The capacity of antigenic complexes of the causative agent of zoo- and anthroponotic trichophytosis for inducing the factors, that modify the functional activity of macrophages, in mice and in spleen cell cultures has been studied. These complexes are capable of inducing the T-lymphocyte-mediated suppression and of stimulating the fungicidal activity (and oxygen-dependent metabolism) of phagocytes. The production of fungicidal activity suppressing lymphokines is linked with the presence of alkali-insoluble components of fungal cell walls and cytoplasmic antigens (the latter appear only in interactions of antigens with the lymphocytes of immunized animals) in the above-mentioned complexes. 相似文献

The effect of low-frequency magnetic field (MF) on systemic blood pressure has been studied in chronic experiments on 21 spontaneously hypertensive rats. Electron microscopy of mouse neocortex was carried out during rehabilitation following long-term protein-caloric deficiency. Food rehabilitation led to partial recovery of brain ultrastructure, however, a high neuronal level of secondary lysosoms and lipofuscin bodies was preserved, with the changes in the spine apparatus and synaptic contacts persisting in neuropile. Carnitine addition to food during rehabilitation increased the number of free ribosomes in cortical neurons. A substantial development of granular endoplasmic reticulum was observed. A greater number of spine apparatus cisterns was detected, however, like in conventional rehabilitation, the width of synaptic clefts and postsynaptic densities remained narrower than in control mice. 相似文献

The influence of interlok, biotop and remantadine on the functional activity of monocytes was determined with the use of the NBT test permitting the quantitative evaluation of this characteristic. In this study interlok was found to give promising results in the treatment of acute viral hepatitis, due both to its antiviral action and to the stimulation of the functional activity of monocytes. biotop proved to render a sharply pronounced stimulating effect on the functional activity of monocytes, thus enhancing antiviral resistance. Remantadine suppressed the functional activity of monocytes and increased their lesion by the virus, thus creating favorable conditions for virus persistence in monocytes. 相似文献

Results of the study of taurine and dipeptide Tyr-Tyr effect on the threshold values of functional lesions of the myocardium and heart defibrillation are reported. The experiments were carried out on 27 narcotized mongrel dogs weighing 12-30 kg. Defibrillation was performed using Lifepak-7 defibrillator (USA). Lesion threshold (LT), defibrillation threshold (DT) and electrotherapeutic index (ETI) as a LT:DT ratio were determined. In 14 experiments (control group) these parameters were evaluated during 3 h. In group 1 (6 experiments) taurine (100 mg/kg) was infused intravenously by the end of the 1st hour, in group 2--Tyr-Tyr (25 mg/kg). It was shown that infusion of taurine did not have a noticeable effect of the LT, DT and ETI values. Infusion of Tyr-Tyr resulted in an increase in LT and DT. The possibility to use dipeptide Tyr-Tyr in the complex of measures aimed at ceasing ventricular fibrillation is discussed. 相似文献

Tumor cells and their humoral factors exert dose-dependent membranotoxicity effect on murine splenocytes and lymphoblasts. Evolution of the 28S ribosomal RNA gene in anurans: regions of variability and their phylogenetic implications 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Fifteen restriction sites were mapped to the 28S ribosomal RNA gene of
individuals representing 54 species of frogs, two species of salamanders, a
caecilian, and a lungfish. Eight of these sites were present in all species
examined, and two were found in all but one species. Alignment of these
conserved restriction sites revealed, among anuran 28S rRNA genes, five
regions of major length variation that correspond to four of 12 previously
identified divergent domains of this gene. One of the divergent domains
(DD8) consists of two regions of length variation separated by a short
segment that is conserved at least throughout tetrapods. Most of the
insertions, deletions, and restriction-site variations identified in the
28S gene will require sequence-level analysis for a detailed reconstruction
of their history. However, an insertion in DD9 that is coextensive with
frogs in the suborder Neobatrachia, a BstEII site that is limited to
representatives of two leptodactylid subfamilies, and a deletion in DD10
that is found only in three ranoid genera are probably synapomorphies.

The work has been performed on 62 CBA mice. In the ventricular zone and in the external granular layer of the cerebellar anlage of embryos (13-17 days of the intrauterine development) mitotic index, labelled nuclei index, part of labelled mitoses have been counted. Parameters of the mitotic cycle of the matrix cells have been calculated by means of the graphic method. The proliferative pool value has been calculated. At malnutrition the cerebellar anlage structure retards in its maturation from the norm. For the matrix zones of the cerebellar anlage, higher indices of the proliferative activity are specific. At the same time, duration of the mitotic cycle of the matrix cells increases by 15-17%. It is possible, that retardation of histogenesis of the mouse cerebellar anlage, when developing under conditions of alimentary insufficiency depends on decreased rate of cell proliferation, as a result of prolonged mitotic cycle of the matrix cells. 相似文献
