Studies of displacement by agonist and antagonist drugs of 3H-spiroperidol binding in brain regions of and rhesus monkeys revealed one type of receptor in caudate nucleus and a second type of receptor in both frontal and anterior limbic cortex. Compared with caudate, the cortical regions were more sensitive to clozapine and loxapine, equally sensitive to fluphenazine and relatively less sensitive to haloperidol. Also, the cortical regions were insensitive to molindone. Parallel studies using the dopamine-stimulated adenylate cyclase have demonstrated three types of receptors, one in caudate, a second in frontal cortex, and a third in anterior limbic cortex. In each region studied, relative sensitivities to drug using these two methods differed, suggesting that in each of these regions only a relatively small portion of 3H-spiroperidol receptors are coupled to adenylate cyclase. 相似文献

The effect of a change in the optical properties of human adipose tissue cells in vitro after photodynamic action was studied
experimentally. The study of kinetics of this process was carried out based on the digital microscopy of thin layers of tissue.
The statistical computer processing of the obtained microimages has allowed one to quantitatively estimate the kinetics of
the photodynamic after effects on the biotissue. The optical interpretation of images indicates that the observed phenomenon

Optical emission spectra from the microwave discharge plasma that is used to activate gas-phase deposition of carbon films are systematically investigated under various deposition conditions. The line emission intensities from CH and C2 radicals, which are responsible for the growth of the diamond and graphite phases, respectively, are studied as functions of the main macroparameters of the process. To find the relation between the features of the emission spectra and the composition of the films obtained, the films were examined using Raman spectroscopy and electron microscopy. It is shown that monitoring the relative intensities of the spectral lines can be used to obtain the desired type of film, in which case the state of the substrate surface and the presence of a catalyst on it also play an important role. Experiments on the deposition of carbon films in the pulsed regime of plasma excitation show the possibility of changing the phase composition of the film by varying both the pulse repetition rate and the off-duty factor. At the same average microwave power, the rate of film deposition in the pulsed regime of plasma excitation is lower than that in a continuous discharge; however, the growth rate of the graphite phase decreases insignificantly. 相似文献

A lack of respiratory centrogenic drive of undetermined origin is a rare cause of cyanosis. In this condition, voluntary hyperventilation restores arterial oxygen saturation to normal. Secondary changes consist of polycythemia, somnolence, headache and right heart failure. The present report of a 43-year-old thin man with idiopathic alveolar hypoventilation is combined with a review of 12 similar patients reported by others. His resting oxygen saturation increased from 60% to 98% with hyperventilation. The pulmonary artery pressure was 68/26 mm. Hg and cardiac output 12.3 l./min. Death resulted from pulmonary infarction, and no specific abnormalities were found in the brain. 相似文献
