联合GF-6和Sentinel-2红边波段的森林地上生物量反演   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
光谱反射率能反映地物差异,是森林地上生物量(Aboveground Biomass,AGB)遥感反演的理论基础。红边波段处于近红外与红光波段交界处快速变化的区域,能对植被冠层结构和叶绿素含量的微小变化做出快速反应,对植被生长状况较敏感。研究以GF-6和Sentinel-2多光谱影像作为数据源,结合野外调查AGB数据,构建落叶松和樟子松AGB线性和非线性估测模型,通过比较模型精度选择最优模型进行森林AGB反演和空间分布制图。结果表明:GF-6和Sentinel-2影像红边波段反射率与落叶松、樟子松AGB均呈显著相关(P<0.05),红边波段对AGB估测较敏感。多变量估测模型整体估测效果优于单变量模型,所有模型中多元线性回归模型取得了最优的决定系数(落叶松R2=0.66,樟子松R2=0.65)和最低的均方根误差(落叶松RMSE=31.45 t/hm2,樟子松RMSE=54.77 t/hm2)。相比单个数据源,联合GF-6和Sentinel-2影像构建的多元线性回归模型估测效果得到了显著提升,模型RMSE对于落叶松和樟子松AGB估测分别最大降低了22.9%和11.2%。增加红边波段进行AGB估测能显著提高模型估测精度,三组数据源分别加入红边波段信息后进行建模,模型RMSE得到了显著降低。GF-6拥有800 km观测幅宽和高效的重访周期,可以快速地提供大尺度时间序列数据,在森林地上生物量反演和动态监测方面有着很大潜力。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the effects of water regime/soil condition (continuous flooding, saturated, and aerobic), cultivar (‘Cocodrie’ and ‘Rondo’), and soil texture (clay and sandy loam) on rice grain yield, yield components and water productivity using a greenhouse trial. Rice grain yield was significantly affected by soil texture and the interaction between water regime and cultivar. Significantly higher yield was obtained in continuous flooding than in aerobic and saturated soil conditions but the latter treatments were comparable to each other. For Rondo, its grain yield has decreased with soil water regimes in the order of continuous flooding, saturated and aerobic treatments. The rice grain yield in clay soil was 46% higher than in sandy loam soil averaged across cultivar and water regime. Compared to aerobic condition, saturated and continuous flooding treatments had greater panicle numbers. In addition, panicle number in clay soil was 25% higher than in sandy loam soil. The spikelet number of Cocodrie was 29% greater than that of Rondo, indicating that rice cultivar had greater effect on spikelet number than soil type and water management. Water productivity was significantly affected by the interaction of water regime and cultivar. Compared to sandy loam soil, clay soil was 25% higher in water productivity. Our results indicated that cultivar selection and soil texture are important factors in deciding what water management option to practice.  相似文献

Lipid disorders and increased oxidative stress may exacerbate some complications of diabetes mellitus. Previous studies have implicated the beneficial effects of some antioxidants, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the protection of cells from the destructive effect of increased lipids and lipid peroxidation products. This study, therefore, was designed to investigate the effects of cod liver oil (CLO, Lysi Ltd. Island), which comprises mainly vitamin A, PUFAs, EPA and DHA. Effects were monitored on plasma lipids, lipid peroxidation products (MDA) and the activities of antioxidant enzymes, glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) and catalase in heart, liver, kidney and lung of non-diabetic control and streptozotocin (STZ)-induced-diabetic rats. Two days after STZ-injection (55 mg kg(-1) i.p.), non-diabetic control and diabetic rats were divided randomly into two groups as untreated or treated with CLO (0.5 ml kg(-1) rat per day) for 12 weeks. Plasma glucose, triacylglycerol and cholesterol concentrations were significantly elevated in 12-week untreated-diabetic animals; CLO treatment almost completely prevented these abnormalities in triacylglycerol and cholesterol, but hyperglycaemia was partially controlled. CLO also provided better weight gain in diabetic animals. In untreated diabetic rats, MDA markedly increased in aorta, heart and liver but was not significantly changed in kidney and lung. This was accompanied by a significant increase in both GSHPx and catalase enzyme activities in aorta, heart, and liver of diabetic rats. In kidney and lung, diabetes resulted in reduced catalase while GSHPx was significantly activated. In aorta, heart, and liver, diabetes-induced changes in MDA were entirely prevented by CLO treatment. In the tissues of CLO-treated diabetic animals, GSHPx activity paralleled those of control animals. CLO treatment also caused significant improvements in catalase activities in every tissue of diabetic rats, but failed to affect MDA and antioxidant activity in control animals. The current study suggests that the treatment of diabetic rats with CLO provides better control of glucose and lipid metabolism, allows recovery of normal growth rate, prevents oxidative/peroxidative stress and ameliorates endogenous antioxidant enzyme activities in various tissues. Because CLO contains a plethora of beneficial compounds together, its use for the management of diabetes-induced complications may provide important advantages.  相似文献

Developing sustainable management practices including appropriate residue removal and nitrogen (N) fertilization for bioenergy sorghum is critical. However, the effects of residue removal and N fertilization associated with bioenergy sorghum production on soil organic carbon (SOC) are less studied compared to other crops. The objective of our research was to assess the impacts of residue removal and N fertilization on biomass yield and SOC under biomass sorghum production. Field measurements were used to calibrate the DNDC model, then verified the model by comparing simulated results with measured results using the field management practices as agronomic inputs. Both residue removal and N fertilization affected bioenergy sorghum yields in some years. The average measured SOC at 0–50 cm across the treatments and the time-frame ranged from 47.5 to 78.7 Mg C ha−1, while the simulated SOC was from 56.3 to 67.3 Mg C ha−1. The high correlation coefficients (0.65 to 0.99) and low root mean square error (3 to 18) between measured and simulated values indicate the DNDC model accurately simulated the effects of residue removal with N fertilization on bioenergy sorghum production and SOC. The model predictions revealed that there is, in the long term, a trend for higher SOC under bioenergy sorghum production regardless of residue management.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the biochemical effects of niacin and chromium(III)-chloride on serum lipid peroxidation, uric and sialic acids, and the extent of lipid peroxidation and glutathione levels in skin and lung tissues of hyperlipidemic rats. In this study, female Swiss albino rats, 12 mo old, were used. They were randomly divided into four groups. Group I animals were fed with a standard pellet diet and water ad libitium. Group II rats were fed with a standard pellet diet and were treated with a dose of 250 μg/kg body weight CrCI3·6H2O and 100 mg/kg body weight niacin, for 45 d, by the gavage technique. Group III rats were fed a lipogenic diet in which 2% cholesterol, 0.5% cholic acid, and 20% sunflower oil were added to the pellet chow. In addition, the animals in this group drank water containing 3% ethanol. This regime was maintained for 60 d. The rats in group IV were maintained in the same food and drink regime as the animals in group III. After 2 wk, the animals showed symptoms of hyperlipemia and they were treated with 250 μg/kg body weight CrCI3·6H2O and 100 mg/kg body weight niacin, by gavage, for 45 d. On d 60, the blood and the skin and lungs samples were taken from animals. In the hyperlipemic groups, a reduction of the lung glutathione level and an increase in serum, lung, and skin lipid peroxidation levels and in serum sialic and uric acid were observed. In rats treated with a combination of niacin and Cr(III), the skin and serum lipid peroxidation and the sialic and uric acid levels decreased while showing an increase of lung glutathione activity. These results suggest that niacin and Cr(III), when administered in combination, have a protective effect against skin and lung tissues damage as a result of hyperlipidemia.  相似文献

通过PCR等基因重组技术,以pKT-215(起源于RSF1010)为载体,构建了带有PR序列(含rhaSR操纵子表达调控元件、rhaR基因、报告基因gst的嵌合操纵子)和PT序列(含rhaSR操纵子表达调控元件及rhaT基因)的二种穿梭表达载体pKT~PTR、pKT—PR。其中,在RhaR基因上游设计和插入了增强的SD序列。首先将pKT—PTR、pKT—PR分别转化入大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中,在不同培养基条件下,即舍鼠李糖与不含鼠李糖的培养基中进行表达,紫外分光光度计测定GST蛋白(谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶)的活性。结果表明,含嵌合操纵子的穿梭表达载体能在L-鼠李糖的诱导下表达,gst基因的表达量诱导备件下比非诱导条件下高3倍左右,且表达载体上的thaT基因并不能提高gst的表达;其次,利用三亲结合的方法将2种表迭质粒转入鱼腥藻Annbaena sp.PCC 7120中,抗生素筛选后得到能稳定遗传的转基因藻,并以转基因藻的质粒DNA为模板进行PCR检测。最后,转基因藻GST酶活力分析结果表明,嵌合操纵子PR在蓝藻细胞中的诱导表达效率极低,表达条件还需进一步优化。尝试将诱导型的操纵子转入蓝藻,具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献
