We present a broadband plasmonic metamaterial absorber in the infrared region based on localized surface plasmon polaritons (LSPPs). The unit cell of the proposed metamaterial absorber consists of a multi-cavity structure, in which absorption resonances can be tuned independently through the modification of the width and shift of metallic walls. In order to avoid the degeneration between two contiguous resonances, which dramatically reduces the bandwidth, we introduce a zigzag design rule to arrange the cavities within a compact unit. Thus, the possible number of resonances is greatly increased, enabling an ultrabroadband absorption. A broadband absorber is demonstrated with only a few-layer structure and it also has an incident-angle-insensitive feature. Our results have potential applications in photovoltaic devices, emitters, sensors, and camouflage systems.  相似文献

在植物响应紫外线B(ultraviolet-B,UV-B)的过程中,UV-B光受体UVR8(UV Resistance Locus 8)对植物的光形态建成和生长代谢等过程具有重要调控作用。为探究罗布麻属植物UV-B光受体信息,该研究通过罗布麻(Apocynum venetum)和大麻状罗布麻(A. cannabinum)全基因组数据进行UV-B光受体UVR8的筛选与生物信息学分析,同时利用转录组数据分析UV-B胁迫处理下的UVR8基因表达模式。结果表明:(1)罗布麻有6个UVR8基因,大麻状罗布麻有5个UVR8基因,前者分布在1、7、9和11号染色体上,后者分布在1、8和9号染色体上。(2)UVR8蛋白为亲水性稳定蛋白,定位在细胞核,不存在跨膜结构和信号肽,二级结构主要由延伸链、无规则卷曲、α-螺旋和β-转角构成。AvUVR8b和AcUVR8a蛋白三级结构与拟南芥UVR8(AtUVR8)最为类似,并且与小粒咖啡(CaUVR8)和伊德斯种咖啡(CeUVR8)的亲缘关系最近。同时发现罗布麻AvUVR8b和大麻状罗布麻AcUVR8a基因和蛋白结构与AtUVR8基因及蛋白高度相似。(3)当以一定剂量UV-B(17.52 kJ·m-2·d-1)处理两种罗布麻植株时,AvUVR8bAcUVR8a的表达量上调。据此推测在响应UV-B时,AvUVR8b基因在罗布麻中起主要作用,AcUVR8a基因在大麻状罗布麻中起主要作用。(4)顺式作用元件分析结果表明,UVR8的表达受光照、温度、水分、氧气和激素等因素的调控。该研究将为进一步研究罗布麻属UVR8的基因功能奠定基础,同时为解析罗布麻属植物适应UV-B的分子机制提供线索。  相似文献

Using a new class of dipeptide antibiotic TAN-1057A/B as lead, we designed, synthesized and evaluated analogs of TAN-1057A/B. (S)-Tetrahydroberberine [(S)-THB] oxidase is the last enzyme of benzylisoquinoline alkaloids pathway which catalyzes the dehydrogenation of four hydrogen atoms of (S)-THB to produce berberine, the final step of berberine biosynthesis. A (S)-THB gene, designated as Cs(S)-THBO (Genbank accession No. HQ393909), was cloned from a Corydalis saxicola cDNA library by rapid amplification of cDNA ends. The full-length of cDNA of Cs(S)-THBO was 1127 bp with an open reading frame of 699 bp that predicted to encode a 232-amino acid polypeptide, with a predicted molecular mass of 25.20 kDa. Cs(S)-THBO was the first (S)-THBO gene found in C. saxicola. Real-time quantitative PCR analysis indicated that Cs(S)-THBO was constitutively expressed in roots, stems, leaves and flowers of C. saxicola, and with the highest expression level in roots. The results of treatment experiment for plant defense responses revealed that expression of Cs(S)-THBO had a prominent diversity. Recombinant Cs(S)-THBO protein expressed in Escherichia coli strain BL21 (DE3) was active. The results of feeding experiment and HPLC–DAD–ESI–MSn analysis showed that Cs(S)-THBO had the function of catalyzing (S)-tetrahydroberberine to berberine.  相似文献

Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase-interacting multifunctional protein-3 (AIMP3) is a tumour suppressor, however, the roles of AIMP3 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are not explored yet. Here, we reported that AIMP3 significantly inhibited the cell growth and metastasis of NSCLC (lung adenocarcinoma) in vitro and in vivo. We have firstly identified that AIMP3 was down-regulated in human NSCLC tissues compared with adjacent normal lung tissues using immunohistochemistry and western blot assays. Overexpression of AIMP3 markedly suppressed the proliferation and migration of cancer cells in a p53-dependent manner. Furthermore, we observed that AIMP3 significantly suppressed tumour growth and metastasis of A549 cells in xenograft nude mice. Mechanically, we identified that AIMP3 was a direct target of miR-96-5p, and we also observed that there was a negative correlation between AIMP3 and miR-96-5p expression in paired NSCLC clinic samples. Ectopic miR-96-5p expression promoted the proliferation and migration of cancer cells in vitro and tumour growth and metastasis in vivo which partially depended on AIMP3. Taken together, our results demonstrated that the axis of miR-96-5p-AIMP3-p53 played an important role in lung adenocarcinoma, which may provide a new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.  相似文献
