报道了鲎试剂在抗淋巴细胞免疫球蛋白内毒素检查中的应用。在用鲎试剂检测细菌内毒素时 ,按中国药典的要求对鲎试剂灵敏度进行标定 ,并作干扰实验 (增强或抑制实验 ) ,然后用鲎试法与家兔法同时测定 15批抗淋巴细胞免疫球蛋白。结果发现三批鲎试剂的灵敏度标示值均正确 ,五批抗淋巴细胞免疫球蛋白半成品在最大有效稀释度 (MVD)时对试验无干扰 ,这两种方法测定结果的符合率达到 91.7%。从而表明鲎试法很有可能代替家兔法  相似文献

The effect of transplantation of embryonic neural tissue (ENT) on the dynamics of brain edema following heavy craniocerebral trauma (CCT) made to the left parietotemporal area was studied in rats. The brain tissue impedance was measured in the damaged and contralateral hemispheres 1 to 30 days after the trauma in the animals of three groups: (i) without any procedures after the CCT, (ii) with surgical treatment of the damaged brain area, and (iii) with transplantation of 1–2 mm3 sensorimotor cortex fragments from 18-day-old rats grafted into the cavity created by this treatment. At the first day after CCT, the impedance in the damaged hemisphere decreased by 30–37%, while the impedance in the contralateral hemisphere decreased approximately by 20%, compared with the control, which was evidence of the development of intensive generalized edema. In the group of animals with the ENT transplantation, the edema involuted noticeably faster than in the other two groups: the mean impedance value reached 97.9% of the control value (before the damage) already by the 7th post-traumatic day. Complete recovery of the impedance by the 30th day was observed only in the animals with transplantation. The adequacy of an impedancemetric technique for investigation of the dynamics of water-electrolyte re-distribution in the brain tissue, and the mechanisms underlying corrective effect of ENT transplantation on the edema dynamics in the post-traumatic period are discussed.  相似文献

It has been demonstrated in experiments on mice (CBA X C57BL) X F1, thymectomized and irradiated by 800 R, with the haemopoietic system restored by bone marrow (B-mice) that in these animals, as compared with the controls, the changes in cellular immunity (inhibition of natural killer cells and stimulation of individual functions of the phagocytizing cells) are accompanied by considerable inhibition of osteogenesis. Compensatory regeneration of broken thigh-bone in B-mice is delayed by 5--10 days in various elements of the regenerated tissue in comparison with normal mice. Anatomical formation of the provisional callus in B-mice is not completed on day 21 and approaches a 14-day regenerate of the controls. The obtained results suggest the participation of T-system immunity in the reparatory regeneration of bone tissue.  相似文献

Summary With the help of devised multicycle consecutive transformation (MCT) it is shown that Ca2+-dependent competence can be repeatedly induced in the same population of Escherichia coli cells. The same fraction of cells is induced to competence and transformed during MCT. In contrast to the results on classical transformation with mixed DNA preparations, no double transformants are observed in MCT. The competent cells and transformants are found to be more fragile than nontransformed cells. The latter are represented presumably by the cells that have not absorbed exogenous plasmid DNA. The results suggest that there is strong interference between plasmid DNAs during MCT, and that the presence of exogenous DNA makes the cells more sensitive to the apparently harmful procedure of repeated competence induction.  相似文献

The paper presents results of the investigation of phenolic compounds of the bark of the Siberian larch (Larix sibirica Ledeb.) and the Dahurian larch (Larix gmelini (Rupr.) Rupr). The flavonoids, stilbenes, phenolic acids have been identified on the basis of chemical, chromatographic and spectral data. Quercetin-3-O-??-L-rhamnopyranoside has been found for the first time in the bark of the Larix genus. Phenolic compounds with pyrocatechol type of substitution of aromatic ring have been found to dominate in the phloem of the larch species considered.  相似文献

本研究分析了人乳头瘤病毒-6型L1外壳蛋白之B-细胞优势表位,并拟以此为基础制作表位多肽疫苗。研究中采用Goldkey和PC/Gene软件系统综合分析HPV6之L1蛋白B-细胞优势表位后,Fmoc固相合成表位多肽,通过HPLC纯化和毛细管电泳分析其纯度。与佐剂完全乳化后,免疫小鼠,进行动物水平的免疫效果评价。取免疫小鼠血清,与HPV-6 DNA阳性的尖锐湿疣患者疣体组织上清液结合,以鉴定免疫小鼠所产生抗体的特异性。发现L1蛋白第425-439位和第486-500位具有较高的免疫原性,可明显诱导小鼠血清抗体滴度升高,且该抗体与人尖锐湿疣疣体组织上清液呈阳性反应。说明所选这两个肽段为HPV6之L1蛋白的B-细胞优势表位,但诱导产生的抗体是否具有功能特异性,正在做进一步研究。  相似文献

A new type of magnetic confinement system—a Galathea with a myxine in the shape of a convex polyhedron—is proposed. The system was modeled experimentally by passing an RF current through the myxine. On the one hand, the myxine acts as an inductor whose electric field ionizes the gas and, on the other, it acts as an RF magnetic confinement system. A steady-state plasma produced and confined in this system is almost spherical in shape. The electron density and specific (per unit volume) glow intensity of the plasma produced are found to be higher than those in conventional helical inductors.  相似文献
