A new subclass of high density lipoproteins designated as HLD2c was found in the human blood plasma of newborn by analytic ultracentrifugation in the flotation rate interval Fo1,20 8.0--12.0. HDL2c was isolated from the total HDL fraction of newborn by preparative ultracentrifugation at the density 1.071.  相似文献

Particle diameters of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL)--29.5, 36.3, 22.0; low density lipoprotein (LDL)--18.4, 19.0, 22.0; high density lipoprotein subclass 2 (HDL2)--8.5, 9.7, 15.0; and high density lipoprotein subclass 3 (HDL3)--7.2, 7.6, 14.4 nm were evaluated by means of flotation velocity (FV), optical mixing (OM), and fluorescent probe (FP) respectively. On the basis of the calculated frictional ratio f/f0 from FV and OM data for VLDL, LDL, HDL2, and HDL3--1.51, 1.07, 1.31, and 1.10, assuming the sphericity lipoprotein particles as an index for structural peculiarity a conclusion is made that in contrast to LDL and HDL3 HDL2 have asymmetrical weight distribution per particle volume. A model is suggested suitable for the structural peculiarity of VLDL established on the data of three independent methods which outlines VLDL as particles consisting of several associated subunits with the mean diameter of about 20 nm.  相似文献

It has been shown that low-density plasma lipoproteins in patients with ischemic heart disease and hypertriglyceridemia are heavier in density, smaller in size, more negatively charged and more inclined to peroxide modification and aggregation than in healthy persons. The protein in the composition of such lipoproteins deviates towards the water phase, which may result in the masking of the domen, recognized by the BE-receptor and may lead to hyperlipidemia of a retaining character.  相似文献

A procedure of theoretical determination of the dependence of protein molecule charge on the medium pH has been developed. The suggested procedure allows calculating the protein pI value, the molecule charge at the definite pH value, as well as the corresponding values for the protein molecule. Calculations for insulin, apo A-I and apo A-II molecules have been carried out. Calculated pI values are equal to 5.25, 5.64 and 4.86, respectively. A comparison of the theoretical curves and experimental data allows obtaining information of the molecule structure. Carboxyl groups with abnormally high pK values are discovered, that, probably, indicates to the direct interaction of two COOH-groups. A supposition is made on the most probable arrangement of the functional fragments in apo A-I and apo A-II molecules.  相似文献

Ovariectomy of rats resulted in biphasic increase of the blood plasma cholesterol (on days 42-54, 70), the alteration of lipoprotein spectrum. The administration to ovariectomized rats of methyl ether 6-oxy-D-homo-8-isoestrone in a dose of 0.01 mg/kg brought about lowering of serum cholesterol and normalization of lipoproteins spectrum. The above trends were not observed after introduction of 0.01 mg/kg estradiol.  相似文献

The surface plasmon polariton scattering by nanoparticle was considered in the frame of approach based on the effective susceptibility concept. The main feature of the approach is taking into account the inhomogeneity of the local field at the nanoparticle. The inhomogeneity strongly influences on the effective susceptibility of the particle formation. The approach allowed to explain the nonmonotonic behavior of scattered field intensity at the detector placed in far zone on the distance between the particle and a surface obtained experimentally in reported earlier by other authors.  相似文献

The content of lipids and lipoproteins was determined in the blood plasma of Campbell rats with inherited retina degeneration and Wistar rats used as control. It was shown that in the 30-day old Campbell rats the content of cholesterol in high density lipoproteins sufficiently exceeded that of control. When the distribution of lipoproteins particles in the density gradient was studied after ultracentrifugation, some "anomalous" particles were revealed in the 30-45 day old rats with inherited retina degeneration, which with respect to the flotation rate occupy intermediate position between the low and high density lipoproteins. The obtained data show that the development of inherited retina degeneration in rats involves a disturbance, of the lipoprotein spectrum of blood plasma.  相似文献
