不同耕作措施对冬小麦-夏玉米复种连作系统土壤有机碳和水分利用效率的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
在连续8年田间定位试验的基础上,分析了关中平原冬小麦 夏玉米复种连作系统2008—2009年连续两个生长季期间不同耕作措施(结合秸秆还田和不还田)对土壤有机碳和水分利用率的影响.结果表明: 相对于传统耕作,保护性耕作有利于土壤有机碳、水分利用效率和作物产量的提高,其中在“深松+秸秆还田”耕作模式下的增幅最高,土壤有机碳含量在0~30 cm土层增幅达到19.5%,水分利用效率和作物产量提高了16.9%和20.5%,而免耕模式则有效提高了0~10 cm土层有机碳含量.在该地区土壤和气候条件下,深松结合秸秆粉碎还田是最理想的耕作模式,最有利于土壤有机碳累积,并提高水分利用效率和作物产量. 相似文献

Summary The test of the tadpole larva ofCiona intestinalis consists of an amorphous background substance in which are long 4–7 nm fibrils. There is a narrow outer dense region of the test where both the background material and the test fibrils are more concentrated and orientated. Fibrils of similar dimensions are found in the epithelial cells below the test, and also in cells associated with the outside surface of the test. No such fibrils are found in the cells located within the test substance. There are some regions where the external cell membrane of the epithelial cells is indistinct and in these regions the fibrils of the test are continuous with the fibrils within the epithelial cells. No large or small vesicles opening from the epithelial cells into the test have been seen.This evidence has been interpreted as support for the tunicization theory of test formation. It is suggested that the cells within the test are the source of the polyphenols that are necessary for quinone tanning that gives rigidity to the test.The fibril-containing cells outside the test probably add fibres to the cuticular region of the test.I wish to thank ProfessorJ. Summary The surface of the Rhabdopleura zooid is ciliated. The cilia of the cephalic shield and tentacles have paddle-like swellings of the shaft. These swellings are usually about 0.6–1 m in diameter and most frequently found in the distal 1–2 m of the ciliary shaft. Others are found in other positions along the length of the cilium and it is suggested that at least some of these swellings represent material transport within the cilium.Paddle shaped cilia are probably more efficient than normal cilia in moving water and food particles. Background
This paper introduces the notion of optimizing different norms in the dual problem of support vector machines with multiple kernels. The selection of norms yields different extensions of multiple kernel learning (MKL) such as L ∞, L 1, and L 2 MKL. In particular, L 2 MKL is a novel method that leads to non-sparse optimal kernel coefficients, which is different from the sparse kernel coefficients optimized by the existing L ∞ MKL method. The Indian black berry (Syzygium cumini Skeels) has a great nutraceutical and medicinal properties. As in other fruit crops, the
fruit characteristics are important attributes for differentiation were also determined for different accessions of S. cumini. The fruit
weight, length, breadth, length: breadth ratio, pulp weight, pulp content, seed weight and pulp: seed ratio significantly varied in
different accessions. Molecular characterization was carried out using PCR based RAPD technique. Out of 80 RAPD primers, only
18 primers produced stable polymorphisms that were used to examine the phylogenetic relationship. A sum of 207 loci were
generated out of which 201 loci found polymorphic. The average genetic dissimilarity was 97 per cent among jamun accessions.
The phylogenetic relationship was also determined by principal coordinates analysis (PCoA) that explained 46.95 per cent
cumulative variance. The two-dimensional PCoA analysis showed grouping of the different accessions that were plotted into four
sub-plots, representing clustering of accessions. The UPGMA (r = 0.967) and NJ (r = 0.987) dendrogram constructed based on the
dissimilarity matrix revealed a good degree of fit with the cophenetic correlation value. The dendrogram grouped the accessions
into three main clusters according to their eco-geographical regions which given useful insight into their phylogenetic

The hydrothermal vent clam Calyptogena magnifica (Bivalvia: Mollusca) is a member of the Vesicomyidae. Species within this family form symbioses with chemosynthetic Gammaproteobacteria. They exist in environments such as hydrothermal vents and cold seeps and have a rudimentary gut and feeding groove, indicating a large dependence on their endosymbionts for nutrition. The C. magnifica symbiont, Candidatus Ruthia magnifica, was the first intracellular sulfur-oxidizing endosymbiont to have its genome sequenced (Newton et al. 2007). Here we expand upon the original report and provide additional details complying with the emerging MIGS/MIMS standards. The complete genome exposed the genetic blueprint of the metabolic capabilities of the symbiont. Genes which were predicted to encode the proteins required for all the metabolic pathways typical of free-living chemoautotrophs were detected in the symbiont genome. These include major pathways including carbon fixation, sulfur oxidation, nitrogen assimilation, as well as amino acid and cofactor/vitamin biosynthesis. This genome sequence is invaluable in the study of these enigmatic associations and provides insights into the origin and evolution of autotrophic endosymbiosis. 相似文献

The goal of the study was to determine whether defects in intracellular Ca(2+) signaling contribute to cardiomyopathy in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Depression in cardiac systolic and diastolic function was traced from live diabetic rats to isolated individual myocytes. The depression in contraction and relaxation in myocytes was found in parallel with depression in the rise and decline of intracellular free Ca(2+) concentration ([Ca(2+)](i)). The sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca(2+) store and rates of Ca(2+) release and resequestration into SR were depressed in diabetic rat myocytes. The rate of Ca(2+) efflux via sarcolemmal Na(+)/Ca(2+) exchanger was also depressed. However, there was no change in the voltage-dependent L-type Ca(2+) channel current that triggers Ca(2+) release from the SR. The depression in SR function was associated with decreased SR Ca(2+)-ATPase and ryanodine receptor proteins and increased total and nonphosphorylated phospholamban proteins. The depression of Na(+)/Ca(2+) exchanger activity was associated with a decrease in its protein level. Thus it is concluded that defects in intracellular Ca(2+) signaling caused by alteration of expression and function of the proteins that regulate [Ca(2+)](i) contribute to cardiomyopathy in STZ-induced diabetic rats. The increase in phospholamban, decrease in Na(+)/Ca(2+) exchanger, and unchanged L-type Ca(2+) channel activity in this model of diabetic cardiomyopathy are distinct from other types of cardiomyopathy. 相似文献

Summary The paired branchial glands in cephalopods are essential for life. The electron microscope reveals them to consist of cells containing masses of endoplasmic reticulum organised in parallel arrays together with pale areas between the reticulum that contain vacuoles. All three regions of the cells contain masses of haemocyanin particles and it is suggested that the gland is the site of haemocyanin synthesis, the particles being made amongst the endoplasmic reticulum at discharged into the pale areas and vacuoles before being released into the general circulation.It is a pleasure to thank the Director and Staff of the Stazione Zoologica of Naples, and the Marine Biological Association Laboratory, Plymouth for their excellent facilities so freely provided.
