A novel sensor was fabricated by electrochemical deposition of ZnO flower-like/polyaniline nanofiber/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite (ZnO/PANI/RGO) on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for direct detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) in the presence of fixed concentration of ascorbic acid (AA). Surface morphology and characterization of the modified electrodes were confirmed by field emission scanning microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman and FT-IR spectroscopies. For individual detection, the linear responses were in the two concentration ranges of 0.001–1 μM and 1–1000 μM with detection limit 0.8 nM (S/N = 3) for DA, and also 0.1–100 μM and 100–1000 μM with detection limit 0.042 μM (S/N = 3) for UA. Simultaneous determination of these species in their mixture solution showed the linear responses in the two concentration ranges of 0.1–90 μM and 90–1000 μM with detection limit 0.017 μM (S/N = 3) for DA and also showed two linear range of 0.5–90 μM and 100–1000 μM with detection limit 0.12 μM (S/N = 3) for UA, with coexistence of 1000 μM AA. The applicability of sensor for the analysis of DA, and UA in dopamine injection solution, human serum and human urine samples was successfully demonstrated.  相似文献

Gastro-esophageal reflux currently is widespread disorders with dangerous complications. GLP-2 is a peptide that has trophic and anti-inflammatory effects on gastrointestinal mucosa. The aim of this study was to evaluate the protective role of GLP-2 in esophageal mucosa lesion due to perfusion acid-pepsin. Thirty-six male rats were used in this study and divided into six groups. They were control, acid-pepsin, GLP-2 20 μg, GLP-2 30 μg, GLP-2 40 μg and GLP-2 50 μg/kg groups. Esophageal blood flow, plasma NO metabolite, esophageal tissue NO metabolites and histological study of esophagus were performed as indicators of esophageal damage following acid-pepsin perfusion. Results showed that GLP-2 significantly increased plasma and tissue NO metabolites in comparison to acid-pepsin group. Also histological study showed significantly fewer lesions in the most effective dose GLP-2 30 μg in comparison to acid-pepsin group, our results show that GLP-2 could be useful for the treatment of esophageal in animal model.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method to resolve ternary mixtures of tryptophan (Trp), tyrosine (Tyr), and histidine (His) in synthetic and water samples is described. It relies on the different kinetic rates of the analytes in their oxidative reaction with potassium ferricyanide (K(3)Fe(CN)(6)) in alkaline medium. The absorbance data were monitored on the analytical wavelength (420 nm) of K(3)Fe(CN)(6) spectrum. Synthetic mixtures of the three amino acids were analyzed, and the data obtained were processed by principal component-artificial neural network (PC-ANN) models. After reducing the number of spectral data using principal component analysis, an artificial neural network consisting of three layers of nodes was trained by applying a back-propagation learning rule. Tangent and sigmoidal transfer function were used in the hidden and output layers, respectively. The analytical performance of this method was characterized by relative standard error. The method allowed the determination of Trp, Tyr, and His at concentrations between 10 and 55, 10 and 60, and 10 and 40 microg ml(-1), respectively. The results show that the PC-ANN is an efficient method for prediction of the three analytes.  相似文献

Recently, particle concentration and filtration using inertial microfluidics have drawn attention as an alternative to membrane and centrifugal technologies for industrial applications, where the target particle size varies between 1 µm and 500 µm. Inevitably, the bigger particle size (>50 µm) mandates scaling up the channel cross‐section or hydraulic diameter (DH > 0.5 mm). The Dean‐coupled inertial focusing dynamics in spiral microchannels is studied broadly; however, the impacts of secondary flow on particle migration in a scaled‐up spiral channel is not fully elucidated. The mechanism of particle focusing inside scaled‐up rectangular and trapezoidal spiral channels (i.e., 5–10× bigger than conventional microchannels) with an aim to develop a continuous and clog‐free microfiltration system for bioprocessing is studied in detail. Herein, a unique focusing based on inflection point without the aid of sheath flow is reported. This new focusing mechanism, observed in the scaled‐up channels, out‐performs the conventional focusing scenarios in the previously reported trapezoidal and rectangular channels. Finally, as a proof‐of‐concept, the utility of this device is showcased for the first time as a retention system for a cell–microcarrier (MC) suspension culture.  相似文献
