The level of matrix activity of extranucleolar and nucleolar chromatin in hepatocytes of white noninbred rats has been studied in dynamics after disturbance of the vagal innervation. In order to estimate the labelling intensity of nuclear structures, the histoautoradiographic method is used. After bilateral subdiaphragmal vagotomy at early stages (1-2 weeks) the level of the nucleoplasm and nucleolus increases essentially, and by the 30th day a tendency to its normalization is noted. A conclusion is made that the peripheral nervous system influences the intensity of metabolic processes in the nucleus.  相似文献

In experiments on irradiated (10 Gy) mice a study was made of the morphological changes in the small intestine mucosa and in its functional status estimated by absorption of stain uranine. It was shown that the preventive administration of cystamine and S-(omega)-aminopropyl-beta-aminoethylthiophosphoric acid to the exposed mice increased the proliferation processes in the crypt and the cell movement per villus providing a favourable effect of the radioprotective agents on the absorption function.  相似文献

The activity of the third International Standard of streptomycin was determined to be equal to 755 IU/mg with the use of accurately weighed amounts of streptomycin and 78037 IU with the use of streptomycin ampoules. The Standardization Center of the WHO decided to use the whole content of the ampoule of the Third International Standard of streptomycin, the activity of which is determined to be equal to 78500 IU per an ampoule.  相似文献

Dry erythrocytic diagnostic agents were obtained under experimental conditions for determination of antiglobulins forming in the organism of man and animals under the effect of serum preparations from the blood of horses and homologoum immunoglobulins. A study was made of the sera of 100 patients with tick-borne encephalitis treated with heterologous and homologous immunoglobulins of directed action; in response to the administration of horse gamma-globulin antiglobulins (in titres below 1 : 10000) appeared in the serum; they circulated in the blood for long periods and inhibited the accumulation of hormonal antibodies to the causative agent; in the majority of cases a high level of antiglobulins to the foreign protein correlated with the presence of remote side-reactions of the serum sickness type. In patients treated with immunoglobulin of human origin antiglobulins were determined in low titres, disappeared from the blood in 15--20 days and did not hinder the accumulation of antihemmagglutinins to the tick-borne encephalitis virus.  相似文献

The study of mitotic activity of mesenteric microvascular endothelium cells (EC) in 4-, 12-, and 30-day old rats has been carried out using following parameters: number of labeled nuclei per vessel, or per 100 microm of vascular length, or per 1 mm2 of endothelial surface area, as well as shares of labeled EC and of vessels with labeled EC, have been estimated. The highest density of labeled nuclei was revealed in the pericapillary vessels in all rats. Its values were significantly higher in 12-day-old rats and were the lowest in 30-day-old ones.  相似文献

Cyclic changes of the midgut epithelium were observed in females of 5 ticks species of the genus Ixodes during 7-10 days of feeding. The midgut epithelium of unfed females is represented by the digestive cells of nymphal phase and stem cells. The digestive cells of nymphal phase are functional during 1.5-2 days after attachment of the tick, and then, after the tearing away they go into the gut lumen. The secretory cells substitute the digestive cells of nymphal phase and finish their growth during the 4-4.5 days. Secretion of digestive enzymes is performed by the holocrine type with tearing away a whole cell. Intracellular digestion takes place in the digestive cells of four consequent generations. The secretory and digestive cells form a peritrophic matrix on their surface. The presence of peritrophic matrix gives an evidence the maturity and functional activity of the secretory and digestive cells. We suggest, that the peritrophic matrix takes part in intracellular digestion, namely in the process of micropinocytosis. The phagocytosis was not found in the ticks investigated. Digestion in the midgut lumen is performed by enzymes of the ruptured secretory and digestive cells, that is proved by the haemolysis of erythrocytes in the zone of their contact with these cells. The digestive cells of each generation functioned almost synchronously, with largest difference in starting about 12 hours.  相似文献
