质的清除和胁迫信号的传递应答。本文对酵母细胞在氧化胁迫环境下的应答调控做了简要综述。
