Irradiation of rats with a dose of 20 Gy exerts a pronounced inhibitory action on the stimulation by phenamine of their behaviour activity. Since the ability of the preparation to increase the synthesis and release (degradation) of dopamine and norepinephrine does not change the effect of radiation it is suggested that under the action of radiation the sensitivity of catecholaminergic ceptors to the effect of the corresponding neuromediators decreases.  相似文献

Actions of medical radiation protection of liquidators of consequences of on Chernobyl atomic power station accident are analysed. It is shown, that during the early period of the accident medical protection of liquidators was provided by administration of radioprotectors, means of prophylaxis: of radioactive iodine incorporation and agent for preventing psychological and emotional stress. When carrying out decontamination and regenerative works, preparations which action is caused by increase of nonspecific resistance of an organism were applied. The lessons taken from the results of the Chernobyl accident, have allowed one to improve the system of medical protection and to introduce in practice new highly effective radioprotective agents.  相似文献

The present study demonstrates the expression of hexose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and 11 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 in human neutrophils, and the presence and activity of these enzymes in the microsomal fraction of the cells. Their concerted action together with the previously described glucose-6-phosphate transporter is responsible for cortisone-cortisol interconversion detected in human neutrophils. Furthermore, the results suggest that luminal NADPH generation by the cortisol dehydrogenase activity of 11 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 prevents neutrophil apoptosis provoked by the inhibition of the glucose-6-phosphate transporter. In conclusion, the maintenance of the luminal NADPH pool is an important antiapoptotic factor in neutrophil granulocytes.  相似文献

In experiments on rats it was shown that after 20 Gy irradiation dopamine and homovanilic acid content increases in the caudate nucleus and limbic structures of the forebrain: dopamine disappears more readily when its biosynthesis is blocked. The rate of the mediator degradation in the brain increases by 1.5-2 times, and the rate of the synthesis, by 3-5 times at early times after irradiation.  相似文献

In experiments with Macaca fascicularis exposed to high-energy electrons (45 Gy, 6.5 Gy/s) revealed were early changes in the coherent spectrum of EEG semihemispheric leads. These changes were displayed by the increased interrelation between slow-wave fluctuations and decreased coherence within the mid- and high-frequency EEG-rhythms band. The relationship was noted between the changes observed and the clinical symptoms features of early radiation response as well as the dynamics of the CNS functions of exposed animals. Postirradiation changes in the intracellular bioelectric interaction are considered as one of the manifestations of the systemic response of the brain to the harmful effect of radiation.  相似文献

In experiments with rats exposed to 200 Gy radiation it was shown that the diarrhea effect of serotonin under the effect of radiation is implemented via D- and M-type receptors, and that of histamine via H1 and H2 receptors. Serotonin and histamine, that were released under the effect of radiation from endocrine and mast cells of the digestive tract, stimulated the propulsion activity of the intestine whereas histamine, in addition, inhibited the absorption process. It is suggested that serotonin and histamine antagonists should be used as means of preventing of radiation-induced diarrhea.  相似文献

It has been shown in experiments with three species of laboratory animals that an early administration (during the first hours following irradiation) of human recombinant interleukins 1 alpha and 1 beta separately (to mice, rats) or in combination with antibiotic therapy (dogs) substantially increases survivability, favours a more rapid regeneration of the cellular content of the bone marrow and peripheral blood, intensifies the processes of endogenous colony formation and DNA synthesis in the bone marrow and liver and lowers the expressivity of radiation-induced endotoxemia. The significance of using cytokines in the system of remedial measures in radiation pathology is discussed.  相似文献

Hexose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (H6PDH) has been shown to stimulate 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11beta-HSD1)-dependent local regeneration of active glucocorticoids. Here, we show that coexpression with H6PDH results in a dramatic shift from 11beta-HSD1 oxidase to reductase activity without affecting the activity of the endoplasmic reticular enzyme 17beta-HSD2. Immunoprecipitation experiments revealed coprecipitation of H6PDH with 11beta-HSD1 but not with the related enzymes 11beta-HSD2 and 17beta-HSD2, suggesting a specific interaction between H6PDH and 11beta-HSD1. The use of the 11beta-HSD1/11beta-HSD2 chimera indicates that the N-terminal 39 residues of 11beta-HSD1 are sufficient for interaction with H6PDH. An important role of the N-terminus was indicated further by the significantly stronger interaction of 11beta-HSD1 mutant Y18-21A with H6PDH compared to wild-type 11beta-HSD1. The protein-protein interaction and the involvement of the N-terminus of 11beta-HSD1 were confirmed by Far-Western blotting. Finally, fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) measurements of HEK-293 cells expressing fluorescently labeled proteins provided evidence for an interaction between 11beta-HSD1 and H6PDH in intact cells. Thus, using three different methods, we provide strong evidence that the functional coupling between 11beta-HSD1 and H6PDH involves a direct physical interaction of the two proteins.  相似文献

In experiments with Macaca fascicularis it has been found that changes in the total bioelectric activity of the brain within the EEG range that occur during the first 60 min following whole-body irradiation with a dose of 45 Gy (6.5 Gy/s) are interrelated with the dynamics of nervous and psychic activity of the exposed animals, exhibit a definite stereotype of their development (disorganization of rhythms: generalized synchronization of biopotentials; and development of synchronous processes), and coincide in time with the main stages of the development of the clinical picture of the acute postirradiation period (noncoordinated stimulation, sopor or coma, and partial recovery).  相似文献

In experiments with monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) it has been shown that whole-body irradiation with a dose of 45 Gy (6.5 Gy/s) causes considerable changes in the EEG response to rhythmic photostimulation (PS). These changes are: reduction of the desynchronizing effect of PS with regard to a background rhythmicity; decrease in the reception rate of the rhythms of light flashes (RLF); narrowing of the RLF frequency range; and increase in the reaction momentum. The postirradiation changes in the EEG response to PS are considered as a manifestation of inhibition of the cortex functional activity and impairment of sensory information processing in the brain.  相似文献
