耕作措施对土壤水热特性和微生物生物量碳的影响   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10

通过山西寿阳设置的8a田间定位试验,比较了全量秸秆还田、免耕覆盖和常规耕作3种耕作措施下土壤含水量、温度及土壤微生物生物量碳变化.结果表明:免耕覆盖与全量还田处理显著提高土壤含水量,与常规耕作相比表层土壤体积含水量在玉米苗期、拔节期、灌浆期和成熟期分别高出18%、22%、29%、21%和3%、10%、12%、13%,具有保水保墒的作用.在苗期不同耕作措施对土壤温度的影响达到显著水平,5 cm处免耕覆盖、全量还田与常规耕作处理土壤温度依次为:18.12、18.76和19.44℃,免耕覆盖和全量还田处理平均温度比常规耕作分别低1.32℃和0.69℃.土壤微生物量碳在整个生育期动态变化是首先迅速上升在玉米生育高峰期(拔节期)达到最高峰,然后开始下降,成熟期趋于平缓.免耕覆盖与全量还田处理下玉米各生育期土壤表层微生物量碳显著高于常规耕作,在苗期、拔节期、灌浆期和成熟期分别比常规耕作高出70%、40%、85%和30%和10%、20%、15%和15%.土壤微生物量碳与土壤温度和土壤含水量相关和极相关.  相似文献

Large-scale surveys of genome size evolution in angiosperms show that the ancestral genome was most likely small, with a tendency towards an increase in DNA content during evolution. Due to polyploidisation and self-replicating DNA elements, angiosperm genomes were considered to have a 'one-way ticket to obesity' (Bennetzen & Kellogg 1997). New findings on how organisms can lose DNA challenged the hypotheses of unidirectional evolution of genome size. The present study is based on the classical work of Babcock (1947a) on karyotype evolution within Crepis and analyses karyotypic diversification within the genus in a phylogenetic context. Genome size of 21 Crepis species was estimated using flow cytometry. Additional data of 17 further species were taken from the literature. Within 30 diploid Crepis species there is a striking trend towards genome contraction. The direction of genome size evolution was analysed by reconstructing ancestral character states on a molecular phylogeny based on ITS sequence data. DNA content is correlated to distributional aspects as well as life form. Genome size is significantly higher in perennials than in annuals. Within sampled species, very small genomes are only present in Mediterranean or European species, whereas their Central and East Asian relatives have larger 1C values.  相似文献

地膜是农业生产中重要的生产资料之一,过去30多年,地膜用量和农作物覆膜面积一直稳定增长,2014年地膜用量达到了144万t,覆膜面积超过1 800万hm~2,该技术对保障我国农产品安全供给作出了重大贡献。与此同时,地膜残留污染问题越来越严重,一些农田的地膜残留量超过250 kg/hm~2,在我国西北的局部区域,地膜残留已经对农田土壤、作物生长发育、农事作业等造成严重影响和危害。生物降解地膜成为替代普通PE地膜、解决地膜残留污染的一种有效措施和手段,目前生物降解地膜正处于产品研发和评价试验的关键阶段,部分生物降解地膜产品在马铃薯、花生、烟草生产上显示出良好的效果,但总体上还面临巨大挑战,主要包括需要进一步提高地膜产品质量,提高地膜产品破裂和降解可控性,改善地膜的增温保墒能力,实现满足农作物对地膜覆盖功能的要求;此外,需要降低生物降解地膜综合成本,促进生物降解地膜规模化应用。总体上,随着技术进步和农业生产环境的变化,生物降解地膜应用将具有良好的前景。  相似文献

The dynamics of cytoplasmic microtubules (MTs) is largely controlled by a protein complex at the MT plus end. In Schizosaccharomyces pombe and in filamentous fungi, MT plus end-associated proteins also determine growth directionality. We have characterized the Dis1/XMAP215 family protein AlpA from Aspergillus nidulans and show that it determines MT dynamics as well as hyphal morphology. Green fluorescent protein-tagged AlpA localized to MT-organizing centers (centrosomes) and to MT plus ends. The latter accumulation occurred independently of conventional kinesin or the Kip2-familiy kinesin KipA. alpA deletion strains were viable and only slightly temperature sensitive. Mitosis, nuclear migration, and nuclear positioning were not affected, but hyphae grew in curves rather than straight, which appeared to be an effect of reduced MT growth and dynamics.  相似文献

Cak1p, the Cyclin-dependent kinase-activating kinase from budding yeast, is an unusual protein kinase that lacks many of the highly conserved motifs observed among members of the protein kinase superfamily. Cak1p phosphorylates and activates Cdc28p, the major cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) in yeast, and is thereby required for passage through the yeast cell cycle. In this paper, we explore the kinetics of CDK phosphorylation by Cak1p, and we examine the role of the catalytic step in the reaction mechanism. Cak1p proceeds by a sequential reaction mechanism, binding to both ATP and CDK2 with reasonable affinities, exhibiting K(d) values of 7.2 and 0.6 microm, respectively. Interestingly, these values are approximately the same as the K(M) values, indicating that the binding of substrates is fast with respect to catalysis and that the most likely reaction mechanism is rapid equilibrium random. Cak1p is a slow enzyme, with a catalytic rate of only 4.3 min(-)(1). The absence of a burst phase indicates that product release is not rate-limiting. This result, and a solvent isotope effect, suggests that a catalytic step is rate-limiting.  相似文献

We here analyzed the prevalence of extra-thyroidal malignancies (EM) in 6,386 female patients affected by different thyroid disease (TD). At first, an age-matched analysis of EM in all patients was performed. We then evaluated EM prevalence in four TD diagnostic categories: non-nodular TD (n = 2,159); solitary nodule (n = 905); multinodular TD (n = 2,871); differentiated thyroid cancers (n = 451). Finally, patients were grouped based on the absence (n = 3,820) or presence of anti-thyroglobulin (TgAb) and/or anti-thyroperoxidase (TPOAb) (n = 2,369), or anti-Thyroid Stmulating Hormone (TSH) receptor autoantibodies (n = 197). A total of 673 EM were recorded. EM prevalence in TD patients was higher compared to the general population (Odds Ratio, OR 3.21) and the most frequent EM was breast cancer (OR 3.94), followed by colorectal (OR 2.18), melanoma (OR 6.71), hematological (OR 8.57), uterus (OR 2.52), kidney (OR 3.40) and ovary (OR 2.62) neoplasms. Age-matched analysis demonstrated that the risk of EM was maximal at age 0–44 yr (OR 11.28), remaining lower, but significantly higher that in the general population, in the 45–59 and 60–74 year age range. Breast and hematological malignancies showed an increased OR in all TD, while other cancers associated with specific TD. An increased OR for melanoma, breast and hematological malignancies was observed in both TPOAb and/or TgAb autoantibody negative and positive patients, while colorectal, uterus, kidney and ovary cancers showed an increased OR only in thyroid autoantibody negative patients. In conclusions, women affected by both benign and malignant TD, especially at a younger age and in absence of thyroid autoimmunity, have an increased risk of developing primary EM, thus requiring a careful follow-up and surveillance.  相似文献
